Not sure why this place has an average of 3.5 stars. Their car wash is not cheap but it's quick, efficient and with good results. My car was filthy with all sorts of killed bugs all over the front end and the windshield, having driven in from SoCal. I chose the middle level wash which was not cheap at $22.99. Nonetheless, it took about 30 secs to go through and the results were decent: I did not expect all the bug marks to be taken off and they didn't all come off. However, the windshield and hood were 100% clear, the front fascia cleaned up about 70%. Colorful car wash; it's quick and if you are a local they have a month membership for $32 or $34 for unlimited washes which, in my opinion, is a good deal. read more

First they open relatively early, we were able to get our rental Jeep washed, vacuumed and touch up before we hit breakfast and the botanical gardens. The vacuums are super strong and sucked up all the red clay from Monument Valley. They had these wonderful complimentary towels to clean the insides and touch up spots. We went for a basic wash, but it did the trick and you'd never know we drove through snow, sleet, ice, rain, mud, clay et al! They got much better car washes than any one I been to in Texas. There'a the usual drive through with mechanical arms washing the car, but these don't beat your car up with scratches it seems. You get a complimentary sanitizer wipe, their vacuum hoses sit on a cloth instead of a hole which is interesting, but what I like is they have a hose that's a air blower. Absolutely the worst car wash I've ever received and one of the more expensive of the car wash chains. Tailgate remained completely covered in dirt, despite specifically asking the attendant to spray it prior to wash. Bugs remained on the windshield and the entire car was covered in a residue. Gas station car washes are far superior to what my car received today. I'll stay with Super Star or Cobblestone. Thought I would give it a try since it was close to my son's extracurriculars. read more

I'm a bit disappointed with their policy on vehicles with roof racks. I've had three vehicles on their top-tier plan for over 1yr. However, each time I take two of three SUV vehicles (Jeep Wrangler & Mercedes GL450) I am rarely satisfied with the wash on the front bumper, front hood, windshield, and roof. This is because, depending on the day and staff, they decide to either allow or not allow for one of the spinning brushes to lower down to brush the bumper,hood, front windshield, and roof. When they program the brush to come down the quality of the wash is absolutely stunning. However, when they program the brush to not come down the result is poor. There's still wet dirt/dust that would require me to rub out with the towels they provide. The catch is that it scratches the paint. I thought the premium I paid would result in consistent quality. I cancelled my subscription for my three vehicles. I'm going to find another location. If you have a vehicle with a roof rack, beware. read more

I love this Car Wash. it's never super filled up nor busy like other car wash place I've been to. They are pretty personal with the car wash order. It's not just a machine, but an actual person asking what kind of wash you would like for the day. Then they'll direct you where to go and what to do first. I like how their cleaning solutions are always so colorful. Super fun sitting on your car going through the washes, because of all the different colors you'll see come out from the sprayer for my vehicle to be clean. My car washes from here are always super cleaned plus you can park after and use their Free vacuum and pressure air dryer too. This car wash doesn't get your car squeaky clean, but it does the job. You may still have bird droppings and dirt stuck on the car but I found that it got the majority of it off (which can be said about a lot of car wash places around the area). The one thing is that you will be left with water marks on the car because it appears the fans aren't strong enough to get all of the water off the windshield. read more

*****UPDATE***** After writing this review I was contacted by the Regional Manager of this location, who quickly & empathetically rectified the situation and documented my complaints regarding my treatment immediately following the incident. Due to this, & my confidence that he will handle the mistreatment at the heart of this complaint, I am updating my rating. The way the RM handled the situation proves that the issue was isolated to the individual mentioned in my earlier review & not a reflection of the company as a whole. Joshua, thank you so much for listening to me. Original Review: I had an incident at the wash that completely detached the underside of my car & the manager at the location insisted that it was not the wash's fault and sent me away without allowing me to fill out an incident report. She was also incredibly rude and condescending to me. The bottom of my car was now dragging on the ground, so I took it to the shop where they confirmed that the piece was torn by the car wash & beyond repair, so I would need to purchase a new part for $350. I immediately called customer support where they advised me that I should have filled out an incident report before leaving, & I should return to the location to fill one out, which I did. The next day I received a series of extremely dismissive emails from the store manager saying that based on the footage I was the one that was at fault & my claim was denied. I requested that she cancel my membership & she said she would, but refused to provide official documentation. I felt uneasy, so I called customer support once again & they asked me for my claim number. I told them I was not given one & they advised that I return to the location because Quick Quack's policy is to provide the incident number to the customer after filling out a report. He also confirmed for me that the manager had not in fact cancelled my membership. When I returned to the location the following day they told me they had no record of my claim but the manager would call me when she was in next (she never did). I chose to call the customer support line again & got a lot of mixed messages about what Quick Quacks official process for claims was, but she told me that she would send an email to the regional manager (since I was being mistreated by the store manager) & I would hear back in 3-5 business days. I did not. I called the customer care center back once again on 8/21 & was given the same information as my previous call, & that representative said she would send another email to the regional manager explaining the issue & requesting that I be contacted. This goes far beyond a simple mishap at the car wash, the manager is acting in a completely unprofessional manner. read more

