I'm not from the area so I'm not sure if the store is new, but there were a lot of stocking carts and signs (clearly for employees) around the store as if they were in the middle of rearranging? The carts awkwardly blocked a lot of areas and racks, even the check out line. It made it difficult to shop the layout and even harder to keep an eye on the kids.
