We happened upon this company by chance. We were greeted by Stephanie as walk-ins, and she listened to what we said, seemed truly interested in our concerns, and showed us examples of their craftsmanship! We were quite impressed by her caring attitude, and we met Chip, the owner, during a followup visit. The quotation we requested was competitive with a previous quote for stock ready-made cabinets, but KC's were custom- built to fit exactly into our space. We couldn't be more pleased with the result! They were assembled and ready for delivery a month prior to our ability to receive them, as prep work was delayed due to circumstances beyond our or their control. Chip stored them without complaint, and delivered them immediately upon being given the green light. Installer Chris had them in place within a day or two, and the hardware (knobs and drawer pulls) attached a day later. Drawer dividers for cutlery and cookware were included at no extra cost. Countertops and sink installation followed shortly thereafter. All said and done, we are more than pleased and would gladly recommend Kitchen Creations to anyone looking to have a new kitchen installed. read more

They were patient, kind and professional. Our kitchen was done right, on time and we love it. The quality and design of the cabinets far exceeded our expectations. Chip does not warranty his work. Over the first three years, my cabinets chipped, peeled and cabinet doors won't close! We are only at this home three months a year! He said he should never have worked with our builder, because the builder did not return Chip's samples. That's the reason he wouldn't warranty our cabinets. The cabinets are an embarrassment. The semi-custom cabinets, I used in some bathrooms, have worn much better. I would never use this company! His sons seem very nice! read more

Awful experience with Kitchen Creations. Kitchen Creations blames our contractor and us for the poor workmanship in our attached photos, saying that we "abused" his cabinets and our contractor is responsible for the rough edges left unfinished on our kitchen island. We spared no expense on this kitchen renovation and Kitchen Creations refuses to speak with us about making good on this workmanship. read more

This company was hired by Betterwood Homes to install all of our cabinetry in a home we purchased back in March, 2020. This house was completely gutted and renovated in 2018 and it was not lived in until we purchased it in March 2020. The cabinets are peeling in the kitchen, bathrooms, and on the refrigerator. Chip from Kitchen Creations actually came out to my home after I called him about this, and he talked a big game about how he would come back and "fix" all the peeling. He did NOTHING to make good on these defects. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT USE KITCHEN CREATIONS because they do not stand behind their work! Once they leave your home, they will NEVER come back to repair anything. read more

What can I say... Quality cabinets but... Poor design! Manufacturing and delivery one month late!! Installation drifted into the 6 month area!!! Finished product has warped doors and cabinet enclosures!!!! Owner actually told me that this was the way they do it and what i was asking for was overkill!!!!! In other words, terrible customer service... For the money, you'll be much better served using a reputable off-Cape custom cabinet company... this was my only mistake in renovating my house. read more

Horrible! No craftsmanship here. We had an entire kitchen installed by Kitchen Creations through the builder (also a nightmare..) and they have warped , peeled, and just look awful. I did a new kitchen with Kitchen Creations and could not be more pleased with the outcome. Chip, the owner has built a quality outfit here that puts customers and customer satisfaction first. A rare thing in my experience in home remodeling on Cape Cod. Michael did the design and was very patient and helpful despite many iterations and Phil oversaw the installation and their installer was top notch. My General Contractor was very impressed as well. Kitchen Creations is a misnomer for this business! They are more or less cabinet makers and only mediocre in this area as well. Chip and his sons so very poorly managed their contractors during our kitchen project. They showed NO concern for quality assurance whatsoever. We had to identify EVERY issue to KC and their contractors. Workmanship was shoddy on many occasions. They made notable changes to drawings which had already been approved and tried to sell us on the changes after the fact. Unabashedly, they attempted a bait and switch by ordering and installing the wrong granite. Again, we had to identify the error. These errors, among many others, were always met with excuses and explanations and never once did we receive an immediate concession. At times, they were condescending and insulting. I wouldn't let them build my dog house! read more

The product is made on sight by this small family business so custom color is included in any order.They were on top of the project from beginning to end. We had a new kitchen and two new baths put in by Kitchen Creations 9 years ago. A couple months ago we had a problem with the trash pull out cabinet not shutting. I called Kitchen Creations and spoke with a woman who said she would give the message to the repair person and he would get back to me. Two weeks later, no one called me back so I called again. I spoke with the same woman and she said he had been out, had a day off but he would call me. Two weeks later since I still did not hear back, yes, I called again. This time I spoke with a man, not Chip, he asked who I spoke with as this was the first he heard of this ! He said he would be happy to help me. He stated he would look at his calendar , I said thankyou and he hung up! I thought he was going to look at his calendar then and there. Two months later and I still never heard from anyone at Kitchen Creations!!!!!!!!!!! Now I know why my contractor does not use this business anymore as customer service is TERRIBLE! read more
