Don't bring your car here. At first I was pleased with the work but then they said they would buff out some paint scuffs for me so I said sure! They brought the car back to me with damage. Don't get me wrong my car is not new and it had plenty of wear and tear and scratches and so on but this was just done moments before by force. The guy tried to say "over time the glue wears off...." Seriously? This was new damage and it was done by them. Not time. Period. He pressed the strip back into place but my guess is that a cord or something they used to complete the job pulled it off and dented it. They took no responsibility. Run don't walk from this Red Carpet Car Wash location. The service here has gone down hill. The waiting room smelling like sewer, so I had to wait outside. Due to my current cancer treatment, I very sensitive to smells. As for the washing of my car, they damaged my new windshield wiper blades. They did fix one but I had to replace the other because it was bent. I asked that they don't move the seats but they didn't listen. The cost was over $45.00. I felt that I was ripped off. First time taking my truck here. When the key was handed back to me I had a huge crack in my windshield. Truck is brand new and just got plates, doesn't have a scratch on it. Yes it is possible maybe I didn't notice the blemish in my windshield. Maybe once water hit it, the thing shattered. Would have thought maybe someone said something about damage on my vehicle before they sent it through the machine. I said something and of course no way they had anything to do with it. My seat and very mirror has been moved. Takes me forever to get things even remotely adjusted to comfort. I start looking around and noticed that not much of anything is even been wiped down. After picking up my car I noticed things were missing, I was told they would look around the shop and get back to me. After calling and leaving multiple messages over the course of a week, I finally got in touch with a manager who asked that I text him a list of what was missing. I got no response and again had to call. I was told I would be hearing from the owner. It has been 3 weeks, they do not pick up the phone, the owner is non responsive. Had the pleasure of trying this carwash. Pay $30 for a interior and Exteriour. Talk to manager to make them vacuum it a second time when it was worse than if I did it myself for $2. Was told that it was the level that I paid 4. After getting them to vacuum and a second time , I get in my car to realize that the cup holders aren't even clean. There's still stuff all over everything like they wipe it down with a dry rag. Probably the same one they dried your car of with. Don't go here spend less time less money and get a better job done by yourself for $2. Went in today had a mini detail done on my Lexus. Their detail prices range from $50-$200+ A lot of times paying more for details does not always equal more quality. One of their main detailer's name is Omar, he did a great job shampooing my carpet and cleaning the engine bay. They were very efficient and friendly. Now because of limited space at this carwash, sometimes the line gets backed up where a 20 min carwash could turn into 50 minutes. My advice is to avoid rush hours and weekends. Or leave the car for couple hours and walk across the street for lunch or groceries at king soopers because a good wash/detail takes time. One of the the major reasons I like this place is because their pre hand wash is very through and the tunnel machine wash is not abrasive which is less likely to damage or swirl your paint. They are gloss black wheels, they were just recently powdered coated about a month ago and I paid about $1k to get them done. Unacceptable. Walking towards the inside to pay for the service, the Black guy manager/owner immediately w/attitude (I have no clue why) wanted to know what was the problem and is everything ok. I am a Black female and I instantly knew that type of attitude from a Black man. He hates Black women. $7 car wash and towel dried by hand. It's a great deal if you're not fussing about the details.... like being heckled by 3 different people if I want interior vacuum upgrade for $2. Nah, I'm good, I just vacuumed it..... or the rough around the edges team that people are complaining about on other reviews. Hey, they're nice enough to me and they have a tough life washing cars for $7 bucks a pop so go ahead a flip em a few dollar tip. I've been gouged by a gas station auto wash for $15 so this is a great value. My only complaint is that I turned down the interior vacuum upgrade but I swear when I went to get in my newly clean car, it smelled like one of the drivers farted in my car. It bothers me that I have to give this place even one star, because it doesn't deserve it. It was absolutely one of the WORST customer service experiences I've ever had. I took our "dog car" there to be detailed on a Friday morning. They're supposed to open at 8am. I arrived at 8:10am and they weren't open. After waiting several minutes, a man came out and said they were having plumbing issues and would be open in about 20 minutes. I left to get gas and came back and was the second car in line. A man came out to find out what services I wanted and CLEARLY didn't understand their pricing. I advised I wanted the car detailed and he said it was $85.00. A minute later, another man (the manager) came running out to tell me that the person I had been speaking to "didn't work there very much" and didn't really know the pricing and that the detailing I wanted was actually $105.00 but he would give me the "early bird discount" - and told me the price was $85.00. I asked him how long it would be, and he said since mine was the first car to be detailed so it would be about an hour. So, I sat down inside and waited for 45 minutes and then went to check on the car and found it sitting in the detailing lane - with all doors and the tailgate wide open and nobody working on it. I stood there for 10 full minutes until a guy finally came and started working on it again. To say that he was moving at a glacial pace would almost be a compliment. The manager saw me standing there and came and told me that his employee was almost done cleaning out the inside and would next start waxing it. A few minutes later, however, that same manager came out and called the employee working on my car away and they went into a door marked "employees only" and were gone for 13 full minutes - while my car sat there - with all doors and tailgate still open. When the employee finally came out again, the manager again approached me and said he was sorry that it was taking to so long but it was because there was so much dog hair in my car. That simply wasn't true. We have a short haired dog. We put our back seat down and cover the cargo area of the SUV with a blanket and then a dog hammock. The dog hair only collects around the doors. The seats and floor are protected. Some hair does fly around in the car and ends up on surfaces like the dashboard. An hour and 45 minutes after I first arrived, the manager came and told me that their air compressor was down and they couldn't blow out my air vents, one of the services included in the price. He had been telling me 15 minutes earlier that they were about to start waxing my car but had not even done this yet. I told him that I needed to leave. He gave me a coupon for the services that they had not yet completed. At this point the manager told me, "make sure you take care of my guy because he worked really hard on your car". I had tipped on my card when I paid. When I went to get my car, the employee actually asked me how much I had tipped him. I couldn't believe it. The worst customer service experience had just been topped off by extreme unprofessionalism. I got in my car and couldn't believe what I saw...it was clear the windows, dashboard and console between the seats had not been touched AT ALL. I question what the employee was even doing in my car that whole time. I ended up driving to an auto parts store and buying products to clean the dashboards, windows, etc. myself. Incredible!! The last time (and I mean that both ways) I took my truck to Waterway there was a light caked on road gunk all over the front so they ran in through again and it was still there. They said they couldn't get it off. I won't even go into the fact they were so busy they almost sent me away without even touching my wheels and tires. Just left Red Carpet. Road gunk gone. And I didn't even point it out. Sure they take awhile, I knew this because we brought my girlfriend's car a couple weeks ago, but they get the job done right!! If you are in a hurry, go to Waterway and get ripped off, but please stop leaving low ratings for these guys just because it takes longer. I paid $26 for the Gold service, and gave 18% for the tip before they even serviced my card (which was weird to me that you'd have to give tip before the service). The carpets were acceptable, but everything else was done just so incredibly poorly. My cup holders and dashboard compartment literally hadn't been touched. If they'd put a vacuum within 6in of it, it would've been cleaned. Pretty positive they didn't even wipe down my steering wheel. Knew going in it was a pretty cheap service, but geeeez. read more
