This is my first time going into the Coca-Cola Store, I honestly didn't know it was here. I just haven't you check online events and activities that we're going on in Disney springs for the day. They had listed a free picture with the Coca Cola Bear and since I my partner in crime was right for the picking I figured why not? The funny part is that during our entire walk around we never came across the store. I had actually given up on the idea of getting a picture. We actually found it as we were headed towards the Orange Parking garage - ready to leave and there it was. So we ventured in the store spent just a few minutes on level one looking at the items. Then we took the ramp up to the second level. It was here that the Coca Cola Bear and the photographer awaited us. After taking several fon shots with the bear the gentleman helping was gracious enough to actually take a photo of to using my camera. Next we continued up the ramp to find out what was at the top level. We were surprised to find a nice view overlooking Disney Springs and a restaurant. However, we promptly took the elevator back down to the first level. New photos from the photographer were where selling for $25 for 1 or 3 for $30. I figured why not just get 3. The photos are displayed on a screen one by one and we had to select which ones we wanted. I felt like the cashier became and patient while I was trying to choose which photos I wanted. It was if he didn't understand that I wanted to see all 12 of the photos before selecting the 3 I wanted and this would require that I see the photo more than once, maybe even twice before deciding. At one point he decided to just allow his coworker to help which made matters worse because the co-worker actually ended up adding back in photos that I had already eliminated. Which meant I had to start the process of selection all over again. Yes of course that he had to return and it's just maybe since he knew which ones I had already eliminated. I felt like this part of the service was not very customer-friendly, however, in the end I was able to select 3 photos and be on my way. Otherwise if you're into Coca-Cola themed items, I highly recommend that you at least visit the gift shop and maybe find a neat gift for yourself or someone else. read more

This place is an experience. There are three floors of Coca Cola awesomeness. The first floor is full of Coca Cola clothing and accessories that make you want to buy Coke things that you never knew you wanted to buy. It's all at a premium of course, because you're in a giant Coke store in the middle of Disney Springs, but here's a tip, there's a clearance section. On one of the hanging racks of clothes, there's oodles and oodles of clearance clothes for you to browse through for a discount. The second floor has a lot of kool drinkware that's Coca Cola branded. Tervis is pretty much the best brand of drinkware out there, in my opinion, and this place seems to agree with me. Tervis everywhere. All shapes and sizes and colors. Coke and Coke Zero and Diet Coke and I think even Sprite and stuff. There're also beautiful place sets of drinkware and Coke kitchen accessories. I like this floor. There's even a giant polar bear that you can take pictures with and buy them for only an arm and a leg. The third floor is a rooftop bar. There are actual, Coke themed, alcoholic drinks here, as well as literally every single flavor of Coke product. There's a flight of Coke products from around the world that you can get float style if you want. Grab whatever you want and have a seat by the edge and watch the patrons of Disney Springs pass you by. I like this place. Visit here. read more

Awesome surprise on our last day in Orlando, it is hidden by the Remodel of planet Hollywood that is in progress. 3 stories of fun. The 3rd floor open air deck with a cola cola bar, and after 3 the liquor pours. Which we could have known sooner. What a great view of Disney Springs. The variety of coke products was unreal for sure. I wish they had more classic antiques in the store but it was a very nice store with great customer service. I love Orlando! It's always a great experience. Disney springs is amazing there's so much thing to do you'll never get bored. We stumbled upon the coca-cola store while waiting to dine in at planet Hollywood. It's a big building I believe it's 3 stories and the stop is beautiful. They have a spot to order all the different type of soft drinks. It is not too pricy and it's a great experience. It's $9 for 16 samples of different Coca Cola options. read more

