ABSOLUTELY DO NOT GO HERE!!! On 8/23/26 my Tesla windshield was completely blown out from their equipment. They said I had a crack in it to start. NOPE not all, was in perfect condition.. just had tint put on about two months ago and it was perfect. It's not that I don't have glass insurance to get it fixed, it was THEIR (main manager and Teddy with corporate) way of handling the unfortunate situation. No accountability or apologies. Car wash is fine, as others have mentioned it's a good price and your car will be clean. Staff is nice, very friendly. The aggravating issue as others have mentioned is not all of the vacuums work correctly. Why not place a sign or block the stall with the faulty vacuums?? I don't have a membership and am not interested in one. I stop in when one of my vehicles needs cleaned. I have run into issues with the vacuums, but my recent issue is with the aggressiveness of the bearded guy at the paying station. I said I wasn't interested in a membership. That should have been the end of it, but he kept on accosting me...very rude and unnecessary. So the other cars that I needed cleaned, I went someplace different. You need to have a chat with the bearded guy or fire him, no means no! Very inappropriate. read more

I used to like this carwash location until today, when the guy manning the pay station I felt was incredibly rude and sarcastic because I wouldn't purchase their monthly membership. Looks like he has done it before, since there's a review on google from a month ago describing what appears to be the same guy with the beard. It begs the question as to why a company would keep someone like that at the cost of losing customers. This was the worst service ive ever had anywhere. I am not one to write reviews but this experience was anything but pleasant. I pulled into the car wash and an older man named Marcus asked if I was using the membership, I misheard and thought he said would you like one and responded no thank you and then realized his question and immediately said no. He than responded thats not what I said so what is it with a major attitude. I then responded I said no I just want the light car wash I think its the clean and just to let you know you theres no reason for an attitude. He said he didnt have an attitude (saying this with an attitude) told me its all recorded and i said perfect can I just service myself because I would rather do that. I than asked for his name and manager and he responded with he was the manager and walked away without providing me any higher management contact info. As he walked away he comes back and said i called him stupid and told me i needed to leave. I did not call him stupid and like he said it's recorded so he can easily go see I did not call him stupid. Had me back my car up and the car behind me so i could leave. He was so rude. He had a long beard and from the looks of the reviews this seems to be an ongoing issue. This location has gone downhill over the past year. Really hard to find vacuums with suction. Now there are some stalls with vacuums removed altogether. No signs or explanations just no vacuums. The past 2 times I've been there nobody manning the actual wash, had to sit and wait while the person doing that job decided to show up. When I went today there were plenty of towels but there's been times when buckets are empty. It's close and convenient but they could definitely do better. read more

Good "express" car wash. The tunnel does a good job cleaning the car, and the vacuum / dry stations are well facilitized so you can vacuum out your interior and prevent exterior water spotting. The guys who guide you at the entrance are mostly good, but some will motion you forward without first looking at your tire alignment with the guides. Weird. read more

