Store was clean, organized, and staff was friendly. Ample parking in the huge lot outside. Perk to have Five Below nextdoor to stop in there on the same trip. It's not the biggest HomeGoods I've ever been in, but it's got most of what the chain offers. My closest store at home in PA has a much larger food section, while Brunswick only has 2 aisles. Also we have a toy section at mine and I didn't see any toys at Brunswick. But for the items they're really known for, bougie furniture, overpriced rugs, trendy lamps, decor, throw pillows, signs with cheesy sayings on them, and fake yoga people stuff, they had all that. I found my pink salt, at a great price (a little above BJ's which is my go-to when there is a BJ's nearby), and also some cute thank you items for my preschooler's teachers. I agreed and they sent it out May 4, 2025. I checked in with them to see if it would be back early on May 20, 2025. The girl on the phone said the tracking number showed that it would be in the next day, May 21, 2025. I showed up over there and the girl said, " no one called you?" The repair shop dropped it down the sink and they couldn't retrieve it. She threw 2 bags on the counter with some kind of replacement. The salesperson said the repair shop is trash. Apparently, the store was notified on May 15, 2025 that it was lost. No one called me, they waited for me to come into the store and give me this news. We have been going around and around with customer service and no return calls. Kay Jewelers is a joke. Don't ever let them send out your jewelry to be repaired. The repair shop will steal it. No one cares and it's just another ring to them. The store dropped the ball and so did the district manager by never calling me. Signet Jewelers is the worst.

Five Below is a great store for odds and ends for a deal. Today, we came in for nothing in…read moreparticular but spent about $35 on candy, wireless charger, Bluetooth headphones, cord holders, workout weights, bike helmet, and some random toys. Everything is less than $5 so it's all a pretty good deal, especially the tech stuff. I'm not from the area so I'm not sure if the store is new, but there were a lot of stocking carts and signs (clearly for employees) around the store as if they were in the middle of rearranging? The carts awkwardly blocked a lot of areas and racks, even the check out line. It made it difficult to shop the layout and even harder to keep an eye on the kids.
