NEVER GO HERE! Absolutely disgusted with my visit on Mother's day. Firstly, I was charged $120 for this dissapointing set. The man that did my designs was DISGUSTINGLY rude. Made nasty faces at me, took 3+ hours to do a short set, said nasty things about my designs, filed my skin raw, and laughed in my face. Then proceeded to charge $120 dollars for the worst service I've ever received. On top of that, the female that was sat near him kept coming over and saying "Look how she's sitting" laughing at my posture. I paid with cash and was told they don't do cash receipts. I am appalled and honestly, I should have walked out without paying. I do not know names but this is NOT Noire the nail bar. If you want to have a decent salon experience and not be over charged, NEVER come to this disgrace of a salon. read more

Very disappointed, to say the least. I called ahead and was told $15 for my requested waxing service, once I arrived I was told $45, when I got on the table it changed to $75, and then when I said I'd skip the service, it was lowered to $50. I went for a modified bikini wax, with lips, butt, and butthole, but the wax was a butcher job, and the tech refused to maintain the boundaries I kept repeating to her (and she really just went freestyle on any shape), and did practically no touch-ups. She also refused to do the lips and butthole, as she said these areas were "too delicate" to be waxed, but I know that these areas are done in countless other waxing establishments. I'm bummed, though my bum's still hairy, and I won't be returning to this shop. read more

I had positive experiences with two technicians including the owner over the past several months. both did a beautiful job and the salon itself is clean and beautifully decorated. I will not return however, after being ripped off there at my last appointment on January 30, when I was grossly overcharged for the same service I had been getting since my first visit. When I brought it to their attention, they argued with me and insisted that I had been paying over $70 for a dip manicure. I took the time at home to look at my credit card statements and my memory was correct - with tips, I never paid anywhere near that. The owner, Hailey, was not there at the time, but the woman who claimed to be in charge would not even consider the possibility that I had been overcharged , only saying "maybe next time we give you discount". So, buyer beware! You will get a good manicure in a pretty setting but pay attention to what you are being charged. With nail salons on every other corner, I will take my business to a place where I am treated fairly. read more

I just had the worst experience of my life getting my nails done. One of the technicians there, half way through my service commented on my appearance from a picture on my home screen with my boyfriend. He proceeded to say that my boyfriend was better looking than me and that I did not deserve him, he kept going on in extreme detail about how I was just not good looking enough. I was very put off by this. At the end when he was checking me out he proceeded to say that I used to be better looking and "what happened". I called the nail salon asking for a refund because I shouldn't have to pay for a service to get degraded and they said there was nothing they could do. They would not even give me the owners phone number to contact him. They said they could take my nails off and refund me the money. That's it. DO NOT GO HERE. read more

No idea why this nail salon got such bad reviews. I've only been here once, but it was a great experience. Very clean, parking, Starbucks next door and friendly people. My nails lasted over two weeks without a single issue and they were well done. Nice pedicure. I'll definitely go again! read more

I would not recommend this place to anyone. The first thing I did after I walked out the door was book an appointment at a different salon to fix the nails I got done here. The nail tech was not attentive at all. I am so disappointed in the service I received here. My nails are disproportionate, poorly painted and shaped so unevenly. I went for a simple gel manicure. JUST NO! $60 for a basic mani pedi???? Not to mention horrendous quality. The young lady who did my nails was super sweet but nothing could make up for the lumpy mess. I asked for a new bottle of polish since the one she was using had hair and dried clumps in it and she said she didn't have a new bottle. I should have known something was wrong when my polish was (barely) removed with a piece of paper towel. I felt awful but asked her to stop mid-manicure and asked for my money back. read more

I called and made an appointment a day before for a french tip dip. Arrived 5 minutes before my scheduled appointment, was told to wait by technician was almost done. While I sat there, two other ladies came in and got sat right away for pedicures. I was still sitting 20 minutes after my appointment and now did not have time for my nails to get done.
