We had so much fun here! The third floor has a small rooftop "bar" area where you can get a Coke and look out over Disney Springs. They also offer a sampler tray of Coca Cola drinks and a float sampler! We got both and it was a great break and fun to try all the different drinks. We all had our favorites so everyone was happy. Floor two and one were a store and it was fun to look at all the Coca Cola stuff. One the second floor by the stairs to go up the floor three there is a Plath that looks like it is iceberg floating on water. If you follow it you will find the Coca Cola bear waiting to have a picot taken with you. If you have bought memory maker from Disney you can scan the card the photograph gives you and the photos are included. read more

Many kinds of goods which is exclusive for Orlando only . 3 levels with many surprises, and the 3rd level is a restaurant. The Coca Cola store is a very traditional retail Cola store, but the great hidden gem is the rooftop bar. Although not made obvious how to get up to the bar, there are hidden ramps that circle the building to take you up to one of the most amazing views at Springs! The bar has amazing vibes, but horrendous prices. Everything is extremely inflated, but worth the one or two times you may visit. They have an awesome tasting experience you can purchase that comes with two trays full of different types of popular colas from around the world. It was so fun trying new flavors and experiencing tastes that truly don't exist in what we believe to be traditional Cola products. A unique experience​ with a little bit of everything. The building is three stories, with shopping on the first and second floor, and a bar on the top. The second floor also has an area where you can get your picture with the Coca Cola bear. The top floor offers a great view of Disney Springs while sipping on drinks. The international drink sampler was fun and reasonably priced. We got to taste 16 different sodas from around the world and even though they were in small cups, between two people we couldn't finish it all. The service was kind of slow for a place that just makes drinks, but very interesting. The rooftop bar is lovely and a great place to see Disney Springs from above. I tried the international tray which was 16 samples of Coke products from around the world. Most were pretty unique and delicious, however there are some really grimy ones. Good drinks on rooftop bar with a nice view--fun to try bevs from all of the world, etc. The bad - and wow, this is really bad - the elevators (there seem to be vents in them) and some parts of the bar/restaurant smell like vile raw sewage mixed with a poorly cleaned grease trap. The store was great! We could of spent a while walking around shopping. They had an awesome polar bear photo op. It was excluded in its own room. On the way walking into the room the floor had images of water and penguins polar pears. So it looked like you were walking on glass with water below you. The kids loved it! Initially came in to take cover in some A/C for a bit...But came here on a Saturday night to just hang out and walk around. Our family eventually made it to the 3rd floor. Disney Springs (the old Downtown Disney) offers lots of different ways to have fun. We visited the Coca Cola store with no expectations. We were surprised to discover the third floor - a coke heaven with tons of thirst-quenching options. If you aren't daring, just have a coke or an Icee. If you are very daring, take the "around the world" tour by tasting flavors of Coke that you can't get in the US. There are adult options as well. The best part of the experience is the view. You can chill out, relax, listen to VERY loud music and enjoy the view. The first 2 floors are merchandise, merchandise and more merchandise. It's worth getting through floors 1 and 2 to get to the hidden gem on floor 3. The Coca Cola store is at the far end (Disney West) - just look for the giant globe - it's right next store. read more

They closed the Coke bar early and would not let me up at 9:50 even though the stated closing time was 10pm. Extremely disappointed as two employees told me different stories about the time the Coke bar closed. I have been going to the Coca Cola store in Disney Springs each time I visit Orlando since my first visit to Orlando in 2017, no matter what parks I'm attending on my visit. I have a tradition of getting a Cherry Coke Float each visit at the rooftop bar it is a must do for me. But on today's visit 10-03-2020, I am more than disappointed with the quality and customer service received from the cashier at the rooftop bar. My husband and I ordered as normal and were instructed to step aside and wait for our order(which is fine). But when the cashier hands me my float the outside of the cup is covered in ice cream and coke because you can tell they just tossed the ice cream in the cup with no regard. Then when I noticed there is no Maraschino Cherry, which the menu clearly states it's included. I politely requested one from the cashier and with much attitude and carelessness she grabs the tiniest cherry possible and puts it in a empty cup and puts it in front of me with such a bad vibe as if I was asking the impossible of her. It was such a buzz kill and then the cup made my hands so sticky it was horrible. I am so unamused. read more

A sea of red-and-white Coca Cola merchandise on the first two floors will make any Coca-Cola collector happy. For me, all that tchotchke stuff is skippable. The real attraction of this unique brick-and-glass building is the third floor. The elevator can be slow and busy. So consider walking the long ramp, which wraps around the building between floors. The ramp is enclosed with brick walls on one side and glass panels on the other. From the third floor, you will have great open-air views of Disney Springs, including Planet Hollywood (now undergoing renovations) below and numerous shops and the lake in the distance. I didn't try the beverage bar on this quick visit. But the comfortable seating and great views put this on my Must-Visit-Again list. read more

