Beginning and ending a vacation can be stressful. But it doesn't have to be. Rachel's team is a well oiled machine. They pick you up and drop you off in your driveway. You get communications before you arrive at Logan, where they will pick you up, a picture of the vehicle and driver name. You can't imagine how wonderful it is to get off a plane, grab your luggage and just step outside the terminal to find a member of Rachel's team waiting for you. If you are thinking of doing it yourself here is a reason why you should not. We ran into a family on our vacation that drove to Logan and find the parking garages full. They had to valet their car without knowing where it was going. When they arrive at Logan after their flight, they have to go to the parking garage and find a valet. And then wait for the valet to go and get their car and bring it to them. Is that how you want your vacation to begin or end? I was very disappointed that we heard nothing until Scorpion tried to confirm they were picking me up at the airport. Needless to say, my trust was broken and I was not using them for my return from the airport. Again, no apologies for the previous week. Things happen, employees don't do their jobs. An apology would have gone a long way, an offer of compensation may have restored my faith. Buyer beware!
