Don't go there. I've been to a few places in the area and this is definitely the worst one I've ever been to. Kevin, that did my nails, is nice enough when you are getting your nails done, but i had dip nails and it cracked the next day. They were closed Sunday, so, i went in Monday and I've never had someone be so rude wanting a repair. Dip nails usually last 3-4 weeks for me, one day is ridiculous. He quickly did it, acting annoyed, not trying to do a nice job, and it was cracking again that night. He had no intention of doing a good job. I don't understand why. Even though it cracked, I would have gone back if he did a good job repairing it. This is a customer service business, you think you would want return business. I'm on day 6, and one nail is chipping now too. $50 for one day of nails is unacceptable. read more

This place is filthy and has seen better years. Against my good sense and gut feeling, I decided to give them a try. Had a mani and a pedi. The technician Kim was very nice, but her job left a lot to be desired. She scrapped one of my toes and when she was finished I had to ask her to do again 4 of my nails making me late for my next appointment and to add icing to the cake when I was in my car one of the redone nails got all messed up. Going to an appointment with some of the most influential people with a mediocre manicure is not my ideal of professionalism. I will never go back to this place again. read more

Been here a few times when my manicurist from another local shop fills in here. Its not one of my favorites salons. Inside has no style.

I tried out this place for the first time and was not impressed at all. It was ok in terms of cleanliness. Nothing terrible but not particularly appealing. The prep of the nails was average at best. But the real problem was the painting. I just use standard nail polish. No gel or acrylics. The man's hand seemed to be shaky and painted my nails very unevenly. A lot of my nail ended up with no polish on them. And what was on my nail was lumpy and uneven. I decided not to complete the service because I was so disappointed. I did my manicure first and let him mind I was not going to move forward with the pedicure. The only saving quality was that the man who appeared I be in charged noticed the look on my face and that I was not going to get the pedi and asked if everything was ok. I told him it did not look good at all and he attempted to fix it. He was very pleasant and did not give me an attitude or anything. But his "fix" was to just paint another coat on top of the already poorly painted two coats of color and top coat. Then he painted another coat, which did cover more of the nail and appeared to make it look slightly better (as long as you don't look too closely) and then put another top coat. But he tried at least. I probably would have preferred to just start over with the paint, but I had already been there so long and didn't know if it would help that I didn't insist. I was there yesterday and got a pedi, eye brows waxed, and pink and white fill. The people are very nice BUT it's extremely cluttered and dirty inside. I am on vacation and needed my nails done so I stayed but would highly recommend you go somewhere else. I have paint left all around my toenails, my eyebrows I had to pluck this morning, and my P&W fill is awful, the white is kinda milky in the pink and around my cuticles is very clunky with the acrylic. read more

I recently purchased a second home in Estero and I needed to get a fill and pedicure and this location is the closest to our home. This place is very cluttered, I don't get why they need so much stuff laying about. They would be better served by taking out one or two of the pedicure chairs and making a walk-in closet for storage. Walked in and Kevin took me right away. He did a wonderful job and, unlike some of the other reviews, I felt that the establishment was bright and tidy for a nail salon. I have been having acrylics done for years and this was one of the better places. Check the price though. They advertise on the window $26 and charged me $31. First timer: walked in no appointment & were seated right away for a pedicure. The girls that performed my sister's & mine were great! Spoke english well & engaged in conversation. They took their time & massaged longer than I've ever had done! They used a scrub on my legs that was a first but definitely sealed the deal for a repeat visitors. Buyer Beware! This is by far the worst nail service I have ever had. I have been getting my nails done for more than 20 years and the most recent fill and nail repair didn't even last 2 days before they started popping off. I went back with my receipt after 2 days to fix 2 of them and they gave me a hard time because I didn't know how they spell the Vietnamese girl name who did the nails in the first place. They wanted to recharge my $8 per nail to fix even though I should the receipt from 2 days before. Less than a week later and I have 5 missing nails. Mind you I NEVER EVER had a fill and fix nails pop doing every day activities. I wasn't like to was doing anything harsh to nails to pop them off. Horrible customer service and even worse nail job. Our "five minute wait" ended up being 25 minutes. I had to ask multiple times for my cuticles to be cleaned up, both before and after applying the polish. My daughter's manicure AND pedicure were both peeling off after 6 hours, and the tips of my toe polish was wearing off the next day. I went back the next day to complain and was treated with rudeness and contempt. For a dirty, sub par experience, I'm not really sure how this place is so busy all the time. read more

I had a pedicure with Kevin on Friday. It was just adequate. The polish on one nail came off. I returned on Monday to a Kevin with an attitude!!! He would not help me choose the color that was on my toenails. Said he had 100 colors. I chose 5 pinks and asked him to choose the closest. He said he'd have to polish all toenails again. Had a pedicure....good job, nice technician, nothing spectacular but not bad. Not much of a leg massage but shaped my nails nicely. The prices are worth it. They had a huge selection of nail polishes, including the new OPI colors for the season. read more

The men that work there make inappropriate comments to young women (I'm a fgcu student) and come off very creepy sometimes. They aren't very careful when using drills to buff your nails. They've made me bleed almost everytime I go. Also they barely massage your legs during a pedicure read more

This place was quick and extremely friendly. We came in close to closing and they did pedicures and shellac with a great attitude after being so close to closing. This place s filthy, and you don't even sign in like other nail salons. The French manicure I got turned yellow after one exposure in the sun so no sunscreen polish was applied. They are very fast, thus it get hot when acrylic being trimmed near cuticle. Forget the massage. It's like lubrication. All work people are glum, and appear like they are miserable working there. They are over priced and have very few options for polish. I brought my own and ended up leaving it there because I'm not used to doing that. I'm surprised this place is still open. Absolutely DISGUSTING! I have never been inside such a filthy nail salon! They, without a doubt, should be shut down by the authorities! Everything from the floor to the chairs to the tables were dirty - the manicure table they sat me at had old nail clippings behind some of the polish. Very disappointing. Went there for a pedicure and my feet look worse than before. They are very dry and cracked (not sure what they use in the water or what they put on my legs) but my feet hurt. They did not scrub my friends feet nor apply lotion after. The polish job is horrible and there is paint all around my toes. We would have been better off giving each other pedicures. read more

I don't normally take the time to write reviews, so this is significant. I was in Estero on business and needed my nails done... I usually wear acrylic/white tips; my natural nails are a complete mess (I'm a nail-biter) so when nail techs see me coming they typically try to hide under their little tables. It was late in the day, but the nice folks there still agreed to help me out. Got a full set and they turned out beautifully - but here's the kicker - they were half the cost of what I pay at home, and it took the nail tech half the time than my regular person. Another huge plus - its been 3 weeks and my nails still look really good - the demarcation of nail growth is barely perceptible.... I am thinking of moving to Estero, where my nails and I can live happily ever after! read more
