It occurred to me later on, that it must be because I am Korean. I think it was a case of flat out prejudice. The young man explain to me very snottily that he cannot waste his time exfoliating my feet without a pedicure. When I called on the phone the young woman said that she would do it for $10. She was busy when I got the. So I was sitting waiting for her but the young man would not stop giving me a bad time. He stared at my feet, which are perfectly clean and only lightly calloused, and refused to change the blue plastic liner. He was trying to get me to put my feet in there and was amused . The health department should go in and inspect them. There was an older woman and man sitting doing a manicure and they sided with him. I felt like I was a lowlife and they were all kicking me out. This place is just too good to do a simple exfoliation. I don't enjoy pedicures.I just need my feet exfoliated because I have diabetes. read more

Unfortunately Dan and his wife moved. I tried to give the new owners multiple chances, but my nails were constantly lifting, and there's no point in having appointments anymore. Ever time I've made appointments for a pedi and a fill and I was never in there less than 3 hours. I didn't feel valued as a customer, and I'm sorry but I don't have 3 hours to spend doing nails. Hai is amazing!! My nails were in terrible condition from another shop( the polish peeled off in while sheets ad well as the nails were lifting NOT EVEN A WEEK AFTER GETTING THEM DONE!!!) and he made them look and feel amazing again!!! read more

I called yesterday and spoke with the owner Henry. I requested an appt for a pedicure and fill on Saturday. I told him to let me know what he had available as I'm pretty open. First he said 11:00 no cons at 10:30 for pedicure and I do fill after I said ok I'll see you at 10:30. I showed up at 10:30 this morning and Henry says can I help you and I said Donna for my 10:30 appt. he's looking at the books I'm looking at the books and don't see my name there. He tells a kid to get me ready so I go sit in the chair. He starts my pedicure and I told him I have gel polish on but I have a new regular OPI color that I want used. Guess what I get charged 5.00 extra to take the gel polish off. Really? That's ridiculous. And the pedicure was subpar. At this point there were 5 women in the pedicure chairs and 4 women getting nails done. There were only 4 employees including the owner. By the time my toes were done drying after being their an hour I asked who is doing my nails? Henry was already working on 2 people simultaneously. So the older lady says you come back. NOPE. I won't be back. I live here full time if you don't know how to run a business then maybe you should hire someone that knows how to run it. This is the best place so far to get your nails done, they best things was to shop in walmart while doing nails, they have a few tech that designs on your nails, you can bring in any pintrest pictures and they can do it for u, the place is clean and people are nice. I highly recommend. . read more

The receptionist was very rude! I simply asked if we could come in a little early for a 1 o'clock appointment and she rolled her eyes and said " can't you just come back at 1." So, I said okay, we'll come back. We came back at seven til 1. And then waited until at least 115 for two manicures, and they still took a different lady in front of us even though we were there before she was. Then they couldn't do both manicures at once, so they seated my grandma and the nail technician was very rude as well. She was very jerky and rough when grabbing my grandma's hands, smacked her fingers when she wasn't relaxed, she cut my grandma's nails without even asking if she wanted the cut or just shaped! I was so mad! But didn't want my grandma upset, I told them after they left that they were rude and unprofessional and the technician was rough! I'm very disappointed with the way the shop is being ran. This used to be the only place my mom and I went, but I'll never be back! P.S. later my grandma remarked that they didn't even do a very good job with a basic manicure. read more

I will never return. Had gel manicure that lifted at cuticles almost immediately, and 10 days later one nail just came off. "Kathy" was not very friendly. Was visiting area so not practical to go back to get them fixed. Going to local salon to get them right. My mistake for not being patient and waiting a few days for my normal, excellent manicure. read more

The shop carries top quality products and they are up-to-date on the latest nail designs, techniques and have a wide variety of supplies to meet my requests.
