We called Will, and he made time to come out the next evening. He was able to easily diagnose the problem as a blown capacitor and fixed it at a very reasonable price. We were up and running with a working a/c that same night! Will also remembered some of our other ongoing needs, with another aging a/c on our house and issues with our duplex rental. He is so knowledgeable and truthful when he talks to us about options. Having used his services many times, we trust him when he says if something is an easy fix or needing something more expensive. SMH But today Jason with Maeser was at our house within 30 minutes of our call and done with all repairs within the hour! And Maesers cost was less than half of the other company's quote! Not only that Jason was the most respectful kind man and he was obviously very knowledgeable. And he saved us from having to go to a hotel room tonight because we had no water. Now, as I sit at my house to go make my first payment for the unit, my fan is not turning on. We call Elite and they let us know that even though we just purchased a new unit a month ago, their labor is not free and we must pay $120 if we want someone to come out this evening. Buyer beware of the service bait and switch!

I had a major MAJOR issue and repair several years back that they fixed, quickly addressed and within a couple days, rather than the couple weeks I was quoted by other providers. The costs across the several providers as I was getting quotes were all within a couple hundred dollars of each other (for a project known to cost more than $6k) but Drexler was also able to schedule it and get it done within the week. It was done quickly and well. And I have used them for most of my HVAC and plumbing concerns ever since. They have tried to up-sell me every time they come. But that is honestly something I have come to expect everywhere. They don't argue with me or push harder after I decline, though. Most of the time they speak to ME, the solitary female homeowner, but a couple times I've been asked if I need to call in my "husband" or other male partner when discussing specifics and money, which will SET ME OFF. Even if there is a male partner in the picture or in the house, it is MY HOUSE. You've been dealing with me the whole time, continue to do so. I will address it in the moment and make it awkward. But that has been the minority of the time. Still, it's gotta be called out. When I do correct, they roll with it and give me the nitty gritty. I feel established and generally well taken care of with Tom Drexler, so I will remain a customer unless something egregious happens.

On the day of service, not only did they steal my copper and say it was "A part of the cleanup". They charged me $3500 and overdrawn my account. I called to get it fixed and was told that they would give me a refund. It's been five days, and I still haven't received it. I called today, and they told me it would be another 3-5 business days. That will be 2 weeks they have taken $3500 from me. I am unable to pay for food, bills, or gas. And all they had to say was, "I am sorry it was an error in the processing system". That is not acceptable.
