The Ritz Auto Spa *WAS* a nice business. It has now been acquired by a new owner…read more This review is about my experience at The Ritz Auto Spa. They had excellent customer service. Simon manned the front desk. The manager (Bobby) personally called me back one day after I left a voicemail asking if they were open. Great value for the money. They had customer specials from Mon -- Fri, including my favorite: 40% off on Thursday for ladies. They were also very efficient. They had numerous employees who thoroughly cleaned the inside of your car and applied whichever level of shine/wax you chose. I went there last week only to discover that The Ritz Auto Spa is no more... Previous staff is gone, and the new owners don't offer full service - just a drive through car wash.

Soooo disappointed that Ritz Auto Spa was bought out by the Speeders chain…read more I went to the Voorhees, NJ location yesterday to get my free wash (full punch card) and found out about all the changes. They're no longer full service there--just exterior washes now, and you have to vacuum the interior yourself. They sent me to the Marlton location for full service. The Marlton location did honor my punch card, but that perk is gone now, and the Thursday ladies' discount dropped from 50% to 20% off. Worst of all, the quality of both the exterior and interior wash wasn't even close to what Ritz used to provide. Bottom line: I'll be looking for a new car wash. Wash Haus Hand Car Wash on Haddonfield-Berlin Rd recently opened and has great reviews so far, so I'll be trying them for my next wash.

This place is pricey but worth it. Great customer service and great work on the vehicles…read more When they re-opened due to Covid, they were just washing the outside. Now they are cleaning the inside but when you pay, you don't get out of your car, you go through the car wash and drive to the the guys that will dry off; if your cleaning the inside you will then drive it to the next person. It eliminates different people coming in and out of your vehicle (mask or no mask).

A break in the cold winter , means time to pamper your vehicle. The roads are salt and brine free,…read moreonly because your car is covered in it. A magnet you might say every winter your car turns a different shade, no longer that color you fell in love with due to mother nature. What better way pimp slap old man winter a new one? The answer is bring your car to Pristine ! These guys or crew do a fantastic job in making sure your car gets that pampering. There is no machine that slaps those heavy grimy , mold infested , curtain types of cloth that just lays over top pushing the dirt everywhere but off your car. No spinning wheels of cloth that go against your car hoping your license plate stays level , or maybe your bumper stays attached, maybe you might loose a mirror types of experiences. ( Happened to a coworker). There is an actual crew inside where your car is just scrubbing away getting to all the spots , below the doors, bumper, etc.. that a machine ALWAYS MISSES and you end up with a half assed job in top half cleaned , with bottom half looking like you never went in the joint. I decided to go with "The Works" for $24.99. This is the elite of all the washes, next to a detail job they offer. Inside they vacuum, wipe down leather or cloth seats , you get the idea here when it's called "The Works" . So basically they make sure you car looks like it just got to the showroom floor. 3 coats of wax, a complete cleaning of the undercarriage of your car, so every bit of salt or whatever should there be is no longer there. Plus they give you a free air freshener for your car when you elect this type of service, I'm game. Once your car is finished these guys go at it again in drying , they use air lines once after they wiped it down with fresh towels just to insure there is no water stains. They also use air to blow down the windows , I never saw this done before. Great service, the wait time was not bad, I kind of enjoyed watching how they operate as your car goes through the cycle from start to finish. They also offer , which I thought is great, an oil and lubrication service. Washed and lubed in an hour. They have a garage with several bays that offer different services if you wish to partake. That and what they do is what pampering , or showing your car a little TLC . is all about. I will definitely be back again , I think I found my new spot.

I have been trying for months to reach this business by phone, and have not had one phone call returned, despite leaving a couple of messages. I finally decided to try reaching out through Yelp. I thought that I'd finally made some headway, as shortly after filling out the form, I received a response with a list of their services and their prices. But it turns out that was merely an automated system response. Where it gets worse is I responded with the service that I would have liked. . . But crickets. Even though Yelp showed that my message was "Read". I gave them a few days, assuming that they were just busy. But I can't believe that a business can be so busy as to not provide at least an acknowledgement. My final communication was reaching out to thank them for their initial automated response and mentioning that I assume they have no availability. And again. . . crickets. The final straw was the notification that my message on Yelp had indeed been received and "Read", yet still ignored. I really wanted and tried to support this women-owned business, but I am extremely disappointed in their lack of communication. Reply to Business Owner's Response: A quick search of my cell phone's call history shows that I did in fact call the correct number. The screenshot below shows that I have been trying to reach out to you since May 2025. And if you look closer, you will see that each of the icons are outgoing calls. Not one call back was ever received from you, despite the voicemail messages that I left. Additionally, I still have my landline, so a couple of calls were also made using that phone number. However, I don't feel that it's necessary to provide a screenshot of those call records. After my last call of October 28, 2025, I finally reached out to you through Yelp in November 2025, which leads us to this review. Thank you for your response to my review, although I wish that I could have received a proper response outside of this forum. Good luck to you in the future.
