Any other Costco…read moreI've been to has lines for days, but even the day before a snowstorm nearly at rush hour I've only seen the lines about 5 cars deep max. The extra-stretchy pumps takes the guessing game out of which line to be in and the double pump per aisle means more people are in and out quickly. I rarely see an attendant roaming around, but I've also never needed assistance. I'm sure they'd be quick to respond if you had an issue. The only issue with this gas station set up is that there is a bottle neck entry point and really not a lot of space to line up if there were more cars wanting gas (and maybe this is what turns people away from waiting). The gas station wasn't really well-designed or well-thought out, but I'm glad its there and I've never had an issue!

Definitely better service…read morefor the most part than the revolving door of 7-Eleven gas jockeys across the way, and you can save three cents a gallon by getting their rewards card. Gas is pretty much always even with the other stations in the area, so the three cents off makes them the cheapest. They renovated about six months ago and now feature a great selection of 99-cent grill items, plus more kinds of coffee. They tend to run out in the afternoon, though, after the rush is over. The coffee is good and the rewards card also offers a free coffee when you buy six, or every sixth coffee free, or something. I can never quite remember which, but since the coffee is 99 cents for any size anyway, it's also the cheapest best coffee around. Forget Mickey D's, head up to Jenny's Market.

They also have great coffee and snacks etc that I often partake of. They have an employee that was especially pleasant tonight and her name is Keats. She made an extremely cold night a little warmer and her hair is beautiful. I will continue to buy gas here for years to come, I'm sure.

I went back in and the guy asked me if I had stayed in the wash until it was done, which, of course, I had! So, he sent me back through again, with the same result. Suds everywhere. I went back in again and he was really offended and gave me a refund, but not without saying in a nasty tone "I don't want to see you in here again," like I had come in for a free, car wash - and this wasn't my first time doing it. So instead of two transactions, I went with the more efficient option of paying for gas inside. The Tall ugly lady with an annoying voice said one of the handles was off so she couldn't add funds to it. So I went outside myself and readjusted the handles. Went back inside and asked if it did the trick. She was still unable to fix it, so I said I'd just use the self service option outside instead of moving, as I've already been inconvenienced. I return to the gas pump to see that the pump is now saying it's been turned off. I walk around to view other pumps and not a single one had that message. (This isn't my first time getting gas in my life, and if a pump doesn't work usually it has a yellow bag over the handle, or the screen says error.) I decided to wait a few mins to see if the message went away. Looked over to the store and saw both employees looking out at me. I returned inside and asked why the pump was shut off. And the tall ugly lady with the annoying voice started cursing at me. Saying it was my fault and that I was a dick when she tried to help earlier.(she didn't offer to help or really do anything besides standing there with a deer in the headlights look). Her co-worker or co-person I should say (not much work was happening so I didn't think it was fair to the person to say they're a worker) then started to chime in and told me to get out of here (not sure how to spell slang terms out, so I decided to type it out). After asking for a mangers card, the tall ugly lady with the annoying voice said he'd be in the store tomorrow morning at 6am and will be here until 2pm. I asked for his name and the tall ugly lady with the annoying voice repeated her last statement again. Needless to say I will never go to this location again and will think twice before going into a 7/11 again.

The condiment bar is usually only half-stocked (usually with only the fixins that come in packets anyway), the iced tea dispensers have been labeled "temporarily out, thanks for your patience" for weeks, there's only ever one jug of coffee on the coffee counter (more may be brewed, but it will still be under the machines because they don't bother to move it), the list goes on. The one thing they're usually good about is keeping the roller grill stocked, likely because that operation necessitates less than seven steps from the register. Overall, if you need simmering that's a 7-Eleven standby, like a Big Gulp and 1/4-pound Big Bite for $1.99 or a $5.55 pizza, they can get you squared away. If you want better gas prices and service, hit up the Conoco/Jenny's Market across the street.

So beware of the ill experienced or impatient driver. Overall not a bad place to get gas.

There are multiple lanes (?4 lanes!!) to vaccum your car, with two vacuum heads for all deep cleaning, this includes ALL PET HAIR! Damp to hot towels, to keep your windows shinning! And toss them in the basket by your vacuum hose spot. These damp towels have the ability to remove some Colorado dust I never thought possible. And inside at the wash, they have recomendations, they are helpful with the nicest disposition. Trash is ready waiting, easy to navigate! Get ride of all that trash. Now the detailing and customer service. With membership comes the incredible wash and detailing of your car! You may vacuum for free, but the service at this place is optimum, superior, cutomer service unlike any other place around. Helpful, ask for advice, they have recommendations. My windows require darker tinting, they have a recomendation and how to better car for all the nooks and crannies, cuby holes where my White Dog's hair finds hidden spots on black interior!! Place might be busy, yet there is always room for YOUR CAR & CARE! Conveniently located off Santa Fe Drive & Oxford, or off 285/Hampden and Federal exit in the huge Costco shoping area, Costco Drive, South East of Target and all restaurants.
