I went to the location today to get a car wash. I had just come from Will's eye clinic across the street so I was having a problem seeing the kiosk an employee came over to help me but then I looked at the receipt and I was charged $90. I told the gentleman that's not what I wanted I wanted a single car wash so he told me to go through the car wash come around and refund which was fine but then a different employee came out with a bad attitude was like I'm gonna refund this for you this time but I'll never do it again I said first of all I didn't want that I made a mistake second of all it's not like I had it for two weeks I just went through the car wash just now I said don't worry about it sir cause I'll never come back to this car wash again customer service is everything and when you're doing bad customer service I'll never spend my money with you again and believe me everybody that I see I will tell don't go to that car wash the guys not a nice person read more

These people are too often creating a problem unnecessarily. And if you complain, they kick you out of membership. I arrived when there were only 2 cars, me and one other. The other car gets thru the gate and immediately stops to chat ,while I sit there waiting. I thought I was going to be finished quickly, but they are so stupid that they have me waiting for nothing ! I called to complain, and they canceled my membership, after they have taken money from my account. I went through this stupid kind of bullshit twice ! read more

So, I always use a old bath towel to wipe off the excessive liquid and clean the corners that were not scrubbed by the machine The free vacuum is very hardly to keep you car interior clean of debris and dirt The only complaint I have is the hours of operation should be extended past 5 pm. I signed up for unlimited washes ....when I went for my second wash the gate would not open. After a long wait the manager came over and claimed that I canceled my service. I did not cancel anything but he rudely continued to claim that I did. When I went home unwashed I recovered my unlimited receipt and called the so-called manager. I am unlimited subscriber to thier top plan. While the wash/wax is decent, I find that I am not feeling the attendants. Several of them often display a very condescending attitude that I no longer want to pay for as if they are doing me a favor. The final straw was when they were checking my truck bed for debris, this guy just jumps in the back of my truck without any warning to retrieve 2 small twigs. I would have appreciated him asking if that was okay first. This really annoyed me. So I am canceling my subscription and will look for a more suitable wash to spend my money. read more

I love this car wash. Easy to use screen allows you to customize your wash. They also offer "wash books". If you buy 5 washes you get a 6th one free. I also find it convenient that they offer free vacuum service after your wash (you do it). List for $6 i'm not complaining. Its a great location too, right off of 295 (exit 34). read more

I do not recommend the Diamond Car on route 70, Cherry Hill, New Jersey unless you have a much older vehicle and do not mind the damage which may be incurred. No matter which wash you opt for water spots are inevitable and unless you have your own rag / cloth one will not be lent or provided to you. Management and or customer care is absent for any issues as the workers are dismissive and say they are not responsible and you may speak to the owner if you have an issue. "I just work here man". After reading some great google reviews, I decided to try their service. The wash and dry - I'd say I've experienced better. The car came out wet with water dripping. The plus side, you can spend a few minutes vaccuming the car yourself if you choose express service too. The exterior wash at Route 41 is $5 with coupons and comes out almost as wet - with the occasional towel dry depending on time of day. Will this be my favorite car wash? Maybe not. read more

Exterior Wash Only - Not Full Service - Felt Misled I just paid $18.00 for an exterior wash only. This location is self-service for interior wash. I did not know this - I hit the button to pay for an exterior wash and interior wash and at no time did it say that the interior was self-service only. I asked to see the manager - and the staff was great - she said that I knew what I was paying for when I selected the service. I do not agree - it did not say that I would be doing the interior wash myself. So I had to go to another car wash to get the interior done. At the risk of being accosted and berated by the (obviously) belligerent manager of this establishment, I'm going to go ahead and leave my two cents. I stopped in here on Saturday, 1/31. I parked my car under a set of trees in the city and ended up driving a bird sh*t mobile for a couple days until I had time to do something about it. I did not realize that this car wash was no longer a White Glove. I was raised in Marlton and have passed this location a thousand times when it was a White Glove, but I live in Philly now and was not privy to this new ownership. I paid $13 for the second best wash. Nothing special about this wash. In fact, if you consider the fact that my car was still covered in bird crap.....It's actually kind of sub par. They do not hand dry the vehicle. And yes, the vacuuming is free....If you want to vacuum your car yourself. It was around 24 degrees on Saturday so I did not opt to do this, but the (abundance of) water left on my car DID turn to ice, so that was nice! I'd be furious if I had paid $18. I could have gone to a stand alone, $3 car wash at a gas station for the same quality. Nope, no, never again. Save your time and your money. read more

