All I can say is wow!! So many non paying customers coming in to vacuum car. They randomly pull in and definitely not there to pay. You can tell this happens often. Tons of non paying people vacuuming and zero employees checking or doing anything about it. I'm sorry but why again am I paying over $30 a month again? Is it to compensate for the freeloading constantly taking place? I'm so disgusted with this location. Also, I highly suggest any good law abiding citizen coming here make sure they have protection-aka strapped up. It's pretty shady and seedy around there. Lots of hot boxing also going on in that lot. Hide your children. Only reason it's getting 2 stars is because I still was able to wash my car, but very crowded with the freeloaders. Are cars are already detailed we only wash the outside. They said no problem. They open one up buy my business partners house and he did the same thing. So we have 2 account because we have 2 demo. We had 7 washes last month between the 2 of us. Less than once a week when they looked it up. These people lied to us. I will not do business with people that lied to us. This company will damage your vehicle and will never get back to you. I could not be more disappointed with a company. I have a brand new vehicle and after having it less than a week, I took it to Cobblestone Carwash and when it came out, it was all scratched up. There isn't much worse than taking a brand new vehicle to a carwash and leaving with damages. After speaking with a representative, they said the manager was out of the office and to leave my name and number. I did, but I was never called back, so I called and left a message (every other day for a week). Then I tried contacting them via the contact form on the website two times, and I never received a response. I attached some images, but these pictures don't do the damage justice. CobbleStone is a brand new car wash chain from Arizona. This is by far the best equipped carwash facility I've been to. Not only they provide free dash wipe but at each vacuum station they have clean towels to dry off. Basic wash is $8 and monthly unlimited plans start at $23, $29, $37 and they were doing some promo for the first six month. Having a clean car is not essential, but it does make me 10% happier. read more

The ONE STAR is because, someone when and opened a second account in another car (wife's car). I know for the fact that she did not open that account. She doesn't care about how clean her car is. We find out a year latter because the second charge doesn't show in my cobblestone statement. My mistake was not paying attention to my bank statement. So I called them and surprise, no refund, no nothing. So, a year of free money to this corporation. Advice, make sure they are not charging you twice. When I pulled up to the touchscreen to make my selection, the young man quickly scrolled through options without explaining anything. I noticed he was signing me up for a monthly subscription, so I asked why the cost was suddenly $11 more than my last wash, which was only $10. He acted as if he didn't know and didn't adjust the price or clarify that a single wash should be $10. I went to another Cobblestone location down the street to confirm, and, as I expected, the single wash there was indeed $10. This felt very dishonest and scammy. Much better than their unit up the road, we do the unlimited and great buy if you use 2 to 3 times or more a month. The side it dont have the stink you get up the road, use to think their water or soap, and you dont get it here. The other units manager claims he didnt smell anything. I guess if you there long periods of time you get use to it. If you went to the other unit near 40th ave and tower and have complained about customer service or the unit in general, try this location you will see a vast improvement. read more

Denver and the surrounding area will make your vehicle very muddy -- Especially if you are making a trip to the mountains. I wanted to return our rental in the same condition that we received it. You know... To avoid the cleaning fees that may tack on. I think we returned it in better condition. We went with the basic wash. I don't think it got 'all' of the dirt and such off but it did a decent job for $10. There's an attendant at the pay kiosk that helps answer any questions and helps with taking the payment. I wasn't a fan of the small area and turn after paying. That is in comparison to the Gate Express we have back home. They do offer free vacuum and towels here. That made cleaning the interior possible for us and was the main reason we came here. Would totally recommend if you need a spot to wash the vehicle quickly before returning it to the rental, or for your everyday needs with the exception of that area right after paying. read more

Very spacious, self service lanes at this sweet Arizona based car wash location on Tower Rd!! Hubby & I decided to give the Express Lane Car Wash experience a go for $12.00. This included the Polish & Shine on our big, dirty SUV that was in and out in less than 5 minutes. We arrived in a very crowded hour, however the staff worked very diligently and quick to deliver what we wanted. The Cobblestone Car Wash is located next to the Slims Chicken Restaurant; just look for these cute pink cones leading up to the car wash lanes. read more

