They worked long days and did whatever they could to not only get the job done but to do it right. For example, we had chosen particular pavers and Tino kindly suggested we try a different type of paver, given the paint color of our home and the retaining wall we chose, and we are so happy we followed his advice. I had some initial plans and pictures of what I like, and Tino ran with it - very thoughtful and creative contractor. He gave us exactly what we wanted and asked for, and he was an amazing communicator along the way. Additionally, his estimate was considerably lower than others we received, and he always tried his best to get a good deal on materials - very honest and transparent with pricing. We use Tino's company for our monthly landscaping now, and we would not hesitate for a moment to hire him again for a bigger job - so professional and excellent results - thank you, Tino!

I called Nick twice no answer. I call the office they don't know why no one showed but tell me a crew will come at 11:30. 1130 no one comes. Still can't get in touch with Nick, at 2:30 Charles calls and said they would be on site at 3:30. I got in touch with Nick finally and said don't send anyone until tomorrow. He said again he would be on site at 8am with a crew. Nick never shows, but a crew arrived at 8:45. My bid included driveway prep, crack filler and two coats of sealer if needed. The crew finish around 12:30 but did not use crack filler on the bottom 1/3 of the driveway and the did not use sealer on part of right hand side if the driveway. I called Nick and he agreed to get the crew back out the next day a 8am. Charles calls the next day and said they would come over at 11:30. I said no don't come, I canceled the appointment. I called Nick indicated what Charles said. I told Nick to send bill a bill. I also left two messages for a person named Victor to call me, the ad min who answered the phone said she would get Victor involved. Victor never called. Nick failed to show twice after he committed to coming at 8am and he failed to return 3 phone calls and 3 text . I cannot recommend using Coastal for driveway repair. They seem unprofessional and the quality of work done lacks attention to detail and follow through. RG

I had a specific deadline because I had family coming from out of town. Coastal got me on the schedule and finished the job before my deadline. There was not a project manager on site during the construction despite the request and photos of the workmanship. After 4 weeks of the crew attempting to construct a railing and not completing the project finally Kollin the project manager came out to take a look and stated that the work was so bad it would need to be completely tore down and reconstructed. He stated he could speak to Daniel the owner about it and get back to us about scheduling a time to construct the railing correctly. After multiple days of not hearing anything back from the company we decided to contact them to try to figure out what was going on. They informed us that they would be abandoning the job and would not be performing any more work. They had charged us a $1,500 deposit prior to starting the job and have not refunded us a dime. They left a massive pile of scrapes and now we need to hire someone to haul it away along with having someone deconstruct the railing and install a new one. It's crazy that a company would hire such incompetent workers, provide this type of customer service and pass the bill and mess onto the customer. We were told the project would take 2 days and yet at 4 weeks the job was still not completed and looked horrible. This was a huge waste of time and money. This situation was truly unbelievable! He showed up on time and his crew of guys had nearly one acre of land looking nice again within two days! The oak tree was cut down and the stump ground down for safety, the chicken coop was weeded and all debris removed, and they even planted grass seed for us on our upper lawn that had been damaged by gopher holes. Chris is friendly and knowledgeable and took the time to reach out again a few weeks later just to make sure the grass was growing in.
