I went here and paid for the diamond car wash, paying 40 some bucks for the worst car wash I have ever had. I don't normally write reviews, but this was too bad! There are spots on the dash that had not even been touched! The places that had been wiped down were done poorly at best!! They write on your back window stating what wash you are getting. This place is a scam. I bought their so called Fast Pass for $39.99/ month. I was told I could get hand washes on this Fast Pass as long as I kept going to this location. When I went in for my second wash I was denied and told I would have to pay more. The guy trying to help me didn't seem to concerned I was lied to by his co worker on my previous visit when they sold me the pass. I feel I was ripped off and they would not even try to make it right. This place has lost all my business and my friends business as of now. read more

I have never been humiliated like this in my life. This used to be my favorite location. Not anymore! I have two cars and two monthly services with them. Last week I brought my Altima to the location and they skipped my car totally. I was in my car for 15 mins before I was even talked to. Then I talked to the car wash manager Charles. Told him about it and he totally blew me off. They previously fired a really good employee by the name of Lorenz. I asked Charles so you guys fired Lorenz for this new guy that skipped my car. He rolled his eyes at me. So Today I brought my challenger for a wash and that same employee that skipped my altima saw me to scan my car. His eyes got really big. Then he walks to Charles (car wash manager)and says "that black guy is here again". Charles says who. The employee says "that nigger In that white challenger". The employee and Charles started laughing. But the whole time they didn't know my window was down so I heard everything. Saying how I was complaining last week. So I got my claim check from him. I put my car in reverse and left. I'm never going there again. I'm a 32 year old African American and for me to hear that in 2017. I was totally shocked. I couldn't believe it. So I highly recommend you guys to stay away from this location. They're racist and disrespectful. Their service have gotten completely horrible. I don't know what changes they have made. I purchased the supreme car wash during lunch. As unwashed waiting for my vehicle to be cleaned another lady had to ask the car wash employees to vacuum the back of her car. She too purchased the supreme car wash. She said that this was not the first time. Upon completion of my vehicle I checked the back of my vehicle and confirmed that it was vacuumed. After work a colleague asked where I got my cat wash. He noticed the shiny exterior until we both got up close to see the tree sap on the hood of my car. I park on a covered garage by the way so clearly the car wash employees do not scrub. After work I drove to the car wash to ask if they could finish cleaning the hood. Stephen Lorenz began cleaning the tree sap off my vehicle and explained that if anything doesn't come off in the wash there is a different type of wash required. As I drove off I noticed that whatever Stephen sprayed directly on my vehicle's hood splattered on my windshield. I didn't bother turning around. These folks have no common sense. It didn't used to be this way. They used to be better. New management maybe? Don't waste your time. read more

On December 26, I took my BMW 325CI to the Cobblestone Auto Spa on the corner of Kyrene and Baseline. Before my service, which cost $125 for interior cleaning as well as a wash, my car was fine. After service, my inside driver's side door handle was broke. Also, my floor mats were bagged soaking wet and put in my trunk, where they could ruin the almost $2000 speaker system I have there. I immediately let the manager on duty know the issue, and after speaking to the team there, he said his team didn't do it, but he agreed to look up the part and order it. We filled out some kind of complaint form. He said he should have the part the next day, the 27th, and he'd give me a call. No call. I show up on Wednesday, the 28th, and he said the part is on order, come in next Monday, January 2nd, and that he would call me. The 2nd came and went, no call. Another week passed with no contact. On Thursday, January 12, sick of waiting, I took my car into a dealer to get it repaired myself, which cost me almost $130. Afterwards that same day, I visited the manager at the Kyrene and Baseline Autospa and he refused to pay for it, refused to pay for even the parts, which were $63. This kind of lying and deceit should not be tolerated by any customer, so I am no longer going to any Cobblestone for Car Wash or Oil Services. I cancelled my fast pass, which means they are out a lot more money than they ever would have been. read more

I took my car thru a drive thru car wash and was left with a milky glaze all over. Took it to Cobblestone, paid $50 and was told "no problem, we can shine it right up". After 2 hours they brought it out and it looked EXACT LY the same. They said sorry, your car is old and that glaze won't come off unless you pay over $100. Said they would have to use some high speed deluxe buffing system. So I took it home, and with nothing but a rag and a bottle of cleaner wax ($6 @ walmart) I waxed 1/2 of the car. It looked beautiful. Took it back and asked for refund. DENIED...They said no refunds, I told them to at least finish the car and after 2 days of b.s. they finally did it (used MY cleaner) and it was back to normal. This detailing service is horrible. They leave streaks on windows, don't get under the mats and this 50 yr old woman kicked their butt on clean & wax on the exterior. Don't waste your money...only good thing is that the blond manager was easy on the eyes and nice. But the quality of service is bad. read more

This place has done everything from break off the my vehicles tracking device in the windshield, to managing to scratch a perfect paint job with a so called premium hand wax. Oh I almost forgot the kicker, how could this one have not slipped my mind. My initial signup visit I pay for a premium fast pass, somehow they switch my pass with a customer that purchased a basic pass, applied my sticker to his car and for 3 months I was paying for this other mans premium washes on god knows what while my 2011 BMW gets the basic wash. I realize this when they try to upgrade me to the service I'm already being billed for. This is what led to the discounted premium wax that, then left swirls on the trunk and hood. The grand finale for me was Sunday, it all came into perspective when I had the displeasure of meeting the GM , who revealed to me the ultimate reason for the comedy of errors committed by this carwash. It all starts with leadership and when I ran into him it made perfect sense. Save your money and keep driving past this spot. You would do better paying the homeless to do it. At least you would know they are going to try do the very best!!!! And as the saying goes a word to the wise is usually suffice! read more

i will never be going back to this horrible place! i only get hand washes on my car, the cashier explained to me i can purchase a packet of free washes and i could apply them for my free hand washes, only when i went to use them they only took of $6 off the cost. so i was lied to and the employee told me "well thats only heresay", the first time i visited this place seen my car rolling thru the machine, then today i went back for another hand wash and if i didn't forget something in my car and have to go back to it they would have rolled it thru the machine again, i caught them right before they did it. after they hand washed it they called me to say the car was ready...it was covered in water and was not even clean, i had to wait for someone to come back and clean it again and the employees had an attitude about it. not ever going back to this horrible place. read more