Okay some of the other reviews have been quite harsh, how relevant is the uniform of the staff to your cleaning experience? At the end of the day any retailer has to consider price/value and this is where the quack falls shorts. I have to agree with the other reviews, almost $16 for a "deluxe" car wash without any courtesy drying towels like the other guys, I would say that is low on the value/experience scale. Fortunately I had brought my own drying towel. The air jets to blow out the water from crevices and side mirrors seemed weak and as others have commented, I had some leftover soap foam around the trunk. Unlike other new car washes, this place still has a rail to drive onto instead of a moving track. At the end of the day, there is nothing I saw except the psychedelic foaming/lighting that would cause me to switch from my existing car wash, hence the rating. read more

Use caution when doing business at this place. Their system damaged the roof trim on my vehicle. I contacted the person in the office, who took a report and retrieved the part that was broken off. I was then informed that corporate would review the video and let me know how they would handle this. So 2 hours later, the employee I spoke with emails me to inform me that the blower did the damage, not the scrubber, and they don't cover any damage on a vehicle 5 years or older. This Car Wash is amazing. I've travel all over the country with my job. I've subscribed to probably about 7-8 of these monthly car wash services before this one. This one has the best price though!!! But what really made me stoked was over at the vacuum station...they had one of those air compressed hoses to get all the dust out of hard to reach places. That thing blew all the extra dust particles out of crevices of my dashboard and center console. I've never seen one of those before at a monthly car wash. 5 stars!!! Visited 5/17/2019 with a free $15.99 car coupon. I had a spot of bird poop on my left A piller. Other than that my truck was fairly clean. After going through three times the poop was still there and I was chastised rudely by an employee when I stepped out to see if the poop had came off. This was a bad experience for a new customer let alone any customer. I wish I could leave a pic of how dirty my truck was after three washes. The wash was nice and quick but unfortunately, I still had dried bird poop on my car afterwards. On the areas of my vehicle that didn't have bird poop, the finish looked good but I wish the entirety of the car looked like that. This is a new car wash in the area so thought I'd give it a try. They definitely did not use a spot-free rinse. And the dry was not thorough. The result was water spots all over my mirrors passenger side windows. This was with their top-level wash. Don't think I'll be coming here again. Edit: I didn't have any water spots on my car when going in. In fact, I was able to remove the spots left by the car wash with just a wet paper towel when I got home. read more

I have monthly plan but had a few chips that noticed occurred after I went through cleaner. Made an incident report October 9th and they said someone would be in touch within a couple days. A week went by and called again. They said they would escalate the report. Call again after 4 days and they said they would be in touch. It's now the 21st and they still haven't contacted me to address the incident. I'll be cancelling my membership tomorrow. If anything happens to your vehicle during the was don't expect them to care. Note they have my info correct. Just spoke to cancel the membership and during the process billed me on the 19th and won't refund the last payment even though I wouldn't go through again if the problem is not fixed and could do more damage. How would anyone know if no one still hasn't contacted them for almost 2 weeks? Place is horrible. Don't go! read more

I have been coming to this location for a few months now and I can tell you it is the worst one in the valley. When ever I go through the car wash it smells bad and the older woman with a pixie cut is the worst person to have greeting costumers. Typical car wash. However, Why are the girls wearing formal dress shirt and slacks? It makes me feel hot right away. Shorts and a T-shirt should do it. Specially with this weather. Other than that, I may go back. Oh, they don't give little wet towels to dry the car. Yes again, I felt bad for the girls wearing those clothes. Here is a better uniform idea, it looks fresh, inviting. Reply to manager: who said that wearing nice clean shorts and a nice clean polo shirts is not clean and professional? It would actually match more with a car wash. Even me, I work for one of the biggest insurance companies in the country and inside a building and we wear nice polo shirts and casual pants.
