i would like to say i called up this coastal at new dorp for the fact they had a specific outdoor main valve, i called to confirm and the manager at this location was very professional and gave his time without hesitation to inform me that they have it . when i arrived it was there waiting for me .he was well mannered and and i told him i,m a member in a large congregation church and I'm looking for service like this to make my plumbing projects easier so i proposed to opened an account with this coastal store even though there is another one closer to my business but they lack the patience and expertise in helping a novice they just cater to the professional probably regulars there read more

Ordered a kit for bathroom in feb 2020, New Dorp Lane store did not shut down from pandemic until midddle of march, when I called several weeks later to check on my status to see if it was mailed to store yet, because people were still working for pick ups only. Every time I called which was every 2 weeks they kept telling me they would let me know with a phone call. Never ever received any calls from them .I was always the one making calls. I received no updates from them at all. 3 months later I call again they say sure it's here for pick up . No one had the professionalism to call or accommodate me at all. This place I would never recommend anymore they never used to be this horrible. beware shop at your own risk!!!! UNLESS YOU WANT YOUR PURCHASES TO BE 3 MONTHS LATE!!!!!!! read more

We recently decided to redo our kitchen. We went to a few places, but we hit gold when we went to Coastal Supply Group. We met Anthony (he is the best) he guided us from picking our cabinets to picking our hardware. when we couldn't decide on our counter top Anthony guided us through that too. His measurements were perfect!! we also picked our light fixtures there, they are great. We now are enjoying our beautiful kitchen thanks to Anthony. He understood and said he would speak to salespeople.Chad wanted to give me something for all of my inconvenience but I would not accept. At first glance, it doesn't look like they offer much. The smell of Subway, located next door, was bothering me as soon as I entered. After getting over the smell and browsing the store, there is another room hidden in the back right, with more on display. My mother and I spoke to Bob, who was a huge help! We went there just to order a new tub for her bathroom & ended up purchasing all other necessities as well! They priced everything much cheaper than other places we looked. He showed us everything in the showroom that we needed and could choose from, as well as offering his professional opinion of the look we were going for. If something wasn't on display, he checked the websites to see what they offered for particular models. He was honest about pricing and helped us stay within our budget. He reviewed everything with us in the end and offered further assistance, if needed, while we wait for our delivery. Definitely pleased with the service and attention to detail! Everyone was very pleasant. She explained everything clearly and understood what I wanted it to look like, and she did the rest.
