The only reason why I'm giving this place one star is because I had to choose a star! Worst pedicure I ever had. I've been doing nails for 24 years and decided to go be a customer with my daughter ( for her birthday) at a different place from where I work. Not only did the guy stop in the middle my pedicure and start texting he massaged my right leg so hard I had a bruise. My daughter was supposed to get a manicure and a pedicure her and all they did was a polish and while she was sitting in the pedicure seat. I complain to the front and all they did was say sorry. I saw the tech next to me use a brand new buffer and foot pumice and my tech did not. He also told me that Essie polish was fake. I am pretty sure it's not! read more

Lets start with the positives: a very nice looking place, comfy chairs, lots of colors to choose from, drinks offered to you when you sit down. The Negatives: instead of being told there would be a wait because the store was a little busy, the 4 of us in my group were seated right away. We were all started at different times however, so my family was done before my pedicure was even started. The nail technician was more focused on what was on TV than what he was doing, and due to that i have scratches on my feet from the pumice stone, and the paint job on my nails could definitely be cleaner. Overall, not the worst pedicure ever, but not a place I wish to frequent again soon. read more

I went on a busy Saturday afternoon & although there was a wait I still received very good service. I was offered something to drink (water, soda, wine) & cookies within a few minutes of arriving. I was very happy w/the manicure I received from Tara. She was very detailed & wasn't rushed as most places are. To top it off she offered me a free bottle of cuticle oil. read more

Great nail spa in clermont! There honestly aren't a lot of good ones and this one is my favorite! They have a ton of chairs and really sanitize their tools with the right machines! Tren is who I usually go to and she is great! The only downfall is when I lived in Dallas all the nail salons there serve complementary wine which is awesome!! Went for a pedicure and was not impressed. The gentlemen that did my pedicure didn't really do a good job. He barely trimmed back my cuticles & the polish job was sloppy. There were 2 other customers who were getting a pedicure before I was even started and I was finish before them. It was a rush job. I feel like they are more concerned about just getting more customers than do a good job. Won't go back! read more

Don't go there! super, super, super rude!!!! They talk to you like you have no other option to do your nails at. The guy didn't even want to listen to me he just put my feet in the water and I was trying to let him know I wanted a French Pedi and he walked away! THIS PLACE IS TERRIBLE! When it first opened it was wonderful, but has since gone down hill in regard to customer service and more importantly respect, not only as a customer but as a fellow human being. I brought all of my bridesmaids here for my wedding, and paid for everyone to have their nails done. The service was terrible. I paid extra for gel nails...by TREN. The reason I wanted gel nails was so that the color lasted through my honeymoon...it started peeling off the 3rd day!! When I told her about it (as she was giving me yet another manicure) she said "oh next time I will give you half off gel." Of course that was in between her ranting and raving about what a promiscuous drunk she is (I think she thinks she's the coolest thing since Flavor Flav because she drinks). To add insult to injury, I didn't hold that against them. I continued going because previous experiences with them weren't so terrible. My mother and I have a tradition of going to get our nails done during our lunch break once a month. Every time we make an appointment the day before, and explain to them that we need mani/pedi at the same time as we only have a short lunch break. The last time we went not only did they not have chairs saved for our appointment, but they were RUDE TO US. Yelling at us about how they can't make appointments for 3 people and that they would never make an appointment for three people to have their finger and toe nails done at the same time, even though that is exactly what they did. After waiting for over 30 minutes, i expected a decent full set. Even though the guy told me he has been dping nails for ten years, it isLiterally the thickest, sloppiest set I think I have ever gotten. Almost every nail is a different shape/length. I had asked for a round shape, and he asked "why round? Everyone gets square." Yes i know square is the easiest shape to do. Quality always over quantity. I feel like they were also very rushy. I went in today to get a pedicure and was told the wait would be about twenty minutes. The staff had me sit in one of the pedicure chairs while I waited. I ended up walking out after at least forty-five minutes of waiting. During my wait, I witnessed people walking in and being helped even though they arrived after I did. Someone in our party went up to talk to the receptionist to let her know that what was going on, she immediately blamed it on someone else saying that she wasn't at the counter when we walked in. What I found the most disappointing was that even after after we spoke to the receptionist, no one did anything to resolve the issue or assist me. read more

Have been going here for about 4 months for waxing. Last time I was not happy girl appeared rushed and did a poor job. Went back today, big mistake, as soon as she pulled the first strip off the blood was pouring out of my lip. She kept dabbing it with cotton but it kept bleeding. She rushed through the rest of the wax and did a lousy job. I am home, lip is still bleeding, my face is covered in wax that she left. No one offered to do anything or even expressed concern, stay away from here. read more

After visiting four local salons looking for a professional manicure, pedicure I discovered Cobe. I've been back every 2-3 weeks since July and have never had a bad experience. Horrible wait times. After being told the wait time would only be twenty minutes, I ended up sitting in a chair with my feet soaking in luke warm water for over 50 minutes before anyone helped me. Fast, clean, friendly, plenty of chairs. Just what you would expect. Several nail places near me, this is my preferred choice.
