I would have preferred extra time was spent to protect paint job. My bad for paying final bill without throughly checking work in daylight. I was so thrilled with how the floors looked that I didn't notice drip marks until the next visit to the house. Complained to John and was ghosted. Irony is that it was John's idea for us to have the risers painted white -- they were originally same stain color as steps. Now we will need to sand and repaint. I specifically asked John which I should have done first -- floors or painting -- and he said it didn't matter to him. Painters, btw, knew we were going to have all the wood floors refinished, but they carefully covered every inch anyway before prepping walls and risers. Again, very happy with actual floors and communication during work. Moral of story -- paint after floors. UPDATE: Nice to finally hear from you John even if not directly -- btw that is what ghosting means -- you never responded to my text. It's been 2 months since you finished and I only posted my review yesterday. Very patient on my part. I guess you would have preferred me nagging you? I knew before you told me that touch ups along the baseboards might be needed where the sander left scuffs -- actually were no scuffs in baseboards. The drips on risers could gave been avoided had you covered them with plastic instead of the 1" tape alone. Review is accurate, floors are beautiful. We are very pleased with floors but frustrated and disappointed about the drips. If you are concerned about your reputation, acknowledge that you could have spent a little extra time protecting fresh paint on risers and trim below upstairs walkway, apologize and move on.

Jayson fixed the current "system" and completed the entire installation. His prices were very reasonable. Just as important, he honored his commitments and arrived on time. We talked about the sprinkler components and he installed high quality parts. We are extremely pleased with the work that was performed. It looks great! The rework of the existing system looks 500% better. The new work looks as you work expect of a new install but not bad at all. I'm looking forward to a continued relationship with Jayson for system maintenance. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Clarke's Irrigation!

Not to be discouraged, we decided to nix the big box brand and shop local. My parents purchased their kitchen floor here years ago, and the service hasn't wavered a bit. Their showroom is extensive, and you're greeted upon arrival. Betty quickly honed in on what we were looking for, and took us straight to the section that could meet our needs. After showing her the granite we already have, she brought out several samples and a few that varied a bit from what we said we were looking for. Well, we brought a sample home, and the one we fell in love with was actually quite different than what we thought we were looking for! They have a huge array of products at different prices. Our selection just happened to be on the low end, at $11/sq. ft. Some other marble tiles we viewed were as much as $50/sq. ft. You definitely get what you pay for - $11 was a little more than we were looking at from Home Depot but the quality of the product and the service were so much higher at Cloutier, it's worth it!

We purchased all our own materials - he charged us over $12k to install the tile and new tub. Jean would constantly say he would be there and then not show up. He didn't return phone calls or texts. He would disappear for days with no explanation. The sporadic, inconsistent communication was the first red flag. He eventually finished the job and it looked fine. In June 2024 we were contacted by the owner of the condo beneath us that their guest bath ceiling fell in-due to water leaking from our guest bath. I immediately had a plumber go out and investigate. The plumber said this was not a plumbing problem. The leaks were due to cracks in grout and gaps in the tile/tub space. I contacted Jean and at first he denied ever doing the job which was unbelievable - the. He blamed the plumbing. Then he said the tub wasn't level (he installed the tub) then he blamed it on water splashing from the shower. I showed him the photos of the cracks and gaps in floor and tub - I asked him to take responsibility for his work and go repair the grout and seal the gaps with some silicon/caulking. He said he would be there after 3. He never showed and never called. I followed up the next business day he again said he would come out and do the repairs. Once again he was a no show. I finally hired someone else to fix the gaps/cracks. Jean is a not someone you want to do business with

The quotation we requested was competitive with a previous quote for stock ready-made cabinets, but KC's were custom- built to fit exactly into our space. We couldn't be more pleased with the result! They were assembled and ready for delivery a month prior to our ability to receive them, as prep work was delayed due to circumstances beyond our or their control. Chip stored them without complaint, and delivered them immediately upon being given the green light. Installer Chris had them in place within a day or two, and the hardware (knobs and drawer pulls) attached a day later. Drawer dividers for cutlery and cookware were included at no extra cost. Countertops and sink installation followed shortly thereafter. All said and done, we are more than pleased and would gladly recommend Kitchen Creations to anyone looking to have a new kitchen installed.
