I've only been inside a few times and it all seemed on the up-and-up to me: clean, well-lit, comfortable. My opinion is that the line moves fast even when they're slammed. My orders have always been correct. What else is there to say? The food and drink are consistent with any other Dunkin' I've ever been to. There's a level of comfort associated with knowing what to expect each time. No Dunkin' drive-thru tells you what your total is - and I've gotten past that. Sometimes the person behind the speaker is super pleasant, sometimes they're not. I don't care - I'm not sitting down being waited on by them; I just drive up and get my order with minimal interaction with the staff. That's how it works! Honestly: see you tomorrow LOL!

It's McDonald's - you already know what to expect! I can't even tell you how many times I've patronized this McDonald's in Williamstown over the past 40 years. Probably thousands of times (don't judge!). I would say the number of times my order was correct, the staff were pleasant, and service was quick is most likely in the high 90th percentile. Lately, and by that I mean during the past 5 years, I've noticed excellent customer service above and beyond expectations. In my morning runs, there are several adults on site who provide friendly and fast service. But even during times when I only interact with employees of a younger age - they are all so polite and professional. It's refreshing to get the sense that they actually care about their jobs. And the food... well, I keep eating it. Clearly no problems here. Realistically, have I had an issue here and there over the years? Of course. No one is perfect. But what do I consider "a problem" at a fast-food restaurant? The drive thru took too long? Okay maybe there was a call out or they are training someone new. My order was wrong? Okay, give them an opportunity to fix it. There was an egg shell in my McMuffin? Eh, it happens. They forgot to put extra pickles on my McDouble? Oh dang! My point is, I have seen people completely lose their "S" at a fast food chain. For what? That type of behavior/reaction is rarely warranted. I don't usually go inside the restaurant. The times I have, I can say it looks clean and I don't see anything that would raise a concern. She immediately put on new gloves and started touching sandwiches I saw that were already made. They looked like what I ordered. I refuse to eat the sandwiches she touched. Very unsanitary.
