If I lived here, if I were retired... then this market would be one to visit even though the coffee stall isn't quite yet up to snuff. I'd kill for a pastry and proper cappuccino or a pretzel and filter coffee when shopping the market. Apropos pretzel, the ones found at Rosiland Baked Goods are made with wheat flour. They taste, for lack of a better word, 'healthy'. On hand at the market: fruit and veg, *flowers (five bucks for bunch of five), bread (both Beckmann's and Rosiland Baked Goods) & bagels, rotisserie chicken, kombucha... What I thought I heard they had, but didn't see: tamales. What I would want: less sour, less 90s style (read: blazing hot) cappuccino. This market is fairly compact. One is 'in and out' pretty quickly. *carefully check the bouquets as I found many with broken stems/flowers; also: flowers had a two-day shelf life :( *parking lot adjacent, plus there's usually parking a couple blocks away at the beach *loo located within the maze of the nearby shopping arcade

Love that this farmers market is so close to home. There a nice mix of produce, meat, eggs, meals, and crafts. There's a good amount of parking around the market but it can be a bit hard to get in and out of the beach area as the street is one lane each way. Bring a reusable bag with you to carry your treasures!

But my husband's co-worker mentioned to him that there is Kalamansi at the Serramonte Farmers Market, so I went. The Rivera stall has a lot of Filipino vegetables so if you need them, come by and make sure you go to their stall. They say that their kalamansi si year round, so for sure I am coming back. Check them out. Highly recommended!

I'm not sure why if the things weren't fresh if it was their ingredients it was horrible. I'm gonna have to go back and get the vendor's name so I could add it here. Went to the Thursday morning market. Wish I knew the name of vendor but I purchased a chocolate chip scone $5. Horrible. Was hard. I warmed up and had to spit out. It was bad. Texture and flavor. Something was wrong. They also had empanadas and cookies. I purchased a Kahlúa pork empanada for my mom and a Confetti cookie for my son. The cookie color really looks strange as well. You can't really see it when they're packaging it cause it's behind glass so I'm afraid to let my son eat it. All items were thrown away so I wasted $16.

This is a true farmers market many claim to be Farmers Market but don't have hardly any vegetables…read moreor fruits or any grocery products but this one definitely is the one that sets the bar really high they have Rose and Rose stalls and stalls of groceries vegetables fruits Specialty Foods and I only wish they had more drink offerings because when I walk through they were very few I think there's only one coffee place maybe two so that would be feedback have more drinks stalls or maybe even water stations because it does get pretty sunny and recommend to bring a rolling cart or rolling wagon because you will end up buying lots of stuff and you don't have any hands to hold them so bring a wagon and bags and you can just put them on that and very easy just drove through the large wide aisles

There were so many food options, including Chinese, Japanese, American, Mexican, and more. I decided to try the fried empanadas for the first time. I started with the cheese and spinach empanada, which was made fresh to order. The dough was thin, and the cheese and spinach filling was savory and flavorful. It was so good that I went back for more. The staff member was incredibly friendly and even offered me an extra empanada for free. I chose the beef flavor, and it did not disappoint. It was well-seasoned, flavorful, and generously filled. I also loved browsing the flower booths. The flowers were colorful and beautiful, with plenty of selections. Unfortunately, I arrived late and all of the potted plants had already sold out. Another big plus is the open seating area, which provides a comfortable place to sit, relax, and enjoy your food while taking in the lively atmosphere. Great food, friendly vendors, beautiful flowers, and a welcoming environment. I'm looking forward to coming back to explore more of the marketplace. :)
