We have spent a very good amount of money for our pool through this store as well as contractors to install it. We have been trying to get ahold of the owner of this business due to many issues we have had and are not pleased with. We have hired our contractors to install our pool for us this past week. During the installation we found that we were missing parts to our pool once our contractors already were in the process and had the pool standing. We contacted your store to tell them what parts we were missing. It took till the next day to get our parts meaning we had to pay our workers for a full day of work due to them not being able to go any further on setting up the pool because of the missing parts. We were missing 2 legs and 2 brackets to hold the legs as well as a top rail that the bracket sits on top of as well as 2 of the actual top rails. I got to your store and picked up what was supposed to be all of these items. I asked them if everything we needed was there. They told me yes. I took these parts back home and had my contractors come out the next day to complete the pool. And we are still missing the 2 top rails and the top rail that the bracket sits on top of. So then again we had to pay our contractors for wasting their time. Our contractors are now booked with other jobs due to this. This should of been a 1 day job that turned into 3 days of nothing getting accomplished and us losing out on money due to the awful service we are having with getting the parts we need. I also spoke to 2 men that work at your store and they told me the pool would be just fine even with the storms. I told him I don't know what we are supposed to do because of the storms and our pool not being completed due to the negligence of your store making sure we had all the parts in the first place when we purchased this pool! We contacted the warehouse and the manufacturer they stated it is Fantasy Pools responsibility to ensure their customers are receiving their items that they have purchased and ordered through their store! No one wants to take responsibility and I am incredibly upset with the services we have received. Now our pool is destroyed due to the storms and the pool not having all the parts. Someone needs to make this right because again, we have spent a tremendous amount of money on the pool and on our workers to install it. Now we are needing to get a new pool and can't afford to pay for another complete installment. This could of been a simple fix the first day the pool was delivered to the store! Fantasy Pools should of checked to make sure all of the correct parts were boxed before allowing pick up! We are incredibly disappointed.