I cancelled my membership over 6 months ago after a few bad experiences . You can't call the office, part of the stellar customer service is email only. After 4 consecutive months I finally got my membership cancelled . I had just had AMEX open a fraud case. Fast forward 3 months they started charging me again! Total rip off. Zero customer service! Poor guys at the actual location have no authority to do anything about anything!! Car wash itself was fine. It was the boy at the kiosks trying to talk me into a membership that was the problem. I told him no the first time stating I don't live nearby, he said there's 3 locations near me and proceeded to sell. I said I'd need to double check with my partner and we may since we have multiple cars and those would be included. I said I'll be back but maybe next time. I had to say no more than that. I'm a female and a male refusing to take my "no" for an answer, especially after multiple times, really does not sit well with me. I've worked in sales, I understand the tactic but there's a line. When he finally listened to my "no", his tone very quickly changed to irritated "alright". Tapped a few buttons on the screen angrily in silence. If I could give zero stars, I would. I was getting my car washed yesterday evening. Went in and everything was normal as usual, but when I came out my driver side mirror was broken. The manager JJ said it was a pretty cut and dry situation because they have cameras entering the car wash before and after. He did not promise me anything, which I understand. I am getting so sick of pulling up to get a wash and being bombarded by the sales guys pushing to up-sale. Normally I can avoid it by finding an open lane but today was just straight up annoying. I had to pull into the middle lane and dude was blocking so I couldn't get close to the point of sale ensuring I had to speak with him. Honestly the ONLY reason I come to this car wash is because my son with special needs loves watching the dryers. I come here at least once a week and it is always filthy. There is garbage everywhere, half the time the vacuums don't work and a lot of the time there are no towels. Usually there are overgrown weeds as well and it just looks like a dump. Many times I see workers standing around and I'm not exactly sure what they are doing but they for sure are not cleaning up. I don't know how this place has 5 star reviews. They still charged my card for yet another monthly fee. I will now have to dispute that charge with the credit card issuer. They simply do not honor requests to cancel your subscription!! Beware of the bait and switch! The first time I went to this car wash, the kid convinced me to purchase the $19.95 unlimited deal which was great. A couple months later I brought by other car and the kid convinced me to add a car to my plan for half price. There actually was no savings, another charge for 19.95. Whatever- this is the part that pissed me off: 2 months ago, my monthly charge jumped up to $50/mo and this month jumped even higher!! Now I'm paying $65 a month!!? No warning at all- they just hope you don't check your credit card statement. I've tried calling and stayed on hold for 15 mins without an answer. I've emailed them twice. I was here on 1/4 and had a horrible experience. I don't usually post negative things online but would rather contact customer service. Their customer service request requires an account number, which I don't have. I then came to Yelp and saw an email that was posted as a response to negative comments. I emailed them that day and got a response that all requests will be responded to within 3 business days. Still nothing. I checked my junk mail, too, but there's nothing. So here I am. When I went that day, the employee tried to talk me into one of their membership plans (this is normal. I know). I repeatedly told him I didn't want it and there were cars behind me waiting to go through while the other lane had no cars as there was no employee in that lane. I told him I just wanted the most basic wash (normally $11). He continued to talk through the plans despite me trying to just get through. I get this is his job. Then when he finally let me get the car wash, he put in for a $22 car wash. I was shocked at how the price doubled. He also automatically bypassed the screen for me to put in a phone number for the rewards program. I had to ask him to go back, and he asked "oh you have the rewards program?" So he went back, I put in the phone number, I paid, and I hurried in as I was holding up the line. I checked online afterwards as I thought it was a bit outrageous for the price to double and saw the basic wash is still $11. So I essentially was automatically charged double the price for a different wash and almost lost the chance to put in my rewards code. I have never had anyone this pushy, and it's ridiculous that I got charged twice the amount without giving me a chance to look through the screen myself. I've been coming to this location with my family for a while now but don't have memberships because we honestly don't need to wash our cars that often, and all the employees have been very understanding of me saying "no" to them. Again, I understand it's their job, but to put in a wash I didn't want without double checking with me (charging me double what I normally pay) and to bypass the phone number screen was absolutely unacceptable. read more

Decided to take my car through a quick drive and dry yourself place. The car wash was great! Beats the heck out of constantly telling guys at the car wash you missed this and broke that! They give you fresh towels to dry your car with, the vacuums are strong! Got all the straw out my car from the ranch. All in all I'm going to continue with washing my car with Star! I normally use the San Tan Valley location, but twice I have stopped at this location, simply because it was a matter of convenience. Both times, the experience has been really bad, so coupled with my inconsistent service at the STV location, saving 10 bucks a month is probably not worth the service. I left a review for the other location, but for this place, I put it off until now. Both times I used this location, I noticed many of the bays had private vehicles parked in them. The one time, the place was packed and it could have helped to have those bays open. They were for the employees, so that's not a big deal, but I don't see that at the STV location. I had to walk an entire row of bays to find two towels. Every single bay had dirty towels overflowing when the clean towel section was empty. The two towels I did get were bone dry, not damp, like normal. I opted to use my own chamois and personal towel. The worker brought towels out like 10 minutes later, but he only put 2-3 towels in every other bay. The vacuums here are horrible. My bay was missing an entire tube and our section of 4 bays had horrible sucking pressure, so we could not even use them. Plus, with the location packed, we could move bays. The kid at the front didn't seem like he wanted to be there. He was sitting on the machine and was texting. This was months ago, but when busy, you probably should be out greeting customers or helping to ensure towels are available and the vacuum cleaners actually work. This location is really bad. I only gave two stars because it was on my way so I didn't need to track a location down.. It's weird. Two locations and different ratings. While the STV location is inconsistent due to poor vacuums, at least the staff is friendly and they always appear to be working. I stopped using this location altogether. Lastly, I noticed they use all rotating brushes, so I normally have to clean the back of my car, whereas at Cobblestone, I never had to do this. Plus their machines jack the mirrors due to the force. Terrible customer service on Veterans Day at Power and Pecos location in Gilbert. As a Vet, I planned on taking advantage of of advertised facebook post offering a free wash. If there was a coupon requirement, I did not see it. I arrived shortly after 7am and there was no attendant on duty. I walked into the wash area and encountered someone I believe was the owner or manager. I inquired about the veterans benefit, and he said I needed a coupon. I told him if it was required, I did not see it, but I had proof of my veteran status. He would not honor it, but thanked my for my service as I threw up my hands in disgust and walked away.
