I'm convinced that no matter what plan you buy, everyone gets the same wash. A true rip off!

Thankfully, the assistant manager on duty was willing to let my car go through a second wash despite having to fight for that because he initially did not want to do that. A lot of flat hatchback cars don't get clean in in these car washes. It should be company policy to at least hold them off the way windshields can be hosed off because of bugs. read more

In the process of choosing my car wash and completing the transaction myself, I made it very clear to the attendant that I did not need assistance with my purchase. I did not want an attendant hovering over my open car window and watching my transaction as I input my debit card pin number. I was polite when I told the second attendant I did not need assistance with my purchase. He proceeded to tell me that I could not tell him how to do his job and insisted that he was going to punch in the numbers for me. Forcing customer service on someone is not really customer service! We all know the attendants are there to sell you a package and it took me two months to get out of a membership from this company. I just went through this car wash and told the employee who was talking at me while I was choosing a car wash that I was fine and could handle it and he got all snippy and said it was his job and that he was going to do his job. I can push some buttons on a screen and I hate having someone hover over me talking while I'm trying to make a selection and usually trying to upsell me to a subscription. Good customer service would be making your customer comfortable and not snapping at them when they express a preference. Best thing about this place was the towel service and free vacuum. Other than that go elsewhere. Washed my car and it left black grease marks all over the paint that I had to rub super hard to get off and spent more time doing that then cleaning the rest of my car. Not sure if other people experience the same but they did let me go through again to try to remove it but it didn't help at all. I'll continue to clean my car the old fashioned way by hand before attempting this car wash ever again. read more

This place has lots of problems. - Not all the cleaners in the wash line actually spin so your car may come out dirty on the right side. - They are often out of clean towels. - The vacuums often have too little suction to be effective. - Their app on which you can buy washes ("washbooks") offers 5 washes for $32, an $8 savings because the fifth wash is free. But when you actually buy the washbook they charge you $40. - Nobody answers the phone if you call about these issues. - I left a message on their website and got an automated reply saying they would get in touch with me, but they never responded. This car wash damaged the passenger side mirror on my car (a standard component on the vehicle) and refuse to pay for the damages. They claim they aren't responsible for damages, yet the signs say they are not responsible for after-market parts, such as bike or ski racks. This was a standard piece of equipment. in addition, the supervisor, Catlyn Dean (not sure about spelling) flat out lied to me when I asked about getting the cover to the mirror fixed. They have a claim form for damages but she never offered it. I've filed complaints with the Colorado Attorney General's office as well as the Better Business Bureau. Buyer beware! read more

I love cobblestone car wash express! I came across them when they opened their location on wads and jewell back in 2021. I loved them so much that I got a membership so that I can go anytime and through the express line which is much shorter and faster. I have always been a fan of car washes so when I find a good one that actually cleans the car when going through it is a win for me. Cobblestone offers many wash options from the basic to the platinum wash. I have the platinum wash member ship. Which I think I pay about $25 for a month. Which honestly pays for its self after 2-3 washes. After getting the car washed they offer complimentary free vacuuming which is a major plus. Because there is nothing worse then paying for a car wash and then having to pay for vacuuming, so the fact that it's free is just awesome! They even have rags at the vacuum stations that you can use to dry off your car or use to wipe down the inside of your car. The amount of care cobblestone does to make sure that each customer is satisfied is great. For sure my favorite car wash in the Denver metro area. They even bought out a car wash closer to me in wads right next to the in and out in Lakewood which is way closer and I love it. The only complaint that I have Is that on the weekends (Friday-Sunday) it is hard to get to the car wash because of the long ridiculous line at In and out. It once took me 10 mins just to be able to drive down to make it to the entrance of cobblestone because all the cars were either parked on the street and or waiting to get in line for the drive through. I personally have only had this issue on weekends and not during the weeks day. Besides that. They are still a great car wash. Highly recommend!! read more

I went through the Parker cobblestone car wash and found that it didn't do a very good job of cleaning my front grill or my front windshield. They would not let me go through a second time because I'm not a member of the club. The girl just shrugged her shoulders and said too bad. So I'm posting this review to warn other people. I've used the car wash and itself it was fine but here's the trick. Once you sign up it's IMPOSSIBLE to cancel! They tell you to call the phone (called 4 times and left 4 messages on their holiness and then 4 messages on the corporate line!) 8 messages and I submitted 3 requests to cancel! They keep taking your money!! I'll give it another until next week to call my bank to dispute and then will try to find where to legally complain about this! This is ridiculous! Stay away! read more

This is more of a question for Cobblestone for now, and I'll update my review based on the response. When will you be fixing the brushes at your Wadsworth and Jewell location? My partner and I both a membership, but we've both noticed that none of the brushes on the right side of the wash have been working for about 4-5 months now. One spins, but never gets close to the vehicle, and the next just sits idle, neither spinning nor approaching the car. We're also dismayed at how the whole car wash seems to be broken most of the times we visit. The last 4 times I've been through, I either had to wait for the wash to be restarted to enter, or the wash has broken down on my way through. It's a little frustrating that our household is spending over $70 a month on your services, but that the location most convenient for us isn't even cleaning one whole side of our cars. read more

I check my bank account 2 months later and turns out they've actually been charging me 25$ a month. I am a broke student in medical school that doesn't deserve to be ripped off by shitty lying men. I was turned away at this wash with unlimited membership for having a ski box on top I was assured would be ok at the time of the purchase. I went to the cobblestone that sold me the membership and they said some of the car washes know that ski customers utilize the membership more frequently due to highway grime and that's there way of getting rid of the expense and boost profits. It was New Year's Day and normally I go to Jimmy Suds because they are the best! They were closed so I took my car to cobblestone. It was the same price as Jimmy suds and after the wash was completed which was very short I pulled around to the vacuums. I was disappointed because when I got out my car was still so dirty. I had to take dirty towels from a slot that had just been used by someone and wipe down my car to get all the dirt off. I will never go back there. read more