Visited Pre lockdown. March 2020. Two floors of all kinds of Coca-Cola merch. Sweatshirts, apparel and all kinds of Coke branded merch your heart desires. Top floor is a sitting space for testing out Coke products from around the world in straight form to funky twists in alcoholic and non alcoholic choices. I absolutely love Cool Spot in Epcot. It is my jam. I go straight for the Beverly every time and I know I am the 0.001% who loves the stuff. So with Cool Spot currently not open, I had to come here to get my fix. I opted for the 44oz souvenir contour bottle at $9.95 with $1 refills. The guy said if I bring it back in the future I still get the $1 refills. So yeah... No brainer. I hadn't had my Beverly in quite sometime so I was determined to get my fill. I had to find a table to chill and drink it all down to get my refill to go. My family says I'm crazy... But I beg to differ. You totally cab get all sorts of drinks and absolutely go for the flights. There's even a flight package that gets a souvenir photo and that is what we have been planning to do in the future. An employee came over to our table to chat us up and she offered us some samples of "Beverly's cousin" to try. Little did she know, I grew up eating a candy exactly this flavor. Sour Tamarind candy. Haha... She lost that battle. Now, I would never get a hue container of it to go... But best believe I got some strange looks for being a Beverly lover. We chatted up another customer and her two cutie kids while we took in the view. We came after Disney Springs reopened, but the Coca-Cola store hasn't reopened... Much to my sadness. But trust me... We went upstairs to the third floor soda fountain area to try the international tray sampler. All staff looked extremely apathetic and not friendly. Luckily we got Lewis, the only friendly looking one in the bunch. Lewis was indeed enthusiastic, helpful, and very friendly. He even suggested a cup of water so we could cleanse our palates after trying the individual drinks. Such a great addition to the Coca Cola soda fountain! We thoroughly enjoyed the chance to try a flight of different cola products from around the world. All interesting, some tasty and some not, but regular coke is still the best!!! To keep it quite simple, I enjoy Coca-Cola. But it is best when served from a glass bottle. I feel that is the best tasting one in comparison to aluminum can, fountain machine, or plastic bottle. When I saw there was Coke store here, I had to go. The layout of the store is clever and intriguing. The first two stories are the gifts, souvenirs, apparel, and more. The third level is the restaurant. I walked up the ramp (which goes around the outer border of the store) and it was a good decision for three reasons. One: the elevator had a repulsive smell to it. Two: it had artwork drawn throughout the long stretch that resembled things like giant ice cubes. Three: some of the stretches were all windows so I could see the rest of Disney Springs, and it had a great view. read more

The Coca Cola Store in Disney Springs is cool, but it's not worth spending a ton of time there, simply because of all the other amazing things to do! If you decide to stop in, head straight up to the top floor. It's an open air bar with a pretty great view of Disney Springs. They have all sorts of "flights" to try, which is really fun. I'm all about cultures and traveling, so I would of course recommend the flight of sodas from around the world. It only costs $9 for 16 samples. SIXTEEN. One flight is plenty to share, even with a larger group. It comes served on two trays, in numbered spots, and with a cute pamphlet which states each soda's name and country of origin. I was so excited to try the orange float and my experience was ruined when the woman at the register lied about which souvenir cup as well as the photo was completely false advertising because it was just a soda in a regular plastic cup with a creamsicle pop on the top of it. I'm in love with this store. So many different things to see and an amazing bar on the third floor.

Not the best experience. Been here a lot of times and it has usually been a favorite of mine until this week. My kids wanted to come in and look around while getting a drink upstairs. Immediately as we walked in I was adjusting my mask and there was no kind greeting at all just "sir you need to fix your mask" my kids were not greeted at all and there was the same attitude upstairs where no one acted like they wanted to be there. We stood in the line upstairs for 5 minutes while NO ONE was in line before someone actually got done talking to other employees to come and take our order after I said to my kids "let's get something somewhere else because they obviously have no need for our business" this is depressing because if you cannot keep your employees encouraging to patrons during this time it's going to end negatively for sure. We enjoyed our experience very much! We choose to share the combination tray, which included 16 Coke products from around the world and 8 floats made with vanilla ice cream and "normal" Coke products. The rooftop bar was a great setting, and even though it was a REALLY hot day, we got some relief with shade and fans. The only issue we had was really slow service. There were only two girls working behind the counter, and while they were working really hard, it was too much to expect them to ring people up, make mixed drinks, and keep the line moving. read more

The lounge on the top floor is AMAZING! Such a great view, and a nice breeze blowing by while still being out of the sun and I'm the shade. The sampler is so much fun to get and try all the different types from different countries. If you don't mind sharing drinks then I would only order 1 sampler and share, you can also ask for extra cups to pour into so you don't have to drink from the same cup. This store is pretty cool. Obviously contains pretty much any coke products you want. The store is three levels with a rooftop. The rooftop has a pretty good view of Disney Springs. I ordered the Signature flight. One out of the four drinks was good but the other three drinks were not. Seems like the person that made the drinks don't know how to make the Moscow mule and mojito flights. One of the drinks was too sour. Never thought I would give a retail store a 5 star rating but this place is really cool. Three floors of nonstop Coke stuff from magnets to pajamas. On the second floor there's a meet the polar bear experience and he is adorable. You can buy photos of your visit too. On floor 1 they will take a sky cam photo and put your pic in a glass of coke! Too cute! On top floor you can be and adult and get a rum and coke (or other alcoholic mixers) or you can be a kid and order the international soda tray with 16 fizzy drinks from around the world (clearly owned by coke incorporated). Either way it's a fantastic covered outdoor space to sit and watch the sunset over Disney Springs. Definitely the place to have a coke and a smile:) read more

This wasn't here when I visited 2 years ago, and since we got out of our Uber at the Orange garage, it was the first place we saw when we walked into Disney Springs. They have the neatest souvenirs, and I felt like I was back at the Coke factory in Atlanta there. The third floor bar looks awesome, and I'll have to try it next time I am at Disney Springs. We took a few pics with the polar bear on the second floor, and got some Coca Cola chapstick and magnets.
