This market is small and not worth going out of your way for. Overall, it's good if you're in the area, but parking is difficult, and it's mainly a block of stalls that are pricey and specialized. Some stalls: Flowers Hummus Cake Pops Strawberries Knife Sharpening Fresh meat and fish Chocolate Jams Vegetables In general, the specialty stalls will run you about $15 plus to buy their specialty products. There are hardly any food stalls except for dim sum, empanadas, hummus, bread, and Ube desserts. It was hard to find anything I would actually want to buy because it's so specific and pricey. Like it was $20 for 4 cake pops, and I was like, WOW.

We discovered this new booth lately at the market. They sell all these very cute handmade crochet. Very kids friendly place. We chose some keychain with superhero characters and the worker even change/add the customized item for us at the spot. So talented

A small Farmer's Market filled with fresh fruits and veggies and prepared foods. The balance of this market tends towards the latter: lots of prepared food vendors and food trucks. While the selection of fresh produce vendors is small, I found some gems. Special shout out to the delicious strawberries from Sunshine Organics. These small strawberries are bursting with sweetness. They always toss a few extra berries in my pint upon purchase. Nice to have a Farmer's Market in the neighborhood!

Very small farmers market but nice touch to that beautiful Burlingame downtown. I liked the flower vendors the most, it always add color. I would love to see this market expanded to the main street instead of relegated to that small portion but, in any case, it looks so pleasant to stroll this market and buy some fruits and flowers before or after brunching on a Sunday morning in this pretty downtown full of boutiques and with European flair.

Nice small local farmer's market. Fun stop on a Sunday morning. Free parking in Sunday, no trouble at all to find a parking spot. Lots of local vendors with various gourmet foods. Everyone was so friendly. Colorful displays of flowers, fruits, vegetables. Vendors include baked goods, honey, kettle corn, and more.

Love this farmer's market. Right off Burlingame Ave. Many vendors have been there for over a decade. There's meat, fish, veggies, flowers, honey, eggs, orchids, soap, jewelry and our favorite booth is Peace Love Plant. It's at the far end. Best priced succulents $2.50 - $5, and super healthy. They also have a beautiful selection of indoor plants, air plants, hanging plants, cactus and lots of arrangements. Their booth is big (double the size of other vendors). They get really busy after 11am so come early. There is usually 2-3 people working and they all know a lot about the plants and will tell you everything you need to know. They are super helpful. If you are a plant lover you will fall in love!

What Burlingame Farmers' Market has going for it: + J & M Ibarra Farms - great organic produce + Bay Bread - fabulous whole grain organic breads + Gold Rush Kettle Korn - a kid pleaser + Bolani Afghan cuisine - tasty dips and breads There are other vendors including a nursery, an Asian vegetable farmer, farmers with fruit, Indian food, Russian cuisine, crafts, and baskets. It gets a little crowded and doesn't have as extensive a selection as you'd expect for the location, so I'd give it 3.5 stars. I round up to 4 because of J & M Ibarra Farms and Bay Bread (which is only available at this market and Palo Alto, which makes Burlingame somewhat special). This Burlingame market is open Sunday 9-1:30. Here is a list of Farmers' Markets schedules: http://www.sfgate.com/food/farmersmarkets/

I love Farmers Markets. I'm a little undecided on this place. Not much of a variety, but at the same time I love that there wasn't crowds of people. I'd go here if I was in the neighborhood, but wouldn't make a trip out of it. Maybe about 4 booths of fruits and veggies, of course, yummy kettlecorn, pretty orchids, fresh baked goods. For the food truck fans, Roli Roti and El Porteno Empanada's (sold at Kung Fu Tacos) are sold here as well.

Street is small and narrow. Only five Farm booths and the rest are kind of junk food and not very artisanal or Gourmet.

I tried a few of the desserts, and they were delicious with a perfect balance of sweetness. Highly recommend checking them out. I also picked up a fresh Guinea fowl for only $18 and two razor clams (over 1 1/2 pounds each) for $18 each. I was lucky to get the last two! The vendors were incredibly friendly and provided excellent customer service. The poultry vendor recommended the Guinea fowl, and it was my first time trying it. I made soup with it at home, and the broth turned out rich, flavorful, and naturally sweet. The razor clams were exceptionally fresh as well. The market had a lively atmosphere, fresh products, great prices, and friendly vendors. I left with some amazing finds and couldn't be happier. Fresh, delicious, and a great value. I'll definitely be back! :)

I usually get them in the Thursday Daly City Farmer's Market but this is one of the Peninsula locations that sell on Saturdays. It was a very busy Saturday as there are surrounding businesses that are open on a busy street. I was able to find parking in an adjacent public parking lot so lucky me. I walked to the market and there it was so I snagged 10 Mushroom Empanadas. I asked the employee if they're made in-house or from another vendor and she said they're made in-house!! No wonder their crusts are so buttery and tasty! Afterwards, I walked next to their stall to Som Tum and saw a couple of packaged desserts. One was young Coconut with Coconut milk that you can pour on top and the other was the Mango Sticky Rice that you can top with the accompanying Coconut Milk and toasted Coconut. There are chilled Thai Iced Teas, Thai Iced Coffee and Thai Coconut Milk and a Thai salad on a bed of ice. I wanted to try the Mango Sticky Rice so I bought that for $7. The vendor was very friendly and told me that they use Champagne Mangoes if they are in season as they are sweeter. She mentioned another variety but I forgot what that was called. I saw some veggie vendors but didn't venture further in as I had to meet a friend.

Most quality goodies can be found for under $10 per box/pack. Under $15 range is pretty decent for larger items. Not bad for a good find on Valentine's Day. I'll revisit next time.
