I have eaten here twice so far, both lunches with my son. We had a great time on both visits and my son still talks about Cocco's pizza. There is plenty of parking in their own large parking lot. The seating area is on the smaller side, but we easily found a table both times. The servers were always nice, prompt and helpful. My son enjoyed watching the train go around the restaurant. On our first visit I tried their Detroit style pizza. It looked great, was crispy, buttery and thick. I had no idea they sold slices of it, but I wanted a fresh pie anyway. There was plenty to take home. On the second visit I went with a plain personal pizza with hot peppers, my son had a plain personal pizza on both trips. I liked their sauce and cheese, the personal is not super doughy, but was just right and came out crispy. They used hot cherry tomato's on my pizza which was perfect! The prices were fair and the experience overall was great. It wasn't too loud in the eating area, we weren't rushed and my son was full of smiles. If you finish around 2pm (may be their winter hours) and saved room for ice cream, stop next door to their gelateria for ice cream, gelato or sorbet. You won't regret it! read more

My family and i Went on Sunday, after church. I was half through eating my food and saw a rat in the food service front counter area . I understand this can happen to any business. But the team was very rude to me at first until one person said they would take care of my meal because of the inconvenience. Also they said they had an exterminator come out Friday. Love their buffalo chicken pizza, love their broccoli cheese bites, love their regular pizza, love their train the drives around, and entertains the children making for a better dining experience for everyone in their small dining room. My wife and I will go out of our way to eat at Cocco's! Whenever I'm buying pizza for my sports teams at the end of the season or after a great game, I'm getting Cocco's delivered to the school. The driver left my families food on the ground instead of on one of the tables or chair on the porch. And an 18% tip was given beforehand since order was placed on a card. The pizza had no sauce or falvor. It was cheese bread. The cesear salad having an charge for chicken had no seasoning. The mini cheesesteak same thing zero flavor. This was my first time here I ordered a pizza which was cold and tasted like it was made hours earlier like it was left from a previous order that someone never picked it up and the gave it to me. Got home, and found that while they definitely DID include the pepper ham and salami, they definitely DID NOT include the prosciutto or the capicola. Truly repulsive pizza. Now, you may think this is my fault because we ordered gluten-free crust, but the crust was the least of our problems. The toppings (sausage, peppers, mushrooms) were TRAGIC. Mushrooms out of a can. Pale, colorless sausage. And they forgot the peppers so they just sauteed them last minute and dumped them on top. The cheese was thin and barely melted. $13 later and we threw the inedible pie in the trash. The crust itself was... fine, for the record. Not great, but not remarkable either. A turkey club, on wheat toast with an unsweetened ice tea (unsweetened tea hasn't been available since new ownership, not a huge big deal). But the Turkey Club, UGH! Cocco's has been consistently good for a long time. They've never been my favorite pizza in Delco, but I go to them when I'm more in the mood for bigger and more foldable slices. What can I say? Cocco's Pizza is by far a favorite of mine in the area! I live in Montco, and will 100% make the drive out to dine in and enjoy a fresh pie. Not only is the pizza delicious and well made, but it's consistent. I've never had a bad pizza from this location. It's always fresh, flavorful, the crust is amazing, just all around a wonderful place! So all I ordered was a Chicken Salad Hoagie with ONLY salt, pepper, light lettuce, onions and tomatoes!!! Why after an hour and 10 minutes, dude shows up with a "hot" hoagie and what appeared to be oil all over the wrapping. I open the hoagie up, #1, there was a ton of frigging oil on the roll, #2, there was cheese on the roll and #3, for $16.00 and some change, you'd think they would put some chicken salad on the roll!!! There were maybe 2 slivers of onion, welted lettuce, watery tomatoes and MAYBE a half cup of chicken salad on a regular size hoagie!!! This is a review that I never thought I would ever have to write. Cocco's in Primos was a family favorite of ours for about 30 something years. It was our default meal most weekends when my children were young. We even introduced the next generation in my grandchildren. It is where I met up with many of friends throughout the years to hangout, eat some decent food and catchup. I have to say I was skeptical when I heard the original owner was selling it to new owners. But even with that I still was willing to give them a try and continue our tradition as a family to meet up from time to time and enjoy a meal. Well, lets just say my initial concerns came to be reality for me. We went not to long after it was sold. It was ok but I could taste the shift in the quality of the food and the atmosphere was different, but not enough for me to not go back. We went back this past Sunday and I can say very definitively that I will not be returning. I ordered a cheesesteak and it was giving me Steak-Um type vibes and the French Fries were not what I like. Now all that is subjective and my opinion. Now what put the nail in the coffin for me was watching a mouse or rat (don't know what it was) running back and forth between the glass that is on the front of their counter. I was the only one to see it and as I was telling my family about it, it ran back and forth again and my other family members witnessed it. I am very well aware that food establishments have rodents and bugs that they contend with on a regular basis. But for the most part their patrons do not encounter them because of their due diligence in pest control. Unfortunately, we had already eaten most of our food so needless to say some felt like vomiting. We brought it to managers attention and he did mention they just had the exterminator out that Friday. Seeing the rodent combined with the quality and taste of the food going downhill, I will not be spending my hard earned money there any more. This place is too sloppy. The pizza is an issue. Not enough sauce, not enough cheese, and it's a friggin chore to eat. Sometimes it's like trying to chew through a cheap steak. Not to mention Cocco's is the king of the "bubble" pie, which to me indicates they tend to overcook their pizza. This is a problem. I had a steak sandwich a few months ago that was iffy. Not enough meat and the roll was stale. Will not go here again for anything besides pizza or sides, most likely. It's still a soemwhat reliable pizza shop, but I think they get overwhelmed every night and a lot of what they make is very half-assed. If you're looking for a better quality Cocco's, you're better off going to the one on Garrett Rd in Drexel Hill or the one in Aston that sells booze. read more

This is one of those family pizza parlors you would have just LOVED coming to as a kid. In fact, you probably did come here as a kid. After your Little League game.