This diamond express carwash location is really the best experience that I have ever had in my 40+ years of going to car washes. The staff here, Ian, Chris, Brian or any of the people that work here maintain a meticulously clean facility with high powered do it yourself vacuums and there is no tip bucket because the owner pays the men well. I go here on the way home, meaning route 70 West, so it's actually inconvenient to make the U turn twice. But, for the most part, I think the wash comes out fine. The machine did knock a couple of plastic pieces off my car, but let's be fair. It's a 2006, and when I did an internet search, other people who have my car have noticed they somehow lost these pieces. Anyway, when I went back next week, two attendants looked at my car, and said the pieces are so small, they would have fallen through the grates. Then one of the attendants said, "I'm really sorry about that, man." That little difference, showing empathy towards the customer, even though I don't consider it their fault, keeps me going back. Let's face it, there are lots of nice cars going through the wash, so I figure I'm safe with my 2006. read more

Paid $15 for the "second highest" car wash, it didn't even get the bird poop of my side and back window. I feel like the "scrubbing cloth" didn't even really touch my car and your car goes so fast through the wash that you honestly feel like it's not even doing anything expect getting it wet. read more

It is becoming increasingly frustrating to find a decent car wash in south NJ for both price and convenience -- but most importantly for courtesy. Some background: I have been frequenting this car wash for the past 18 months, at least 3-4 times every month. The car wash options have always been well-priced, especially if you get in 8-10 AM on Mondays-Thursdays (discount on the higher tier wash). Today, after a long drive from out-of-state, I wanted to wash my car to get all the bugs and random dirt spots you get on a road trip. Today being Sunday, the wash closes at 5 PM -- I made it in at 4:50 PM. I paid and drove up onto the track with the presence of the manager and two teens. "Put it into neutral and foot off the brake." No problem. As I am rolling up the window, the 3 employees start talking about my car -- how there is no way it's paid off and essentially talking behind my back about the vehicle. What do they care? Yes, I have a "luxury vehicle", but there is no need for the back-talking. The kicker was the manager agreeing with the 2 teens. Very unprofessional...and jealous? Unfortunately, this put a really bad taste in my mouth about this place. After all the times I've been there, to include direct contact with the manager (whether or not she recognizes me from visit to visit is not important), it is time for me to stop giving my money here. I had been giving them business -- don't give me an attitude, even if it's behind my back -- because sometimes you can still hear it. I hope the manager (and owner!) reads this review and will subsequently train their employees (and herself!) to have more courtesy towards their customers. Completely unacceptable. read more

Went over with my new (used) 2010 Infiniti g37. After the wash the letter I in INFINITI was missing from the rear deck lid. Asked to speak with the Manager and was told she was too busy to see me. (how convenient) The guy tried to tell me that the Infiniti lettering was not factory and therefore they would not be able to do anything. Apparently, he had never seen an Infiniti before. He then told me to fill out a complaint form. This place is run very unprofessional. The Manager didn't even have the courtesy to speak to me. I guess you get what you pay for at a $5 car wash. This is a great place to get your car washed. We have been members for a couple of years now and it's great to know I can stop in for a wash and have a beautiful clean car whenever I want. Our rear wiper often falls off in other facilities but the staff here tapes it down securely and we've never had a problem. The manager is very professional and kind and always greets us with a smile, and the staff is friendly and professional. I also love the free vacuums. Something went wrong with their track and my car ended up colliding with the car in front of me while in the wash (both cars were in neutral and under their control). Luckily there was no damage to either car as the collision wasn't that hard. However, my car came out still covered in soap. The other driver and I requested to speak with the owner who came out yelling rudely and and telling us to sue her because it wasn't there fault. There wasn't any damage to the cars so I never even asked or implied wanting money for anything, all I wanted was my car recleaned because it was still covered in soap. They at least recleaned it after the owner was done yelling but they were very rude and arrogant to deal with. I will not be going back there obviously. read more
