Carie told me she would contact me the day before for the address . When I did not hear from her I contacted her on 11/30. She confirmed her arrival at noon and I gave her the address. She never showed up and didn't contact me. When finally she did contact me, hours late , she said there was a problem with the highway being closed but would be here around 2:30. She never showed. She never answered my texts or phone messages and it is now 5:30. Obviously she is not coming.

Generally speaking, making sure the house is clean and good to go for when we visit and clean up afterward. We have experienced frequent mistakes where they would miss very obvious areas to clean. I pointed out the areas that they missed by simply just sending video and pics (no text message) to one of the owners, Naty, and she immediately quit saying "I understand your point of view and it is normal that you are paying for a service and require a response and I cannot."

My wife and I stayed at this location with two of our grandkids for 3 nights and had a great time with it's ocean view and walking distance to shopping and restaurants. It's also a short drive to Cannon Beach and parks to take in the sights. The swivel love seat and chair looking out the window to the ocean is a nice bonus. The building has an elevator with a load/unload spot for your vehicle and there are luggage carts to get your stuff up to the room. The included parking spots are a plus.
