We had our windshield replaced and instead of linking the old and new account together the person just started a new account. Because I monitor my credit card and my husband monitors his it took us a year to figure this out. We called the number on their website expecting a fight because it was over $330 but he put us on hold and came back and immediately said he could see what had happened and that he would refund the money to our credit card but it could take 5-10 business days. It was credited to the account in 3 days! We were so impressed by that since we are still fighting a credit card charge that a hotel chain claims they initiated a return on in March and we still don't have it! read more

I took my 2019 Corvette to cobblestone today to have it hand wash it cannot go through the machine. I frequent this location until today and it usually takes around 45 minutes for my car to be completed even with a hand wash. Today after 45 minutes I had to go outside and asked if we were going to drive the car around to the finishing basins it has been sitting for about 15 minutes with the flashers on and nothing being done. They finally pull around and get it dried off then it sits on the front row for another 20 minutes with no one working on it. Meanwhile there's four or five guys standing around chatting or working on cars that are in the second or third row which makes no sense! I finally asked for my keys and left without the car being finished. Once I got home I called to speak to the manager and got put on hold for 8 1/2 minutes before someone came on the phone and promptly hung up without saying anything. I understand there's a Staff shorting problem but there just seems to be no coordination at this place today I was there over an hour and still left with my car not being complete. I've been coming to cobblestone auto spa since I moved to the East Valley six years ago. They just opened up a new one on Higley and Queen creek so I stopped by to check it out. Much to my surprise I saw Angel from a different location there to greet me with a smile. I know he like all the other employees will take great care of all my vehicles. I'm looking forward to visiting this location in the future as it's the closest to my house. read more

This is an update to my March 25 review. I was really disappointed today. I purchased a book of six regular washes and gave one of the coupons to the attendant when I pulled in to the full service bay. He tried to upsell me. I declined. I waited quite a while for my car to appear in the detail area. They put my car right up front of one of the lines. It sat and sat while multiple staff people worked on other cars. At times the staff were just kibitzing with each other standing around. When I inquired of the outside mgr, he explained how they work. Because the other cars had purchased upgraded washes, they put more people on those cars as they take longer. At times there would be three individuals working on one car - then they would leave and one would return and work on it some more. What I got out of this scene is that unless I purchase the $23 car wash, my car is just an also ran!! They had plenty of staff so I don't see why they could not do first come, first serve. I did not have this problem before. I don't know who came up with this business model but they need to rethink it! I gave them two stars because the car was clean, but service sucks! read more

This is the second car I brought here today. Holly was very helpful on the line when I dropped my car off for the wash. When I walked inside to check out Alexis greeted me right away and checked me out with ease. On the drying line Daniel was on top of his crew to get my car dried as quickly as possible. Every time I've come here I've been very happy with the smiling faces and the politeness of the staff. I also love the wash improvements you've made to the car wash. I can bring my car (which is every low to the ground) without having to worry about it being scratched on anything. That is thanks to the conveyer belt style wash. I am also very appreciative of the undercarriage spray system that was added and the powerful side mirror spraying device. Thank you for all of the upgrades! Angel at Cobblestone Auto Spa on Queen Creek Rd and Higley provides some of the best customer service of all the auto spas I've been to! He's always friendly and remembers the regular customers. My car always looks amazing when I leave. So happy to finally have Cobblestone in the neighborhood! read more

Came here to get my oil changed and the technicians we're very helpful and great service. I was not pushed for sales but they we're very helpful at inspecting my car and services I bought worked and my car runs great. The technicians we're so friendly and cleaned out my car so well. read more

The car wash was fine. The website, phone menu, and customer service was non-existent. I asked for help about the unlimited plan at the Spa and was told to go to the website. There was no way to find out what date my plan would renew, much less the day it ended. I called and given an extensive automatic options menu to speak to a live person. No live people. I finally got the customer service department and was told, by automation, to leave a message. The inability to check my account online after being told that that was the only way to get the information I needed, and not being able to easily do it was beyond frustrating. So instead of looking at other plans, I just completely cancelled and will go back to more customer-friendly car washes. read more

Worst car wash experience I've ever had. Mentioned that I had driven my sedan through a mud puddle and asked that the wheel wells be sprayed. Guy said "OK." Looked at my receipt and I was charged $5 extra on top of the $17 BASIC wash price. He failed to mention that additional cost for a very minor amount of mud. After waiting over 10 minutes, I couldn't locate my car. Walked all around but no sign of my vehicle. Finally found it parked behind the building with the door wide open. I asked the closest guy what was going on and he said "No idea." Then I asked for a manager who failed to come to the front desk. The front desk girl told me that he had a gray shirt. Found him and he got my car moving from behind the building and into the wash tunnel. The wash brushes weren't moving down on top of the cars so the cars weren't fully washed. Then my car sat another 15 minutes before anyone began drying. Noticed there was still mud on the wheel wells. That had to be removed with a sponge and water. Manager did nothing to remedy any of these issues. Made lots of excuses and said sorry. Just terrible. Poor management, disorganized, slow, incomplete wash read more

This morning my wife and I decided to drive our 2013 red Nissan Altima to church. It normally sits in our garage because I drive a company vehicle and my wife normally drives our Ford Focus to work so we don't put wear and tear on the Altima. We thought it would be nice to take it to the wash and I had suggested Cobblestone. We purchased the 16$ Chanauba wax wash. We pulled up and go through the wash and at first I told my wife how awesome the car looked. Then we pulled into the vacuum station and as I walk around I see scratches just below the windows on the passenger side on both the front and back. Also what I thought were scratches on the side of the door. I walk in to ask for a manager where I am then approached by Brian. He is informed of what had happened and I walk him out to our car. I point out the problem areas where he points out the dirt and goes "that's not scratching that's dirt." Which I rub a little harder and it comes off. I go but what about these ones as well those weren't there before? He goes "we didn't do that...our machine doesn't make marks like that." But I insist it wasn't there before because unbeknownst to him our car stays in a garage and doesn't get driven and had been kept in great shape due to that. But he continues to point out the dirt with a smirk and goes "those aren't scratches that's dirt bro." We go back and forth with him saying "I'm not calling you a liar but those weren't there before." He offers after I mention I'm writing a yelp review that he's gonna have me pull over and they will wipe down the "dirt." Already frustrated with the whole situation we pull up. Him and another detailer begin wiping down the car. The other manager walks over and asked "is this the one that got a scratched?" Which he so subtly tried to say without us hearing "the scratches were already there and chuckles." After wiping it down (with water spots now all over our car) He bids me farewell by saying "I'm sorry you thought I was laughing at you, I'm just trying to help you and you have yourself a good rest of your day." In a condescending tone. The rudeness and arguing from the manager Brian had left a knot in my stomach and for that I will no longer go here as I have paid 5$ at superstar car wash and left with a clean car, wheels, and no scratches with a much more pleasant experience. read more