This was actually more interesting than I expected it to be. It's hard to miss the Coca Cola Store when you're anywhere near it in Disney Springs. It's a huge three story building with a giant, lit Coke logo on the outside. The design of the building is quite unusual. Instead of stairs there is long, winding ramp that you can take to the third floor. Some of it is inside and some of it snakes around the outside of the building. The outside part has glass walls, which is entertaining. If you're not feeling the ramp there are two large elevators that you can use also. A large section of the first floor is dedicated to clothing. I don't recall ever seeing someone wearing Coke clothing before but I that's your thing your cup runneth over here. The second floor is more dedicated to trinkets and accessories. I was honestly surprised that some of the home wall decorations actually looked quite nice. The third floor has a rooftop bar where you can sample Coke products from around the world. Even if you're not drinking it's fun to come up here and get a great view of Disney Springs. It's definitely worth your time to stop in here. read more

Being a Coca Cola employee myself I will try and be as impartial as possible but it's kind of hard when you have visited such an amazing store....that just happens to be the company that employs you! After working for the company for 10 years this was my first experience in a Coca Cola store and I was completely fascinated! There are 3 floors! You can enjoy a ramp with glass walls or artwork of vintage Coca Cola or you can take the elevator if you just can't wait to get to the next floor. On the very top floor (3rd) there is a drink station where you can try multiple flavors of Coca Cola products out of the freestyle machine OR if you'd like a nice frozen ADULT beverage made with Coca Cola that is offered as well. Not only is the top floor filled with tasty treats but it's open to enjoy the fresh air with a fantastic view of Disney Springs! Once you are done with your beverage you can go down to the second floor to take a picture with the iconic Coca Cola Polar Bear! The employees take a picture that you can purchase or they will even take a picture with your own camera! There are some pretty awesome items available for purchase on the second floor as well. On the first floor you can also find a fantastic array of Coca Cola memorabilia and clothing! I made a purchase of my own and if you are an employee of Coca Cola and have your badge or healthcare id card you can enjoy 25% off! If you're already in the system then none of that identification is needed! The employees were so welcoming and awesome and there is nothing negative I can say about this experience. We went to the 3rd Floor Rooftop Bar for cocktails before our dinner at Disney Springs. It was a lot of fun. My husband had a "Cherry Coke Ripper" and I had a Shamrock Sour. Both were excellent. Great place for kids as well as there are tons of non alcoholic options at the bar. We then browsed throughout the lower 2 levels of the store. When you walk in at first it seems like it's just a bigger version of the Club Cool at EPCOT but the merchandise inside is high quality stuff and unique to this specific Coke store. Wander on up to the second floor and you'll find more vintage Coca Cola stuff and trinkets. Make it all the way up to the roof and you'll find a spacious, open air bar with almost every coke product on the market available on tap. Go all out and get the Global Flight combo which includes 18 generous samples of Coke products from around the world plus 6 traditional floats. Some of the drinks here are not available at Club Cool or World of Coke in Atlanta which is a brilliant marketing tactic. The Flight is easily enough for 4 people to split for only $18. When you're finished downing all the sodas and catching glimpse of the great views of Disney Springs you can grab a bite to eat at the extremely overhyped restaurants nearby or walk a little bit to the other side of Disney Springs where the food is good. read more

I honestly usually don't take the time to write a review... but today's experience has me feeling the need to. We go today for our third trip to this store. We always enjoy trying the different sodas, as we aren't daily soda drinkers. If we have time, we usually come here when visiting Orlando. Today my son wanted one of the polar bear souvenir cups. So we got him one, a vanilla Russian for me, and a melon Fanta for my man. Be warned, the lid on the polar bear cup does NOT screw on, even though it looks like it does. So he is carrying the drinks to the table and the bottom part of the polar bear cup falls as he approaches and spills on to the table, chairs, and floor. The employees behind the counter were helpful, and gave me napkins and beverage towels to clean it up- even while being busy with fulfilling orders and helping customers place their orders. Obviously, a few napkins and a couple bar towels isn't enough to clean an entire drink, so we did our best with what we had and notify a busser who does not respond to us AT ALL. So incredibly rude So we aren't even sure at this point if he heard us, and my man went to the bathroom to wash the sticky whipped cream from my drink off his hands and the busser comes back while he is gone and starts angrily spraying down the table and floor and mopping, doesn't even give me time to move before he's mopping right by my feet after failing to acknowledge the fact that he was even being spoken to a minute before. We gathered our things and met my man outside the bathroom, said it's time to go, and finished our drinks outside the building. Like I said, I don't usually write reviews, much less negative ones... I work customer service and I understand how tiring it gets dealing with people day in and day out... but I'm also a bartender ‍ and spills happen ‍ and you don't make a big deal about it, because that makes customers feel unwelcome. read more
