First time at this location , I've been to the one in Gilbert. This location the staff is friendly. I paid for the membership and after the full day of rain and heavy winds the GM Chris shared for best results and to get my money worth I could go twice to seal the protectant in case it rains again. Great recommendation and both he and the man at the kiosk were friendly! Super quick wash , you receive a Dashwipe & an Air freshener! Love that! Plus they have towels for drying in the vacuum section. AND FREE air in tires! Major , and I don't notice that at the location but love it!! The cheapest car wash is now $8. I went there last week and they didn't even run the water. They added the soap, then no water, and no drying. I guess no drying was needed when you do not use the water. Needless to say there are many other options. Definitely avoid this place. read more

I just drove to this car was because my boyfriend needed to wash his rental car and turn it back in. I figured I could just wait for him in the lot and throw some trash away while he was doing that. Then an employee comes out to me saying someone manger was watching me on the camera telling his employees to call the cops on me for literally throwing away trash for the couple minutes I was waiting on my boyfriend. Call the police? like what. Thankfully that employee was super nice letting me know instead of just letting them call the cops because apparently they didn't even plan on telling me I was doing anything wrong. I went through the wash on chandler blvd and the 101. When i came or my factory oem spoiler got tore off. I filed out the claim form at the wash after a couple visits back to find out what's up and not hearing nothing i sent a email. 2 months later another email. They finally sent me a claim denial saying it was anon factory oem part. This is my second review cause customer service answered and gave a link for me to answer through. Same link that it takes 4ever to get s answer. The spoiler was a factory oem spoiler. They're is no phone number to call anyone. I was a customer for over 3 years. Never again ill go there read more

Five stars for the staff - they are always friendly and helpful when needed. The towels are always well stocked and the vacuums work well. -2 stars just because the machines need a little update. The roller doesn't always come down, the rinse is hit or miss and the dryers are weak compared to other locations. We keep our monthly membership because it's got a few convenient spots but this location isn't our favorite. read more

My car looks terrible! 1 star is too good of a review. I got a coupon in the mail for a free car wash. When I went to redeem the free premium wash and try out the new place, the employee gave me a hard time for not buying a membership. I get it. That's the point of the free wash: to get clients and memberships. However, his attitude was pushy, but after holding my ground (and not getting the membership), he let me get my car washed. His customer service was rude! Here's my real issue: it was a terrible car wash. My car is streaky, still dirty, and I will NOT be going back, getting a membership, or recommending this place to anyone. I will be going to get my car washed someplace else today. I have never seen an organization mess up an account so badly. then they choose to not follow up to customer service request - the send initial reply and promise to resolve but nothing. the local wash managers are helpless and have no access. what a joke for an organization. I would highly recommend the Quick Quack as they allow the local wash to resolve issues and they provide superior customer service. for only a few $ more it is worth it. can you give someone zero stars? read more

This is a pretty decent car wash. It gets the dirt off your car pretty well and they have an area to vacuum your car or dry it thoroughly after driving through the wash. It was broken one time I went and cars had to back up out of the line. We were stuck waiting for about half an hour and no one came to inform us of lord what was going on so we had to get out of our car and track a worker down. We weren't given a refund but were told to return at a later date and to let the staff know. So like normal car washes, they can have maintenance issues from time to time. read more
