Full car wash. While there my car answer 4 other custo.ers spoke to staff about damage to their cars. Staff was supposed to get a form for me to fill out never brought it and I was not able to find the gentleman to get. Was told you should except damage, other washes have not damaged my car. I switched from Cobblestone to Gleam because I live right down the street. It is a new car (less than a week old less than 200 miles) , so I went through it. It didn't do a very good Job drying it, so I pulled over and tried hand-drying it with the towels provided. I noticed micro scratches all over the hood and front fenders. So I tried to show the attendant on duty, "Fran," she came and looked at it and they said I had 2 choices. 1 They can Detail it but "it costs a lot of money". or 2 I can fill out a damage report but "I'll probably not hear anything" All of that for $42 a month no thanks. It can't be their equipment because they have non-scratch equipment. Then someone else pulled over to talk to her too. No thanks, I know auto car washes aren't the best for your paint but I never had anything like this. read more

Wow! What a gleaming car wash I received today. And my Blazer looked like it hadn't been washed in a year. Okay, it had been months. Katherine noticed I looked lost, as I often do and walked around to help me. She didn't just send me over to the self-serve machine to do it myself. Katherine walked over with a smile on her face, to show me the ropes. Between learning that it is locally owned and operated, has very fair prices, fantastic service, with vacuuming included, I will be back. Katherine was absolutely there to assist me, inform me but not upsell me to something I didn't need at the moment. I appreciate knowing all the options for monthly savings, if I were to go with the monthly membership. Gomer Pyle has nothing on Katherine when it comes to service. Just go see Katherine at the Colfax and Chambers/Lorado location. No, this is not her mother and I am not paid for this review! I just want this type of business to make it! Recently I was going to get a car wash at a gas station but they wanted $20 for the cheap car wash. I went to another self-serve and it was too costly. Made a visit to this Gleam Car Wash on Colfax yesterday. I was less than impressed. Accessing the kiosk to select my wash was easy enough, and the car wash was fairly efficient although not thorough enough to completely clean my vehicle. When I exited the wash tunnel, that's when the disappointment began. Entire rows of Bays to dry your car, had no operable vacuums or operable air hoses. Drying towels were in short supply, and some of the spaces had disconnected or broken vacuum hoses. The drying areas were littered with trash, nails, screws, and bolts which could impact your tires and cause deflation. The notices posted that you were only allowed 15 minutes to dry your car, simply do not allow enough time. Although I noticed that most people paid no attention to those notices. In comparison to other car washes around Denver, Cobblestone is highly rated, but I am not a fan of their high pressure sales at the kiosk by their employees. There are some other independent car washes in the Denver area that beat dislocation hands down. This location and the clientele that visited, are not of my liking. Needless to say I will not be back to this Gleam location again. read more

Carwash works great but me and my gf drove across country so the vehicle was filled with bugs that unfortunately the wash couldn't completely remove. Thankfully though one of the workers, Cristian went above and beyond and cleaned it off for us leaving our vehicle looking brand new. Many thanks to him! read more

Took my truck through the car wash and there was still some tar on the bottom. I talked to Trent the Manager and told him that I wasn't satisfied. Trent made sure I left satisfied. He had the gentleman clean the tar off and it looks like a brand new truck. Trent is a wonderful manager and I will continuously get my truck washed here while he is around. The tremendous value they added to my vehicle is unmatched. read more

The wash isn't the best. It's not terrible, but I've seen much better systems at other locations - especially for larger vehicles. Sometimes I notice a burning rubber smell from their equipment as I exit the wash. My biggest gripe, beside being a difficult location to get into, is that the reader for their monthly memberships is very finnicky. For example, my last wash required one of the attendants to assist as the reader wasn't working - even though my sticker is on the left side of the windshield, as close to the reader as possible. If you value windshield visibility, find another monthly solution because the sticker (when it works) must be placed in an akward location towards the middle left of your windshield. The attendants are friendly and helpful, but it's easy to see why the location isn't very busy. I also always have water spots, even though I have their best wash. This is different from my experience elsewhere. read more

Went today to redeem my gleam car wash coupon that I got from Facebook for a free wash. I happen to be in aurora that day and went to this location. I didn't realize that it expired on Monday the 17th. I caught what the coupon said when I pulled in line and asked the clerk if I could still redeem my coupon. She said hold on and a young man came out and said sorry boss he ain't gonna do it. Of course I asked him there's no exceptions??? He stated rather rudely and cocky and said too bad. I said ok your loss if you can't make an exception, then I won't be back. read more

I have been there several times where I take my Land Cruiser and 4Runner - both cars that are usually very dirty as we have little kids, pets and use the cars to go up skiing and mountain biking. Every time I have had a good experience. This last time I took my Land Cruiser after a trip to Steamboat, the front of the car was covered with dead bugs, not an easy task to clean - I paid for the Total-Total which includes the interior and exterior. Trent and his team did a fantastic job and provided great service, asked me if there were any areas of concern and checked on me my while the car was being done. I will continue to take my cars to Gleam Car Wash in Aurora. read more

Gleam Car Wash is convenient, but it has its shortcomings. The wash doesn't always get your car completely clean, especially during winter--residual dirt often lingers in crevices or on textured plastic areas. Since it's a touch car wash, they recommend switching out your longer antenna for a shorter one, which they say they sell at cost. However, their lobby is always locked, and finding an employee can be a challenge. Outside of the tunnel worker or the occasional attendant who checks you in, staff aren't very visible. If you're okay with doing some hand-drying or touch-ups yourself, it's a decent option. Just don't expect a spotless finish without a bit of extra effort on your part. read more

I was there opening weekend and got a free wash and detail. I was really impressed with the detail service- they did a great job!

I took my truck here for the first time and was delighted with the results! All I expected was an exterior wash, and an interior detailing. Not only do they do a great job with the interior cleaning, but they polish the dashboards, steering wheel, and interior consoles, and they even went as far as to buff out a bad scratch that happened recently on the exterior! The whole process was easy too - dropped off at 9am on a Sunday morning and it was ready by 2pm in the afternoon. Dropping off and picking up only took a few minutes, and the facility is very nice as well. Lastly, the price was incredible! I had spent a few weeks before coming here getting quotes from mobile detailers and they all came in far higher than what Gleam charges. They were all "estimates" too so you don't know if its going to end up costing more - Gleam has an online booking system and a flat rate for the detail service. I'll be back with the Fiancé's car soon! read more
