I had some cosmetic damage to my car from a…read moreleaky pipe in the parking garage where I work, and I went to Scott to see if a detailing would take care of it or if the panel needed to be completely repainted. He took out his power washer and buffer on the spot and got almost all of it off right then and there in about 5 minutes, then explained what it would take to really get the rest of the staining off, with a decent quote to do the whole car. I had the property manager of my work building call him to pay for the service, then Scott got me scheduled on a weekend, picked up my car first thing in the morning, drove it to his shop for the job, and drove it back when he was done. He was very communicative and honest, quick to respond to my texts, and knows his stuff. When he brought my car back looking almost brand new, I fell in love with her all over again. Scott walked me through everything he did, recommended how to keep it looking nice, also pointed out how the paint on the hood is beginning to suffer some micro cracks from this awful heat and what to do about it. He also noted an oily residue on the engine that he couldn't completely get rid of and advised I might want to ask a mechanic about it just in case. Scott does good work, he's easy to talk to, punctual, and knows what he's doing. For the work he did and in this kind of heat, I'd say it would be worth every penny even if I'd been spending it myself. I'm going to want to have this done again next year, I know that for sure. It's been about a week since the installation, and the cabin stays noticeably cooler while maintaining a clear view through the windshield. The pricing was fair and the installation appears to have been done professionally. The shop could benefit from better signage since it wasn't immediately obvious where I needed to go. Overall, I'm happy with the results and would consider using them again for future work.

I honestly can't even imagine ever going anywhere else to get a car detailed now. The car wash up the street is ruined for me, like I just will never go there again. Ever. He's passionate about what he does, and it's obvious how much he cares about your vehicle. JD also took my car to get a ceramic tint at the same time as the detail. The level of service he provides doesn't really exist anywhere else. You can text him and set up maintenance washes after your detail and he will come to you with his tricked out van. He doesn't need your water or your power, he has it all in his mobile setup. He's also just a really nice guy. Warning, it'll make you want to care more about your car than you ever intended to. So if you are one of those anxious people who is a bit particular about your things, you found your guy.

As you can see from the pictures the top of all 4 windows of my vehicle were not touched. He had the keys and was able to roll them down to be cleaned, he just didn't i guess. The passenger side glove box still has visible dirt/ dust marks. There are many small circular liquid specs on my center console and dashboard. Grease/ liquid marks on the back door. His 400$ detail also includes the engine bay to be cleaned but he thought that mine was "clean enough already" so he told me he skipped that part all together, still making the price out to be $400. I don't think that was the right thing to do. There was really nothing special about this detail compared to the standard $250 detailing in my opinion.

They are easily one of the cheapest in the Valley and do great work. My issue and the reason I'm rating only three stars lies in the communication and responsiveness I received from the owner. I had an appointment for Wednesday 8/5/2026. I dropped off after hours and utilized the night drop box which was no problem. I let the owner know what I needed and that I'd like the invoice sent to my email and the key left somewhere we agreed to because I wouldn't be able to get the car until after hours. He told me about Zelle payments to avoid a fee, I told him I wanted credit card points so he agreed to send me an email invoice and told me all of that was no issue. We texted about a wrap for a different car to which he requested to call me about, we spoke about the wrap and pricing, then I reconfirmed that I will be picking the tiny vehicle up after hours, he said to Zelle him, I informed him again about the invoice and he agreed again. He texted me asking if I could meet him at 5:30 to pick my car up and to Zelle him the money. I informed him for the third time now that I would like an emailed invoice and I was going to pick it up after hours. He then tells me at 5:15 he is driving back to the shop and what time can I pick it up. I told him I am not off work until 5:30, so the earliest I could be there is 6:10. He responds at 5:47 asking if I can be there at 6:30, I text him back saying I'm already on my way and will just wait until 6:30. I arrive at 6:10 and inform him I'm here and waiting until when he is ready for me. 6:30 comes, no response, 6:45 comes, I text him again asking if he is still meeting me here. 7:00 comes and I call him, he asks "Can we reconvene in an hour", I let him know I've already been waiting 30 minutes past the time HE told me to be here, on top of the 30 minutes past drive it took to get here. He finally shows up a bit before 7:30 for me to pick up. He asks me to Zelle again, I inform him once again I am going to be using a card. He tell me the total and I pay. As I'm leaving he asks me when I wanted to do the wrap on the other car, I tell him based on my experience today I'm no longer interested in his services and don't trust that I will be communicated with properly. We talk back and forth, his excuse is that he was spoiling his girlfriend all day and time slipped away from him. He offered to give me a free windshield visor (for my cracked windshield that I already told him I didn't want) and an unknown discount on the wrap I was no longer interested in. The only time any accountability was taken was when I told him there was a problem after the fact, even a 5%-10% discount for wasting my time would have made up for it. This entire situation could have been avoided if he just sent me the invoice before closing, I could have used a spare key to get the car and then just gotten the key later. He was more interested in selling me a wrap and trying to force me to Zelle than actually providing quality service. I'm not asking for you to respond instantly or remember every detail about ever customer but when I ask you to send me the invoice via email and three messages later you ask me to Zelle, it's obvious you aren't paying attention to anything I'm saying.
