Giving 3 stars because the wash is decent. The employees however seem very put out by the simplest task. I have to show my temp plate to them that I keep in the car, to get my membership info. Everytime I get rolled eyes,lethargic response and a overall put out attitude when they just have to type the number in, that takes all of 3 seconds. I'm annoyed they bought out WOW because the crew over at WOW is amazing, or at least was. Time will tell. Not to mention Wow was $3 cheaper for a monthly plan. read more

I went to their new location at I70 and Colorado Blvd right after Cobblestone took over ownership and the car wash ripped the mirror off of my car. The staff on site when it happened apologized and assured me the car wash would pay for this simple repair. I am out over $500 and no one will respond as I am dealing with corporate out East. I had been using this car wash for years for 3 of my cars and have been sure to tell friends, neighbors never to go here. Please tell your friends and neighbors. read more

The location at Wadsworth and Jewell ruined my Yakima Skybox, and scratched my car. I have been a customer from the opening day. Never a problem till now.! During winter months I have my Yakima Skybox on top of my car to carry my skis. Last week I was instructed to come through the wash as always, however, this time the operator failed to shut off a large spinning brush at the entrance, which I'm sure was the cause of the damage to the Skybox and the rear quarter of my car (scratched) I tried to get Cobblestone to reimburse me for damages, but they told me it is all my fault ? I guess they will see me in court... waste of my time and bad for this company reputation. read more

I signed up for a monthly contract, but had to cancel after a month due to unforeseen circumstances. The car wash service was great, but it was/is very a little hard to cancel. There is no place on their website to login to your account and cancel. One has to email the company and wait for a personal reply back. In the reply back, after a few days, the sales rep offered to lower my monthly rate, but did not immediately cancel my subscription. Upon emailing again, I received an immediate response and the cancellation was completed. Just beware that cancelling is a little complicated. read more

Cobblestone car wash is not a good car was. Their car wash will tear off your tail lights like it did mine. I have a 2006 Jeep Liberty. It tore off the rear passenger light. The light is bolted in three places plus has two pins the hook into the body of the light area. They said the dryer blower blew it off and had previously damage and that is why it came off. Ok it that is the case then why is the wire harness pulled a the way out and hanging at the body of the bumper. Why is the casing of the light cracked right by the three mounted molding! How did the light's pins come unhooked from the light. They said the seal was broken. They know nothing about how the light is minted to the car. They said they are NOT responsible for the damage. I talked to Ty the manager and he said call the operational manager at tell him. I did and left a message for him (Justin) to call me. Instead a person from cobblestone (Carlos) called me. He said he looked at the tape and told me the blower did it so they are not responsible. I guess they have their employees call you back instead of the the manager or operational manager. They don't care about you just your money!!!!! I would not go there unless you want your vehicle ruined!!!! read more

Very disappointed. First time using it and after going through the one off of 112th and Westminster parkway I am very upset. The person taking my money was very judgmental and I noticed that the Nissan logo that was on the front of my car prior to going through the wash is no longer on my vehicle. Wtf? Watch your credit card statements people. Not once, but TWICE they have raised the cost of the monthly charge with no notice or warning. The first time it happened they fixed it and I put on MY calendar when it was to end (March of 2023) so imagine my surprise when my January statement showed it had increased from $19 to $27. It's a racket and more often then not I have to go through twice to get my white car clean. read more

Seems to be a decent car wash, they have a Lot of vacuums they also include wipes for your dash, trashbags plenty of towels to help dry off your car afterwards And floor mat cleaners read more

Without my permission, they automatically charged my credit card for their highest and most expensive plan. They did not notify me in any way! I will never go back to them!!! read more

This is the worst car wash I've been to. Save your money You're better off going to a gas station car wash. The only useful thing about this place are the vacuums. This place charges a premium for car washes that do absolutely nothing for your car. I left the car wash with tons of visible dirt, still all over the car, windshields and windows. $17 for absolutely nothing but unlimited dryer use. Will now need to get another wash somewhere else or hand wash my car myself for the basic results I was expecting. read more

Ordered a Colorado Cobblestone Auto Spa express wash pass and unfortunately I signed up for one in Arizona. Trying to contact customer service has proved to be challenging since they don't return phone calls. A customer service that only takes voice mail requests for help seems a bit odd for a large company. The car wash is great, but the customer service department is very antiquated. read more

