The appointment itself was handled with the utmost professional behavior. The nurse practitioner was kind, efficient and skillful. The doctor's behavior is caring, insightful, instructive, supporting and healing. I am pleased with the entire staff, their behavior and presentation in general and with each of the individuals I met in the office. They were all individually and as a team focused on patient care. They treated the patient with integrity and honesty. Their collected wisdom and ability was applied every step of they way. I am glad to have come in contact with this practice. I wouldn't trust this doctor as far as I could throw him. I will find another, more professional doctor for any further checkups or follow-ups. I left a practitioner becauae he and his staff were very unprofessional, had no bedside manner, and treated tgeir patients like a pay check instead of a person. Im glad I did and found Dr Mozzie. At first I thought I was in tge wrong place because they mostly treat diabetes and weight control. But I was immediately impressed by his staff they were polite and friendly and seemed to actually care. They werent pushy or rude but kind and patient. Even with a slight computer problem Dr. Mozzie kept his composure and just talked to me while we waited for the problem to get fixed. Usually doctors will leave you in the room to stare at four walls until it gets fixed. I was most impressed because he actually listened to my description of the psin and instead of jumping to a conclusion he said lets run some tests. Ive had lower back pain for 15 years no one has ever suggested to run an MRI and do blood work. Ive heard several things from different doctors that came up with what they think I may have but no one ever said lets take a deep look and really find out. After our session his staff came back in and took blood work....which was great that they could do that and not have to refer you somewhere else. Overall probably the best Dr appt Ive had in a very long time. If you dont like your current provider you should look into coming to Dr Mozzie. It is well worth the time.

Coming here you do need an appointment as they are busy. The waiting rooms are large with plenty of seating. The bathrooms are close and they have a water fountain in the waiting area. A television as well as magazines to keep you occupied whilst waiting for your appointments . The ladies in the front office are amazing and professional as well. If you are in need of this type of service I do suggest this office as you will be treated as a patient not a number or dollar sign. The overall office appearance is clean as was the restroom. The parking area is really weird and I'm not so sure it was actually meant to be one, but it's like driving over a curb to get into the parking lot which is strange.

She verified that they took our insurance and then handed us paperwork to fill out before we were seen. After filling it out we waited for about 5 minutes before we were called back for vitals to be taken. Immediately got into an exam room where my husband was triaged by the nurse. Within 2-3 minutes of her leaving the room, the PA came in. My husband was being seen for a burn and the PA was very thorough and helpful. A prescription was sent to the pharmacy and we were out the door shortly after. The entire visit was around 30 minutes total. Truly great service and care. Very grateful that an urgent care was opened closer to home.

Dr Veronica is so nice and was so thorough with my son. Then the nurses were great and extremely patient at having to do a throat swab that he struggled with a little. They gave us meds and a drs note. Very happy with them and will be back when I need them again!!
