I made this mistake after they ran out of caulk on the french drain they installed with my driveway. They said they'd come back in a day or two and finish and I trusted them....then called for over 2 months to get them to come back to finish . IF you get them to answer the phone, they make idol promises that are not followed up on. After at least a dozen calls/text msgs, I finally did the job myself. The very next day they finally showed up unannounced to finish. I was so upset that I called and left a message as to how upset I was (yes...again, they don't answer the phone..as expected). A half hour later while I was on the phone with my daughter...he called back and left a message claiming that they had texted me and tried called several times but I didn't answer or reply. He also said they were just trying to help me out and that it wasn't part of the contract. REALLY? Who installs a driveway and french drain and doesn't caulk it? That's BS! I'm glad I finished the job myself. I did a better and much cleaner job than they originally did.

Hired Glenn and his son to do some deck work. They, removed one of the two staircases coming off…read morethe deck, changed out the old wood railing system for the maintenance free kind, all new support posts and rotten deck board repairs, replaced the fascia with maintenance free boards to match the railing system, added a new gate at the top of the stairs, a new gate was also added to the fence below. They chiseled out 3 old deck piers no longer in use. They did a fantastic job. They were here around 8am every morning. They cleaned up their area every day. Both Glenn and Caleb were easy to talk to and answered any questions and concerns we had through the process. Overall, a couple of really nice guys that worked really hard each day they were here. We really appreciate all the work that went into making our project look great, meet code and to be strong and sturdy. Would definately hire again. If you need quality work done, give them a call!

This process was a bit different than I was used to but not difficult. I would only recommend that you pay attention to what you need to get with an eye on your budget. We were on a wait list for about 2 months or so (which is a good sign of a contractor in demand) and the project started close to the estimated date. Luke and EJ are extremely professional and pleasant which makes it easier to have in your home for an extended period. We were pleasantly surprised how extremely neat and clean they kept the house during the project. Each day after work they cleaned up including vacuuming and neatly placed everything out of the way. Each morning they set up to work. The quality of work and how everything came out exceeded expectations. I am in the architectural and construction industry and consider myself to have a critical eye for detail.
