He was very reasssuring and had no idea why I would have received that email. Again, he was very reassuring and gave me his personal phone number for me to contact him with any further concerns. The day of the wedding, the driver was there promptly. He was warm, courtious and professional. Other than the little bump in the road mentioned above, my experience with them was better than expected; and will use them again in the future.

We thought the driver was very friendly but almost distractedly so. I was anxious for a couple reasons but called the family-driven business' owner's son now being groomed to take over (a very pleasant young man)nto give feedback-not to hurt his driver as we believed she tried her best but we didnt feel safe. We asked that he simply have a good talk w/her which as a supv, can be difficult. In our Christmas ride we exp'd: inability to focus on/off, talking over volume of GPS, GPS cell phone go dead due to deadzone in rural Eastern neighborhoods, i had specifically requested at nite to get on main routes which were illuminated instead (not focusing) we were driven through very dark, countrified towns w/slick spots on the road which i foresaw w/common sense a problem since Winter temp had dropped. As we entered a major route, the van began to slide on road, we grabbed onto what we could as she yelled out, "yahoo!" At that point i shot a look at my spouse & remained polite but getting home i said, "never again!" My spouse agreed. We werent going to call back or review here. I felt however if i had a business this would be important to know. Our concern is how extensively are drivers vetted & Chrysler vans maintained before extreme seasons. I mustve said 3x to owner's son..please chk the vans' tires, brakes, etc. The main thing however was sharing this driver's performance. I dont wish to harm the comp rep, simply hammer home what i shared w/him. Also, a 20% tip is auto calculated, we did not request it back or a discount either. However, we most likely wont use this company again. Our exp is hopefully rare. Id ask for info on Kivery license for drivers & business CT insurance ID.

My daughter and I had an absolute blast piloting the boat, and once we got over the fear factor that we were going "too fast" and gained confidence in piloting the boat for the first time, it felt like second nature. We did the 3 hour Mystic River tour which ended with a "free sail" hour at the end. However, we opted not to go out into the Sound due to heavily windy conditions, so we stayed in the channel in the "playground" area doing donuts and figure-eights. Before we knew it the 3 hours was up. Rob was a great host and he taught us how to pilot the boats in no time. He was also very knowledgeable of the Mystic seaport area. We had a great time and will absolutely be making this a regular part of our yearly Mystic trips!

The reviews were all highly praising and it looked like a fun experience. I have to say: don't hesitate! Book them! Rob was a pro guide and made sure we understood how to operate our boat safely and how to get the most fun out of it. Yes, there are safety things that you need to be aware of, but he was very encouraging of us trying out what the boat can do. We loved getting to do donuts in our boat! The tour itself was very informative, and we really got a feel for the area. We're already looking forward to returning for another season with a full group of friends to rent out all the boats. This is a must-do activity when visiting Mystic. Be sure to arrive on time as requested so that you can be briefed on the safety. That is so important, and that is why they tell you in advance that you will be turned away if you are late to the safety briefing. For those of you who may be wondering, there is ample parking, and it was about a 15-20 minute drive with traffic from downtown Mystic. They were tuned into the radio station that was broadcasting the fireworks and the music was synchronized to the display . Once you make your reservation he keeps you informed via text or email prior to your travel dates and on the day of travel. He provides water, mints and can pickup snacks if needed. Once you are picked up you can sit back and relax and chill until you land! We recently traveled with six people to the cruise terminal in NYC. Jared arranged for a Sprinter van so we were all comfortable with lots of room for luggage and to spread out. Although we didn't take advantage of this, he offers beverage and food service. And his prices are very reasonable. I cannot recommend Jared enough. You will not be disappointed. I know we will be using him again soon.

Took my wife, 2 little girls and in-laws to Italy over the summer and called Sunset to book a limo…read moreto JFK. For starters, the on-line booking reservation was great. Easy. Quick. Confirmed. And reconfirmed the day before our flight. They arrived in a beautiful stretch 10 minutes before our scheduled time and in 100 degree weather, loaded ALL of our bags..HUGE help. The car was cool..literally--and stocked with ice waters, sodas and juice boxes for the kids. Just a nice touch on a sweltering day. From Madison, we arrived at the terminal in under 2 hours and the driver was diligent in making sure we were handled at the check-in and everything was loaded. Landing in Rome and again in Calabria, the ride and process through JFK was easily the best and least stressful. Coming home at night we were punch-drunk exhausted; trying to keep the kids, bags and in-laws in tow, and the second we walked out of the arrivals section, our limo was waiting for us. They have a tracking software that tells them the exact arrival of every flight and he knew right where we would be. As we piled in the back, he loaded like 50 bags of ours, and by the time we hit 95, everyone was asleep and we were back home in no time. From price and professionalism to execution, timing, and delivery, we will use Sunset every time we travel whether its abroad or even a night out on the town. Great company.
