I did the teeth whitening with Diane. It did improve my teeth color by several shades, but I was a little disappointed that it would take additional sessions to achieve the best results. For me (M67), it's very difficult to cut my own toenails anymore. I can barely see them, or reach my toes, and there is usually blood. I e only had waxing done in this spa but it was a wonderful experience. The atmosphere and lighting is very inviting.

My mother, daughter and I went in for piercings with Amelia. She was very personable and her demeanor put a relaxing mood in the room. My mom got a helix, I a rook, and my daughter her first ear lobe piercings. My daughter actually passed out briefly after her piercings (no fault of Amelia's). Amelia was right on it with a bottle of water and a sugary snack to bring her blood sugar back up. It's been a few days now and I'm still very happy we went here. There is no locker room to change in, but given privacy in treatment room to undress to your comfort level and lay down on the table. From reception to therapist - friendly and helpful staff, welcomed by everyone and offered bottled water upon arrival. LINDY (my therapist) was professional, checked in regularly as to preferences or concerns during massage, chatted just enough to be friendly/connected but also allowed for complete relaxation & quiet and packs a good deep massage for such a little in stature person. Lindee is a small gal with very powerful hands. I was in terrible pain and was seeing a physical therapist, doing recommended exercises. I thought a CBD massage might help. Lindee provide a deep tissue CBD massage and was able to do more in one massage than all the physical therapy! I booked another appointment two weeks later and repeated. Pain is gone!! Found this spa on yelp and searched their menu on here , they did list service options and price but no details regarding what the packages individually entailed . When you call them they rarely answer the phone , it's noted in other reviews as well but it's obnoxious to not reach the business easily , annoying but they typically call back quickly. I discussed in detail the package, Price & specialized it to my needs .Booked the Pure relaxation package . The day at The mini spa was filled lots of uncomfortable Blips too many to note here but I did have moments that I enjoyed as well as moments that were really uncomfortable and unprofessional.!! ** At check out they Over charged me 40$ more than the service I had requested and confirmed price prior to booking the package. When I let the cashier know this she ignored me and said that's the price , another few people including therapists came to the register and stared at me as I said let me find the price I saw because I knew what I booked for , they all stood saying nothing, WELL THE PRICES WERE CHANGED AFTER I BOOKED AND SO THEY DID'NT HONOR THE PRICE I BOOKED AT , also they didn't Bother to tell me they had done so and played ignorant to the fact. I have been here twice and both of my experiences were negative which was sad because I wanted to like it! I got my eyelashes tinted and a massage on two different occasions. What both had in common was that neither of the technicians had any kind of...I want to say...bedside manner? The tech that tinted my eyelashes didn't introduce herself and didn't explain the process to me after I told her it was my first time. The finished product was awful as she missed the outer corners of both my eyes. I felt like I had wasted my money. The second time, when I got the massage, the massage therapist was flat out a condescending bitch and I felt angry when I left. Someone at the spa had switched my therapist and when I got there, she sighed and seemed pretty put out that she had to deal with me. Her attitude sucked right from the beginning and all I wanted to do was relax. Looking back, I should have just walked out. Anyhow, there are other places on the mountain where I have had great experiences. I would use caution if you decide to go here. read more

My mom and I booked facials last-minute over the Thanksgiving holiday weekend, so we were thankful to get appointments. The owner, Tysie, is wonderful and hospitable. But this was absolutely the WORST facial I've ever had. The aestheticians were unprofessional and on their phones/shopping in the boutique while we were in the lobby area both before and after the facials. I wasn't even sure if Kylie, the aesthetician that I had, had ever given a facial before. She was noisy, playing music on her phone (which kept receiving texts), and I'm not sure what products she was using on my face... but there were a lot of them. She got something in my eyes! She even checked her text messages at one point then went back to rubbing lotion in my face! She also ran her hands through my hair, and again went immediately back to my face. It was cringe worthy. No surprise I broke out that night. Towards the end of the hour, when she had extra time, she rubbed lotion on my face then removed it with a toner 3 or 4 times. read more

Came here with a friend to get a birthday treat. She got a massage and I got a facial. We were able to book simultaneous appointments the day of, which was great! We did have to fill out three pages of medical information paperwork, which felt a little invasive, but they explained it was due to the fact that it was a medical spa. My hour facial was phenomenal. My pores were clean and small afterwards and nothing was ever painful except the extraction of a pesky pimple I had. My aesthetician was professional, was never on her phone, and did amazing work. The facial came with a foot/leg lotion massage and neck/chest/arm lotion massage which was so much more than I expected. We started with our massages and Zachery and Tiffany worked their masseusery (masseuse sorcery) magic on our bodies. They both were personable, welcoming and provided a good positive energy. While one of us got a facial the other received a pedicure. Mary provided us with our facial experience...and it made me feel like I need my face rubbed daily- so refreshing and rejuvenating! The mini pedicure was part of the package, but I would not seek out this service if you wanted to indulge in pampering your feet. I made an appointment for 900 am. First customer. I arrived at 855am. Two staff women were talking to each other and ignored me. Finally, one asked if I wanted something. I told her I had a 9:00 am appointment. One of the women handed me a clipboard and told me to fill it out. That took about 40 seconds. I put the clipboard down and sat where I was told to sit. Twenty minutes later, no one had greeted me or acknowledged my presence, so I walked out. Terrible customer service. I sure will never go back and should anyone ask me, I will recommend that they not go here. read more
