I found this to be a solid car wash. It's the first time I've ever used it and I'd certainly use it again if I'm in the area. There was a little bit of a line but the line moved fast enough. It's clear they prefer people to buy membership type packages but I simply don't wash my car enough to make that with it. It's a huge building and surrounding space. Plenty of room to have vacuum out and dry your car. I certainly think I received my monies worth. If you are looking for something fast and easy, this is certainly the place. I've been a member here for a while, but the experience over the last several weeks has gone downhill fast. There's been a strong, rotten, moldy water smell at this location that just won't go away. It's not subtle either--it's overpowering. I kept hoping it would get fixed, but today was the last straw. After running my car through the wash, my car actually came out smelling like that same nasty, moldy water. That completely defeats the purpose of getting a wash. For what they charge--especially at the mid-tier pricing--this is absolutely not worth it. You expect a clean, fresh result, not to leave with your car smelling worse than before. At this point, I'm seriously considering canceling my membership. I shouldn't have to go out of my way to use other locations just to avoid a problem that should be addressed here. Basic cleanliness of the equipment and water system should be the bare minimum. Really disappointing. read more

I started my membership here when it first opened 10 years ago when it was Metro car wash. I've seen some noticeable improvements once cobblestone took over, but the reality is that they just cannot handle the volume of cars that come through. The wait time is frequently longer than 15 minutes to go through the tunnel. It's not uncommon to have one tunnel or track broken, which causes huge backups. The quality of the wash is just OK... I will say, however, the self service stations have improved, and there are always rags available. This was not the case when it was Metro. I've been on the fence for months with canceling my unlimited membership, but the convenience factor is really nice. read more

Customer service was decent and the guy was nice, but we were informed that the basic was does not contain soap. The guy essentially said it's a rinse and dry. Tried upsetting on the other options and monthly subscription. Sorry, but a car was should have soap, even at the basic level. Won't be coming back here. read more

The only unpleasant experience was that the water inside the car wash smelled stale, nasty and musty. You know the smell at gas stations that have complimentary window washing water with a hand held sponge/squeegee combo? When it sits in the hot summer sun the smell is nasty and about makes you toss your cookies. Yes, that was the smell of the water being used inside the car wash. GROSS! But there were complimentary parking stalls with vacuums and clean, moist detailing towels. The staff was pleasant and accommodating. There was a small trailer with 3 restrooms including an ADA accessible restroom that had a ramp. The others however had steps one would need to be extra cautious entering and exiting especially in the presence of rain sleet or snow. Another suggestion would be for complimentary hanging air fresheners for those like us that joined the platinum membership. The gal who help us sign up told us that we would easily be able to cancel the membership since we we just driving through. I'm not aware of other Cobblestone Car Wash facilities from the Denver area to the West Coast. The platinum membership was a good value $39/monthly which included unlimited car washes. Freshen up the water used inside the automatic car wash, offer air fresheners and this place easily could be a five star establishment. read more

The car wash itself is great. The lady directing traffic is always rude. Third time this happens. She points at the sign she is holding that says stop and neutral and I did that and she kept yelling something which I obviously could not understand as I'm inside the car with the windows rolled up. Then I was confused by her yelling. Am I supposed to stop completely or neutral? This never happens at any other location or when she isn't here. read more

This place has gotten worse since cobblestone took it over. The membership prices are pretty expensive and the quality of the wash is bad. Every time I got my car washed here, my car was never fully cleaned afterwards. It's also gotten super busy and there is typically one side closed so the line backs up and it takes about 20 minutes to get through the line. read more

Since Metro turned over business to cobblestone the wash isn't as good and the vacuums don't have great suction. Lots of reviews sharing similar experiences. Use to go often and now I've switched car wash companies. I am also curious if their reviews are real or not on Google Maps. Overall too many complaints and concerns to consider this a great place to care for your car. read more

I've been a loyal Metro Car Wash member for years and never had a single issue until the business was taken over by Cobblestone Car Wash. Since the change, everything has gone downhill. My card has been overcharged multiple times, I've been billed for the wrong wash package, and my subscription was even transferred to another person's vehicle. That's right, I was literally paying for someone else's car wash subscription! To make matters worse, the employees at the gate seem completely unaware of how to resolve these problems, leaving customers frustrated and without answers. What was once a reliable, customer-focused business has become nothing but a headache. I strongly recommend avoiding this location and taking your business elsewhere. read more

We used to come here every week to wash our car. This visit under the new ownership they only had one car wash bay operating. One quarter of the dry/vacuum areas were shut down with no vacuums. They have closed off the sink where you could wet rags. Worst part was the car wash didn't get our car clean. This used to be the best car wash in the area. Now, like every other business acquired the new ownership has stripped it down to bare bones. They have eliminated the buy three get one free cards. And it's more expensive. I am only giving 4 stars due to an issue I had canceling one of my two unlimited carwashes. And that was at the Castle Rock location, not Sheridan's. (Castle Rock didn't do anything wrong. It was the corporate office that messed up.) Alex at the Sheridan location corrected what the corporate office messed up on the membership I kept. He quickly found that they had removed my license plate number from my account so I wasn't able to trigger the automated gate to open when I pulled up. Problem fully resolved quickly & easily. Although this location is far from me and there are many other car washes near me. I choose to go to this one. When I pull up there is always someone there to great me and help. When I go through the wash it is great. Then I love using the vacuums at the end. Would recommend!! read more