Close your vents when you go through!! I'm all about recycling water but it smells so bad in this wash! Also never cleans the front or back of the car. In fact I had a bird poop on my car and took it the same day and it didn't even clean the poop off the hood!! Vacuums work good. Never any of the shammys to wipe the car down. Also there was no explanation of the differences between the different types of carwashes. I went to the website and it doesn't match what the machine sells. When the car was was initially opened last year it was a Liivng Water car wash. It was superior and I used it exclusively as it was the best wash I've ever been to. It was bought out by Cobblestone who made significant changes for the worse. The speed that the cars were processed through the wash was sped up significantly not allowing the processes to cycle as well. The rinse in now inadequate and leaves soap on my vehicle, and water spots excessively. The multiple blowers that were there were changed out for a less efficient probably cheaper to run system, not drying my truck as well as the original system, adding to the water spot problem. It's obvious the changes were made to increase profit for cobblestone at the cost of making this car wash very average now. Cobblestone should have just left the original set up alone, bad move folks! read more

I started using this car wash about two months ago. I noticed paint pitting on my truck. This is definitely from the Cobblestone car wash. I filed numerous avenues of complaints but nobody has contacted me. Today I found out I have over $2100 in damage to my paint. I will never use this car wash again and warn other not to. the rollers are obviously too abrasive for paint. This was by far was the worst experience I have ever had with any car wash services that we have had to endured. We paid good money for a membership that apparently doesn't cater to standards or customer service. This particular location focused on milking the clock as far as we're concerned other customers were very upset noted that several of the equipment wasn't working, vacuums clogged along with the equipment failure as pieces literally fell apart and no one was out to answer questions or help in any regard. Several other customers try to get assistance as several employees looked to either be confused at what they were supposed to be doing or busy themselves just in the nick of time so as if they couldn't help or had way too many things to do before closing as they were closing soon They didn't seem to value anybody's time or care that we needed assistance in just about every department. We were told that somebody was going to get towels as all the areas were empty and waited almost an hour before somebody came out with just a few in their hand handing almost 12 of us or more one tell each knowing that they had a lot full of waiting and frustrated customers. It was if mom and dad were gone and the kids were able to run a mock in a place of business. Again this was one of the most frustrating experiences and by far the worst that we've ever had to endure at cobblestone car wash. In short we demand customer service satisfaction and also plan on reaching out to the Better Business bureau as we have also video documentation of your employees visiting among themselves as to not have to lift finger in any regard to waiting frustrated customers. We would not only like our money back but the time that we wasted here was excruciatingly frustrating something needs to be done and fast. read more

When they first opened I figured I try it out. It's close to my house and whatnot. So I was just gonna get a wash, but the kid tried to sell me the membership. So I said I have two cars. He's like we can do a membership for both cars for 23 a month. I'm like great. Well when I got passed the first month it was 23 per car! I cancelled right away. So I needed a car wash so I Went back and was going to just get the basic wash. So once again I had an older guy tell me that they have a special. 2 cars for 24. I'm like are you sure, he says yes! So once again I take the other car and give them my phone number. And of course he lied! So I saw the charge on my bank account, went to website and cancelled right away. Someone did reach out I guess to ask why. And plus I sent the email. I didn't go so I could get my full refund. Well I'm still waiting. I had purchased a membership at this location when they first opened and enjoyed the washes provided here, especially the long drying tunnel. But I can not tell you enough to AVOID this place at all costs. A week ago today I stopped by to get a car wash on my way home. The employee told me to proceed and I followed all directions provided. The machine pushed my car into the front of car in front of me (and they had to stop the wash 3 other times just while I was in the tunnel). When we got out of the car wash the supervisor Adams admitted fault of their employee but as a company they refused to take any responsibility for their error. The Supervisors on at the time were EXTREMELY unprofessional and said that they don't take any responsibility even if it's their fault and that he would "talk" to the employee who told me to go to soon. I called the next day to speak with the manager TJ who stated he wrote up the employees involved but again said that they would not take any responsibility for their error. When I asked to cancel my membership he stated that he couldn't do it and I had to go online. I attempted to cancel my membership Saturday and Sunday and their website does not work to cancel. I called back on Monday and was told I needed to call corporate to cancel my membership. I called the corporate office and left 2 separate messages 5 days ago and still have not heard back so I am now disputing through my credit union. I cannot tell you enough to avoid this place, it all seems great until they do something wrong and won't take any responsibility. The hire a bunch of stoner kids and unprofessional fools and then treat you like crap when things go wrong. I will never give this company another dime of my money and am encouraging Lakewood residents to demand more of a business that wants to be a part of our community. Update: 3/19/21 - I emailed Dominique as requested and never received a call back. It appears that their social media team does nothing more than attempt to appear helpful in the public eye. Car wash damaged my vehicle, when one of the rotating brushes stopped moving. Draging across the top of my vehicle, scratching the paint, ripped off my antenna and broke my side morror. I calmly brought it up to the manager. Cobblestone Car Wash in Erie at Baseline Road & Mountain View Road- Good wash, however since taking over from Bumpers, the rubber mat washers are no longer in service. This has actually been a blessing in the past, especially with the snowfall & gravel on the roads. I am hopeful they will reinstate this excellent part of the car wash. Furthermore, the drying process seems to be less effective than with Bumpers - perhaps they could increase drying somehow. read more
