We called CTG and within a day they had a customer service guy here who disassembled the section, took it back to the shop and everything was repaired and back in place perfectly. Although there were some scheduling issues for the reinstall during the Christmas and New Year holidays, it was on our end, not theirs. We have nothing but the highest compliments to pay this company. And they even followed up after the reinstall to make sure all was working. Service like this is unheard of these days. He came to our home to take measurements and learn what we liked about our existing setup--what worked, what didn't, and how he could improve our storage and overall functionality. He even pointed us toward vendors to help us find the perfect hardware. Their entire team--from countertop to cabinet installers--was prompt, professional, detail-oriented, and just really nice to have in our home. When an issue with the flooring came up that could have affected the quality of the cabinet install, Jesse (the owner) stepped in right away, paused the project, and helped us figure out the right solution. He clearly cares about the quality of their work and their clients' homes.
