Super Friendly and was able to deliver Same Day, which was a Sat, except they had trouble with the van tire but were kind enough to deliver on Sun for her.

Under new owners Gina and Davis I have purchased 4 other mattresses and I have always been extremely pleased with the quality ,value and especially the customer service. Just recently, due to my physical handicap, I needed a more accommodating bed frame and mattress to meet my current needs and returned to CBM because of my previous positive purchases.To say that they were helpful is an understatement. After we settled on mattresses and adjustable frames we received a call from Gina a few days later saying that a sales representative had just come to their store and showed them a frame that would further assist me with my physical needs.This frame added a high low option as well as a trendelenburg option to the adjustable frame we just purchased. I had been researching " hospital " beds and for a twin king with the above options and it was over 13, 000 dollars . Gina said she didn't want to sell me anything until they ordered it , set it up in the store. And checked it all out.Well, it was the perfect choice as well as saving me a ton of money. Davis delivered it to the house and since it was a first time experience it took about 2 hrs to assemble and show us how all worked. He even contacted me a few days later to see how we were doing with the bed.SO... check this store out BEFORE you go online or visit another store! From the start the mattress we received did not at all feel like the ones in the store ! We went ahead and moved up and got their mattress that's almost the hardest they sell. Paid for it anyway and then when it got here it is NOT at all what was in the store ! They even sent two men over to test it. I was told I was a " princess and the Pea"! I believe this was either not the same mattress or used. Also their box spring did not fit, and I was told it must be my "floor" must be uneven and it was my "bed". Tho after I had to purchase a different boxspring it fit just fine. I've had to put two Bunky boards in between the box springs and the bed just to get it to hold up in the middle for both my husband and I it is a king bed. Hands-down worst purchase I have ever in my life made. I've waited months and prayed about this post. I would just hate to see anybody else make a mistake and trust these people. Very very disappointed!!

That was, until a Black Friday ad showed up on our TV and my hub called out, "Hon, come look at this chair." "Yeah, it could work," I casually replied. I had a plan. First thing, Small Business Saturday, I stopped into J&K Furnishings in the Belle Hall Shopping Center (Long Point Road) as soon as it opened. I was approached immediately by Karen who took me over to the advertised chair. She was knowledgeable and patient, even knowing that there would be no sale. I was there just to check out the chair. Yes, it was comfortable, genuine buttery leather, priced well and was exactly what I wanted. I told Karen that I'd be back the next day with my husband. We returned on Sunday and worked with Ryan who also was patient and low key. He closed the sale. We both appreciated that he did not try to upsell a higher priced chair or other items. We actually asked for a protection plan. Delivery was set and confirmed with an automated phone call. The drivers called as they were on the way. There were five of us making decisions, all also remote from each other. Not an easy assignment but Karen was enthusiastic and encouraging all along the way. Karen guided us with Power Point slides of all our choices for our review. Her assistant Emily is equally wonderful and competent. When we finally got to Mt Pleasant to sign papers and make final fabric/rug choices, Karen and Emily were so well organized that we finished in record time with no drama. The store is beautiful with a HUGE showroom floor and many sales. You can't go wrong with this store of Karen. We will be back to buy more after we move into our new home.
