I have been coming here for over 2 years now. It is a clean salon and they do a good job. They will also offer you a drink of choice which is included with the service. This review is about the new increase in ridiculous additional fees. Beware they will charge you a "removal fee" for any no chip or dip service, even if you got the service done there. Reason being "it is not fair to the nail tech that did the last service to have to remove it" - isnt that what getting your nails done includes? What if you see the same tech every time? I went in for a no chip pedicure with only 3 nails having no chip on them left from the previous pedicure (done by the same tech) and was charged. For 3 nails removal. They also do not like when you dont get no chip. There is an attitude if you opt for regular polish. This was my first time ever getting regular nail polish and it was my experience and friends have mentioned this to me as well. I see Vicky and Honey for pedicures and they are wonderful and the service itself is great. read more

I reluctantly agreed to have a nail strengthener applied under my no-chip manicure, and I regret it. When I went back to have it removed after my vacation, they sanded down both the strengthener and the no-chip all the way to my natural nail. My nails are now extremely thin, damaged, and weaker than before. I can't even wash my hair without my nails bending. To make matters worse, the technician didn't fully remove the strengthening product from my thumb nail, so it looks noticeably lighter than the rest of my nails (attached photo). Overall, my nails look awful. Also, every time I come in and ask for the "Bubble Bath" no-chip color (a very popular shade, which they have in their no-chip color book) they never seem to have it available. Amazing Service Again! I took my cousin here for a special treat. It is called the espresso cocoa pedicure for this month. They soak, prepare w different rubs and oils the Pedicure Service. They do a 15 minute moisturizing and scrub rub! It was heavenly! Vicky was the nail tech that did the service. Very sweet and takes her time. I would suggest pampering yourself with this! we will be back again. read more

Coco nail bar was an amazing experience. I walked in and first noticed how nice and modern it was. I also was offered a complimentary beverage as I sat down. I came in for a pedicure, and my nail tech handed me a pillow to put on my lap. I did the milk and honey pedicure, which came with such a cute set of spa materials ( milk in a jar, honey in a mini jar so cute, and with flowers). This pedicure included a 17 minute massge, which she showed me the time before the started and literally was timing it. I've never seen that done. Pedicure polish turned out nice. I had a wonderful experience here! The first time I went I got gel-x nails and they definitely had their flaws. I just think the product is bad - as they were cracking and splitting right away! A few weeks of those and just came back to get them taken off and to get a no-chip manicure on my real nails. Kate was great!! She took her time and was really detailed with each step. Last time I went , I felt like I was rushed through and a couple chipped right away. I'm not really a complainer , so I thought it was a one time deal. I went again yesterday and it was much worse. Unfortunately I forgot my glasses so I didn't realize how bad until I got home. They were thick, different lengths and widths. Different shapes. I thought my\nTech was very personable , but i'm not sure how much experience they had. One of the managers came over and did look at them, She still let me walk out that way , which is disappointing. read more

If I could give 0 stars I would. The front desk worker was extremely rude. I was waiting there for almost an hour and someone else came in after me while i was waiting already 40 minutes and he proceeded and started giving her the same service I needed. I told my friend about their service and she said she had the same problem with them except they were RACIST to her. Would never come here again. Horrible! I didn't pay attention and when I came in to receive services, they were about to close in 15-20 minutes. Deleted that handle register request requested that I pay an advance because she was leaving. The girl who did my nails was horrible, very unprofessional, it felt very extremely, felt like it was an inconvenience to do my nails. And the end result was horrible. She did my Acrylic's and they came out horrible. Two of my nails are stuck to my skin and it's very uncomfortable. She did not do the shape that I wanted north the length. And she used really old nail polish that came out horrible. read more