Worst I've been to. The attendant wasn't paying attention & ran out to half way spray my car as I was going into wash. All the young guys working there were playing catch inside the office when I drove up the second time, and had to ask for the manager when I was refused a new wash after I still had a bunch of dirt on my car, because I got the lowest priced wash. A young man said he was the manager (refused to give me any name other than his initials..AR) explained the lowest was a "rinse off" (not true.. who would pay $10 to "rinse off" their car?!) And refused to give my money back. As you can also see from my pictures there were no clean towels to use, which is the whole reason I go to this franchise, all the while the attendants were playing in the office. Been a customer for 2 years got inches they opened. There is no contract at all. However if the machines mess up/damage your car they will refuse to fix it. The side wrap brush piece tore off my driverside mirror. I filled out a incident report and it took them 2 weeks to call me back just to tell me they would not be helping me fix it. It's currently duct taped. Do no go to this car wash unless you want your car ruined and some guy to tell you your not getting helped. Go anyplace else. It's a pretty good car wash overall and great package deals.... when they work. I purchased a 3 month package last month. 3 months is June, July, and August. For whatever reason they have been trying over and over to charge me again exactly 1 month after I bought the package. I have declined the transaction each time because I'm not going to pay for another 3 month package after just 1 month. What makes it even worse is that when I pulled up to the wash yesterday the license plate reader said I was declined and needed to pay for a wash..... in my second month of a 3 month package. Since there was already a car behind me I went ahead and paid and went through the wash. The guy at the wash selector suggested I just buy a 3 month package lol. Beware, and stay away if you have a nice vehicle! I brought my brand new car here to have it washed, and left with tiny hair like scratches in the clear coat all over most of the car. I realized the damage immediately when I was hand drying it with the towels they provide. I reported to the manager on duty, and filled out an incident report. I was informed that it would be turned over to a claim person who would contact me. Only after I posted my Google review did a manager call me, however he insisted that he had already read and explained the Cobble Stone disclaimer to me when I first reported the damage to my vehicle. This is a complete and utter lie, he and I never discussed a disclaimer, nor was I shown a disclaimer sign. Clearly he had me confused with someone else. Then he proceeded to argue with me over the issue. That said, it appears that Cobble Stone has NO INTENSION of taking any responsibility for the damage done to my vehicle. Their disclaimer basically says any vehicle damage incurred by their car wash they will not be held responsible. This car wash just damaged my car. The supervisor, Katlin Deen, told me there was nothing they could do about it. It pulled the back of my passenger side mirror off the car; she had to go into the car wash to find the missing part. The part is now damaged and will not go back on my car's mirror. On top of that, there are delicate sensors (this is a car that is not even 2 years old yet with 22,000 miles on it) and I am taking it to Toyota to get it fixed. I called customer service BEFORE I left the car wash, they told me she should have filed a damage claim. Since I hadn't left, I went back in and told her that. "Oh, I forgot." First time to Cobblestone and got trapped in by the layout of Mississippi location. Didn't see it wasn't brushless until it was too late. Now I have 3 rather large scratches and 2 chips in the paint on the hood and drivers door of a brand new car. This was only my 4th wash and 1st that used brushes. No response after site and voice messages left so crappy reviews it is. Bad customer service, bad brush maintenance and stupid high prices for 60 seconds of soap and water and still had bugs on the grill, windshield and visible dirt all over. You need the unlimited rags to even come close to finishing what the wash was supposed to do. This place would have negative stars if that were possible. read more

If I could give this zero stars I would. We came here for a wash following the last big snow. My husband drives a Jeep gladiator and as we were going through, none of the brushes touched his vehicle. It spit a bit of water out and that is about it. Mind you, we paid $23 for the premium wash. When we came out, we stopped to look at the car and it was still completely covered in mud and snow. My husband went inside to speak to someone and was told they "don't use the brushes on Jeep Gladiators or Renegades because of the wrap". There is no wrap. It is paint. Also there are no accessories that could potentially cause damage to the wash it become a liability. When requesting a refund all we were offered was to run it through again - what good would that do? We also were never told prior to entering this was the case. "You should have been made aware" was the response we got. Do not use this wash if you're looking for your vehicle to actually become clean. read more

This carwash is terrible. They purchased the existing carwash business in January 2022. I canceled my membership with their online process and was notified my membership was canceled, but am still being charged. I went over to the car wash and spoke with the GM and he said there was nothing he could do and call the membership number. I called the number provided and they do not call you back ever. Horrible customer service and the car wash is horrible as well. When they bought the existing car wash, they removed half the brushes. It doesn't even get your car half clean. I had a membership for a few months and was fairly happy. A lot of it is DIY: interior and exterior wipe down. Because I am going to be out of the country for a while, I canceled the membership. After a few days, I received an email concerning the cancelation. Four days later, I got a charge on my credit card. Sent an email and got no reply. Be aware that "UNLIMITED" IS NOT UNLIMITED. You can't pass your car more than two times in a day. If you're a fleet owner, FORGET I, go to another car wash company. I don't have a problem with the wash although the one in Arvada isn't as good as it used to be. My issue is that they sold me a monthly package for $23 a month, unlimited, best washes, and assured me that price would never go up as long as I continued with their service. They lied. The first 6 months was fine. Then, in November, they took $25 out of my account, in December they took $27 and in January, they took $29. I have emailed them at least 3 times. NO RESPONSE. In my opinion, their promised "never goes up" package is a fraud. Watch your accounts folks, you too may be being ripped off! Companies like this don't deserve our business, IMHO. read more

Do not use this car wash if you have a rear-windshield wiper. I purchased the Carnauba Wax Wash around 11am on 6/22/21 for my 1999 Toyota 4Runner. During the wash I heard a loud pop/noise from the back, assuming it was just the hanging, spinning flaps slapping the car. When I got out at my house and looked the car over, I discovered the loud pop was the sound of those hanging/spinning flaps ripping-off my rear windshield wiper. read more

The car wash is ok and the concept of having unlimited washes is good BUT their customer service is horrible! If you need to make a change on your plan by phone or online they NEVER ANSWER. I wanted to change my plan and they never answered! I finally made the changes at the actual carwash place with one of the employees but it should have been easier than that.
