Ummmm... easily patronized this particular Dunkin' hundreds of times over the past decade. I have nothing bad to say about any of my experiences. I've only been inside a few times and it all seemed on the up-and-up to me: clean, well-lit, comfortable. My opinion is that the line moves fast even when they're slammed. My orders have always been correct. What else is there to say? The food and drink are consistent with any other Dunkin' I've ever been to. There's a level of comfort associated with knowing what to expect each time. No Dunkin' drive-thru tells you what your total is - and I've gotten past that. Sometimes the person behind the speaker is super pleasant, sometimes they're not. I don't care - I'm not sitting down being waited on by them; I just drive up and get my order with minimal interaction with the staff. That's how it works! Honestly: see you tomorrow LOL! read more

Very poor service. Came through drive through, 7/11 at 1 pm and asked for an oreo coolatta. not a coffee chiller, had to repeat myself twice. received a coffee chiller anyway, went inside to return it, lady goes "what, is it not good enough?" told her it was coffee, and somehow got attitude from all five ladies working as if it was impossible. exchanged it and it still sucked lol. leaving a review because I'm petty and no one is forcing you ladies to work here!!! lol!! read more

this is my second review for this specific dunkin and I can't emphasize enough how brain dead the people are that work here. again my order was messed up for at least the 100th time and all it was was a sweat black pepper sandwich on a croissant and they gave me a plane bacon egg and cheese on a raisin bagel. This coffee tasted like it had no espresso, and was made with actual human shit. I've never experienced a worse Dunkin' Donuts in my life. I will NEVER be going back here even though it is local to my house. You lost my service for good. Trash coffee and trash workers. I was just served ice cold hash browns in the drive thru. Toasted food that is served cold is unacceptable.

I went inside and I ordered 2 pumpkin lattes, 1 regular (for my fiancé) and 1 decaf (for me, i cannot have caffeine for medical reasons). I watched the woman make both lattes and i saw she used the same espresso for both drinks. I asked if one was definitely decaf and i told her cannot have caffeine. She said "if it says decaf then yeah it's decaf". I immediately didn't believe her and went to another worker, I think he was the manager. I told him i was sorry if i was being paranoid but i don't believe my latte was decaf since i watched the woman make both with the same espresso. He made sure i ordered a decaf and my drink did say it was decaf. Then he told me that the espresso machine was broken, so there was no decaf espresso at the moment and they had to use the decaf line for the regular line of espresso on the machine so that people could order lattes. He said somebody should've told me they didn't have decaf espresso. I told him that I even asked if it was for sure decaf and that the woman who made it said it was decaf. He gave me a refund immediately and went to speak to his employee. The guy was very nice, honest, and apologetic. read more

After standing at the counter for fifteen minutes, I asked the manager who kept looking at the line of five people at the counter if I could order.......I received no response just another look at the line. After another 5 minutes I decided not to use this store anymore since no staff would acknowledge anyone in the line even when I asked them a question. Extremely poor customer service. read more

Another place that is hiding behind Covid so they lock their doors and they make people wait in line and people who are doing online orders have to wait in line to so the line goes back into ShopRite parking lot and causes traffic and a cluster of cars that don't need to be there. And they don't even have anyone inside the store and they can't keep up with the line so why do Uber eats and door dash and GrubHub? Turn it off stop being such an ass. I always come to this location, every other day or everyday for my iced coffee. This morning when I was ordering my drink the owner through the microphone at the drive-thru completely cut me off and tried finishing off my order, which was wrong. While cutting me off he had an attitude that I ask for cream, liquid sugar and extra ice. If there's an issue with my order, I will stop coming to your location and giving you business. I hate giving negative reviews but this experience was awful. The person I was trying to order with kept arguing with his coworkers and kept asking "what?" like I was interrupting him. I ordered a dunkin energy punch and a veggie eggwhite on a flat bread. When I pulled up to the window they continued arguing. I got a got a of monster and a piece of sausage on a burnt flatbread. Place is always hit or miss everyone looks either lost or annoyed that they have to do work. God forbid you hand them an e-mail coupon they're too lazy to cash by hand it since they don't supply a barcode. They've messed up my drink several times one I had someone pour carmel over a latte i had ordered Because they accidentally gave me mocha. Instead of making a new one she squirted caramel over top as if i wouldn't notice. They are open all day but I am pretty sure they only make fresh baked goods in the morning. So I would advice if you want a fresh mid day baked item forget. I had stopped at this location to order a Large coffee cream and sugar and a small iced coffee with almond milk. When I placed the order the woman over the speaker made an ugh sound and mumbled a comment under her breath when I asked for almond milk. I have dietary restrictions and did not think asking for almond milk was too much. Ignoring the comment I proceed to pull up to the window and the woman told me 4.47 and then she said oops I made a mistake and it went up to 5.00. I asked for a receipt because I had placed the same order at another Dunkin' Donuts in the next town over in Sicklerville at Cross Keys Road and it was 3.47. She refused to give me the receipt when I asked for it so I could see why it was so different in price. I am very disappointed in the service and will no longer be going back to Dunkin' Donuts at that location. I never thought I would be treated so poorly because of my dietary restrictions. read more
