    No tire shine

Paid $40 for the car wash and left a $5 tip. I have a black truck that if you don't wipe down water spots will show. Only wiped my driver side and only applied tire shine to my two passenger side tires. Very disappointed.

I have always loved cobblestone, usually I go to the one on signal butte and the 60 but we were near the one on queen creek road today. We just got our son a car for his recent 16th and I thought hey let's get this thing washed so my son and pop in, I paid $28 for the ultimate wash. That includes a vacuum, wash and wipe down in and out. We walk the outside and I noticed the bottom of the car was still wet so I nicely asked the guy to dry it. Then handed him our ticket and a $5 tip. We start driving down the road and I'm looking at the floor only to notice it wasn't vacuumed, or wiped down inside. We turn around go back I asked then what is included in the ultimate wash, he tells me and I then showed him it wasn't vacuumed or wiped down inside. He says omg I'm so sorry pull up and we will handle it, they vacuum it, they don't wipe it down. At this point I don't want to be a Karen because my son is already fully embarrassed (typical 16 year old) so we leave. I walk around the car again when we got home and they didn't wipe any of the top of the car. We just had a family member purchase a year of car washed for him for Christmas, I will be reminding him to go to the one on signal butte from now on. I'm super disappointed seems like since spotless brands bought them most of their full service washes have gone to crap. I also work for a company who provided asphalt paving for a few of the self service washes and let's just say it took us a year to be paid on work we did. My conclusion is spotless brands sucks all the way around. Hopefully my review is helpful.

Spent $400 for them to not listen to what I wanted and to make my Van look 10x worse than when I dropped off On September 6, 2024, I dropped off my van at 7:15 AM and provided clear instructions to the staff. I requested a hand wash and specifically asked for the top of the van to be polished. The reason for this request was that I wanted to see if the faded paint on the top could be polished to match the shiny lower portion of the van. If the top polished out well, I would have considered further work to blend the appearance. At 9:36 AM, I received a call from the location stating that the work was completed. However, upon arriving around 12:00 PM, I found that my instructions had not been followed. The top had not been polished, and instead, the bottom half had been polished, which was the exact opposite of what I had requested. This created an even more noticeable contrast between the faded top and the polished bottom, worsening the appearance of the van. The Impact: I approached the sales representative to address the issue, and they explained that they had not polished the top because they believed it "would never polish out." However, I had successfully polished the hood, which was in the same condition as the roof, and knew that the top could be improved. I suggested they try polishing a small, inconspicuous spot as a test. Rather than following my suggestion, the sales rep responded by saying, "I'll just have him go over it." The technician began polishing the top in direct sunlight, with temperatures exceeding 105 degrees Fahrenheit. This resulted in the compound baking into the paint, leaving swirl marks and dried polishing compound on the surface. Additionally, the sales representative asked how long it took me to polish the van myself after I returned the next day to show them the results. The honest answer was that it took me longer to set up the ladder and lights than it did to polish the van. The following day, I returned to show the staff my results. The sales representative claimed that I had polished the "easiest side" and initially provided several excuses for why the job hadn't been done as requested. He also mentioned, "This is why we didn't want to do this job," but at no point during the original quote did anyone inform me they were hesitant to take on the work. After further discussion, the store manager quoted me an additional $1,000 to finish the job. My request to at least remove the excess compound that had baked into the paint was dismissed. The fact that the van was returned to me with compound still stuck to the paint, without an attempt to inform me it couldn't be removed, made me feel as though my concerns weren't properly addressed.

Stuff on the ground and the manager did nothing

I was at the Cobblestones today off S 51st Ave and Baseline. There was a manager there who kept walking around my car while I was cleaning it harassing us. Then before we could pick up some trash that fall out of the car he walked up to us talking about he was refusing services to us and saying stuff about the trash I'm like you don't even give us a chance to clean up yet there was other cars around who had trash by their cars and dude ain't say anything to them then he stated he was trespassing me from the car wash and that he was the manager when I asked for the regional manager he hurried up and went in the office and refused to come out and talk to me this was a very poor experience and something need to be done I feel very disrespected by this man and he don't need to be working there if he is treating customer like this I can only image how he treats the staff there. I want someone from your corporate office to contact me immediately about this issue I have the man on video and I have a video of the parking lot showing where there was all types of trash in the ground and he did nothing about it but he wanted to come to me and keep walking around my car. Sad part is I was about to get a car wash from there but now I would never use their services again there is other place that offer way better services without manager thinking their the owners of the business instead of a representative and the face of the company for that location.

