She was very quick to speak with Renato, her husband and dog trainer/whisperer, and they graciously accommodated us. Not only did they care greatly for our pups during their stay, they sent us daily photos and videos of them! The other trainers were so good with our babies, we are so appreciative of them. The team is good with puppies all the way up to senior dogs of all shapes and sizes. He answered all my questions and immediately made me feel comfortable leaving our 1.5 year old there for what would be by far the longest we have ever left our pup. Slav agreed to take her and the drop-off and pick-up process went smoothly. He sent pictures everyday and I could tell that HMB Dog House had quickly become her second home. I am very grateful to Slav for accommodating me at the last minute and I absolutely plan to leave our pup with Slav in the future when we go away. This was the first time we had left her with a kennel or professional caregiver since we got her, and I was nervous. So many of the kennels have business models that require you to decide in advance how many times you want your dog to play per day or how many walks you want, etc. I wanted to find a professional that I could trust to use their own judgment and make sure our pup got everything she needed, and Slav was definitely that person.
