I had a pellet placement done with QualGen pellets and in 2 weeks, I felt fabulous! Additionally, my husband had a pellet placement done here, and a week later, he developed an awful skin infection at the site of the placement. WCMC couldn't find an appointment to even assess what had happened. He went to an urgent care. He was treated for 2 weeks with oral antibiotics and antibiotic ointment. This kind of infection is caused by ONLY ONE THING: unhygienic conditions! I travel 2.5 hours to Cary/Raleigh for medical care. Don't let anyone here touch you.

I completely trust Dr. Nutz and his staff to help me and my family with our medical needs. He is a very competent doctor who stays current with what's going on in the medical field to give his patients the best current treatments methods and provide them with the highest level of care available. The facility is clean and the staff is friendly and I feel like they genuinely care about helping their patients. I've rarely had to wait more than 15 - 20 mins before being called to be seen. The only times I have ever had to wait longer than that was if I was being seen at a time when I was been lucky enough to be "squeezed in". His staff is very helpful in getting me the appointment times that are the most convenient for me. Dr. Nutz is very professional with great bedside manners. I feel very comfortable in discussing even the most personal issues with him. He is great with follow-ups and treatments from start to finish and beyond. This is during the pandemic I started to see him. The staff was Very efficient yet very warm and friendly. The Doctor himself even more impressive. He was a perfect age, not just out of school with no experience and not so old that he lost touch with the most up to date information. He took the time to sit down and talk to me! I never felt like he was in a rush to get me out of there. He was very thorough and had me do a blood test and X-rays while I was there which was great. They had their own facilities in house to handle them also. No outside lab work needed. The follow thru was good also. The results of my tests were forwarded to me in a timely manner. I did not have to call or wait and wonder about the results. Haven't been that impressed with a doctor in a long time.