I just left car was! Wow how sad

Chris who checks you in is awesome! But the rest of the employees are downhill! Every time I go, the car still looks like crap. They are getting very lazy.

I really appreciate their text message system that allows me to review what they're recommending now and in the future. I also really enjoy that you can opt right then and there to approve or deny a service. It also has prices estimates. At the end of the service the price estimates were the same as the charges (not sure if it would ever vary or if they would call before if it was to be more) I appreciate the pictures they take too! Pricing seems to be fair and comparable. The service was excellent. Very approachable and patient as I had questions and concerns since I'm not familiar with car stuff. It's easy enough to find, squeezed between the sonic and gas station. You could probably wander around and sit other places if you needed to wait for your car. I definitely plan to come back for my future care services and recommend!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!…read more These people are not good at anything - other than messing up your brakes. I initially brought my vehicle in to find out what I needed. They said pads and rotors. I had purchased the new pads and rotors myself and paid this shop for the labor to install them a few days later. Shortly after the service--within about a week--I began hearing a persistent squeaking noise coming from one side of the vehicle. I contacted the shop and was told that this can be normal with new brakes. While I understand that new brakes may squeak initially, it is not normal for the issue to occur on only one tire. I was advised to bring the car back in if the noise continued. I returned the vehicle the following day. After approx one hour of inspection, I was told that a metal component was rubbing against the brakes and that the issue had been fixed. Which in my mind that meant - you did not do the job right from jump. However, the problem did not resolve. A few weeks later, after continuing brake issues and taking additional time off work, I had the vehicle inspected by another repair shop. They disassembled the brakes and informed me that the brake components had been installed incorrectly. They showed me that while the other brake pads were measuring at approximately an "8," the affected pad was already worn down to a "4," which clearly indicates improper installation or an unresolved underlying issue. They provided me with written documentation outlining their findings. I brought this documentation back to brake masters to address the matter. Unfortunately, during this visit, my concerns were repeatedly dismissed, and I was told that the issue was not their responsibility. Only after insisting that the brakes be checked again did the staff take another look and then informed me--within a matter of minutes--that the caliper was seized. This raises serious concerns. When I first brought my car in for inspection, this shop had it for over an hour and did not identify a seized caliper. When they initially installed the new pads and rotors, you had the vehicle for over two hours and again did not identify this issue. I also brought my car in for a squeaking noise...this issue was still not identified. Yet it was suddenly discovered in minutes during my most recent visit. If the caliper was seized, this should have been identified before installing new pads and rotors. Had I been informed of this issue upfront, I would not have authorized the installation of the new parts. This suggests that the brakes were not properly inspected prior to installation, which is both negligent and unsafe. Because of this failure, not only were the brakes installed incorrectly, but my safety was put at risk. Brakes are a critical safety component, and improper installation or failure to diagnose known issues could have resulted in serious harm. Which makes me wonder how many more of our vehicles get overlooked because they don't care and negligence. I would avoid this company at all costs and take your hard earned money elsewhere.