The experience at Cobblestone is nearly luxurious. The car wash is efficient and effective, then you're allowed to pull right into a station that provides free vacuum and fresh towel services. If your car is ever dirty it is your own fault because at Cobblestone it's extremely affordable, too. read more

I asked the worker what the different types of washes they offered do, and he had no idea. He continued to say "the most expensive is out best, the least expensive is our worst, and I don't know if the wax one even comes with wax". I went with the $16 wash as it had the underbody feature. My car wasn't cleaned well at all, and the windshield is still full of dirt. I am truly disappointed and dissatisfied with what I paid for. I will never return to this business again. read more

My family had an account with Cobblestone, and we had to move and sell our vehicle due to financial issues. We went to the car wash to cancel the account last month and we're told they could no longer cancel accounts in person and referred me to their website to cancel. We have since tried canceling online several times to no avail! The automated form claims to not find my account and perhaps this is because they entered our email in wrong when we registered, because we have never received an email from them, and they require one on the cancellation form. The automated form has a "submit anyway" option which leads to a message saying they with contact you in a few days, but they never do. The company is impossible to get in contact with, and making it impossible to cancel an account is just terribly shady business practice! The whole thing feels like a huge scam. We have had to dispute charges with our bank and block future payments as our only course of action, and we are stressed out about having to go into legal dispute with the company. All at a time where we are already stressed out and in financial crisis! read more

Pretty pumped leaving here! I live up in the mountains so a car wash such as this is a luxury. $12 for a polish & shine, was normal pricing! Much to my surprise they had free vacuums AND dampened micro fiber towels to polish up all the windows and interior. Will be back and/or look for other locations in the future!! read more

Over all Good. They are just opening and working out some kinks. People on site very friendly and helpful. First time. perhaps not a fair test. My car had bugs on the front from Trip across Neb and IA and back to Colorado. Did not do a good job here. Hand brushing the front of the car would perhaps help. as to washing the rest of the car: Car was clean. Drying was ok. Vacuums excellent, wet microfiber towels supplied at vacuums useful in wiping down door jambs, mirrors and finishing off the remains of the bugs. My rocker panels were clean as well. Access to vacuums a little tight for larger cars and trucks. Some spaces easier to back out of than others. read more

As dumb as this may sound, I really wish I had gotten his name. I came in around 4:30, and was fumbling for my wallet like an idiot, because it was just kind of a last second thought that my car needed a wash. The attendant was a younger kid, real nice guy. He asked what kind of wash I was looking for and I said I wasn't sure because I was just having an awful day and I wanted my car to look pretty. Pretty sure he could tell I had been crying for the better part of the afternoon. I had been to the vet to get my dog updated vaccines, and it had been the first time I was there since I had to let my cat go when she had cancer. My heart had been hurting a lot and his kindness really hit my soul. Like I said, sounds really stupid but genuine compassion from a guy who is just doing his job to make some sales meant a lot. I got the premium wash like he recommended, to get my undercarriage clear of magchloride from all the snow we've had lately, and it did the job of making my car look nice. I hadn't been there before so he directed me how I needed to vacuum my car, and told me that if I didn't feel like my car was washed to my expectations, that I could pull around for another go. He said he hoped my day got better. 10/10 recommend because customer service like that isn't terribly common. read more

I had a few problems with unlimited wash plans but over the wash cleaned my car very well and I was impressed.

So im only giving 1 star because of the employees that are White or Hispanic DON'T DO SHIT! Every time I come and there is a young black woman or young black male they do an impeccable job greeting in a friendly manner helping with putting in the money since the machine is a lil high n far, also exchanging rags and keeping up the business, pulling in cars, it's a nice experience but when I've come and it's the lil White boys and girls or Hispanic boys and girls they just stand around don't greet don't help with money or wash choices don't exchange the rags in a timely manner they literally don't do half the job the black employees do! I came yesterday 09/09/2021 the White or Hispanic boy that was a greeter didn't greet me until I put my money in and the gate raised I only noticed he wasn't at the window chit chatting anymore when I pulled thru the gate and hear someone behind my car say have a nice day and then the other white/Hispanic kid barely sprayed my car and I had some kind of substance he never sprayed so I had to wipe it off after I went thru the $20 wash cycle it's sad because I used to be a detailer in Texas at a wash similar to this not as big bit similar I started as a greeter worked thru the tunnel man n up to a detailer these White n Hispanic kids are hurting this business with those kind of work habits and ethic so now I go to h2wow or whatever it's called when I see the White and Hispanic kids. read more