UPDATE (11/10/25): I am updating my previous review to reflect the outstanding commitment and…read moreservice provided by Bob (Manager) and his team in resolving a very complex, long-running issue with my van's AC system. The Background (The Challenge): Over several months this summer, my 2016 Sienna required extensive HVAC service, totaling over $6,000. After a full front-end AC replacement and rear AC work, the system was cooling, but new problems arose: significantly reduced airflow and incorrect venting from the defrost vents. Since these issues did not exist before the dash was disassembled for the evaporator replacement, I suspected a reassembly issue. The Resolution (Why They Earned 5 Stars): When I brought the vehicle back, the management team (specifically Bob) stepped up to ensure the problem was addressed fairly. Labor Covered: The labor required to completely tear down and reassemble the dashboard to access and replace this actuator--which is the most expensive part of the repair--was fully covered by Christian Brothers as a warranty adjustment. Fair Compromise: The manager, Bob, proposed a fair compromise to split the cost of the replacement actuator part, saving me hundreds of dollars on the part alone. After investing heavily in my van, it was frustrating to have a subsequent issue. However, the management team at Christian Brothers listened, used the timeline I provided (no error codes before their work, reduced flow immediately after), and honored their responsibility to resolve the problem. This level of accountability and commitment to making the customer whole is why they continue to earn my trust and a 5-star rating. I highly recommend Christian Brothers, especially for their commitment to standing behind their work when issues arise. UPDATE (10/23/25): I've bumped my review to 3 stars because Christian Brothers is working with me to resolve the issue. I'll update the review to reflect the outcome. I've been a longtime customer and have always had excellent service from Christian Brothers in the past, which is why the recent experience with my van's AC system has been so disappointing. After spending over $7,600 and enduring three separate, lengthy visits, the AC system is still not working properly. My initial visit was on June 2nd because the AC wasn't blowing cold air. They replaced the schrader valves and performed an evac and recharge. A few weeks later, the warm air returned. On the second visit, they covered the cost of replacing one of the schrader valves again but then recommended a full replacement of the AC compressor, condenser, expansion valve, and evaporator core for the front system. This was a costly and extensive repair that was severely delayed due to a faulty OEM part being sent, leaving me without my vehicle for about a week. Still, the issue persisted. On the third visit, they determined the problem was with the rear AC system, recommending the replacement of the rear expansion valve and evaporator core. Again, this repair was delayed by a wrong OEM part, extending the time I was without my vehicle yet again. While the system is finally blowing cold air, it is still not functioning correctly following all the extensive repairs: - The airflow is significantly reduced--it no longer blows as hard as it did before these repairs began. This issue seemed to start after the second, major front-end repair. - We now get condensation forming on the windshield when the AC is running. Air is incorrectly coming out of the defrost vents by the window without the defroster being activated. These new operational issues, which were not present before, strongly suggest something was not put back together correctly during the multiple teardowns and rebuilds of the front dash. Given the continuous misdiagnoses, parts delays, and the fact that I've invested over $7,600 for a system that now has new defects, I feel incredibly taken advantage of and very disappointed. I expect the team to stand behind their work and immediately resolve these remaining performance issues at no further cost. But unfortunately they've told me that because it's past 30 days, I will have to pay for any additional labor for the issue they caused.

This model is an extremely well performing car except for the dismal brakes, so I've been running some Rotora brakes for the past few years. They are aluminum billet, six piston fixed calipers with huge cross drilled rotors on floating aluminum hats. Basically Brembo CART knockoffs. These perform even better than the Brembo "throwaway" (i.e. un rebuildable) calipers on my Ferrari. Obviously, no shop is going to stock these parts, so I always have an extra set of pads and rotors on hand. I figured, "what better shop to visit to have the rotors and pads swapped out than Brakes Plus?" I walk in and ask the gentleman if they would be willing to install my parts. As an aside, I would never ask a shop to install my parts when they were also able to acquire them, that would just be unethical. As soon as the gentleman starts to answer, another older man steps up and starts treating me like I'm a 2 year old. The first man barely finished his sentence when the older man interrupts, "WELL HOW DO YOU KNOW YOU NEED NEW BRAKES???", to which I calmly replied, "my rotors are past the point of no return..." - "WELL HOW DO YOU KNOW THEY'RE PAST THE POINT OF NO RETURN???". At that point, I just said, "You know, no worries, I"ll take care of it", shook my head and walked out. I tried HonTech in (I think) Tempe(?) I'm still trying to find my way around. They wouldn't help me either. I tried another shop, "HonMan", in Tempe (by the college) and they were more than happy to accommodate my request. These guys are absolutely top notch. Prompt, honest, fair prices, Honda/Acura experts. I admonish anyone with a Honda or an Acura to pay HonMan a visit. More local businesses would do well to take 30 seconds to get to know their target audience before making assumptions.
