I asked for a color change midway through due to the color being too light once it was on my toes. My nail tech changed the color for me but she was a little bit less friendly and annoyed with me after that which I didn't really appreciate because I was very nice to her the entire time and I repeatedly apologized for the color change. We recently moved to the area, so I've been trying out different nail salons, and Coco Nail Bar did not disappoint! The salon is very clean and the vibe is upscale. A complimentary drink is provided with service. I treated myself to the lavender pedicure with the paraffin wax and hot stone add-on, and it was such a relaxing experience. Honey did my pedicure and did a wonderful job - she was attentive, thorough, and made sure everything was perfect. My feet and toes look and feel amazing! I reluctantly agreed to have a nail strengthener applied under my no-chip manicure, and I regret it. When I went back to have it removed after my vacation, they sanded down both the strengthener and the no-chip all the way to my natural nail. My nails are now extremely thin, damaged, and weaker than before. I can't even wash my hair without my nails bending. To make matters worse, the technician didn't fully remove the strengthening product from my thumb nail, so it looks noticeably lighter than the rest of my nails (attached photo). Overall, my nails look awful. Also, every time I come in and ask for the "Bubble Bath" no-chip color (a very popular shade, which they have in their no-chip color book) they never seem to have it available. I've been serviced at this salon twice, first time I brought in family members with me and they were very attentive to us which is what brought me back the second time but when i came here by myself... I had a manicure and pedicure booked here, very simple I get the same thing every time. Deep french tips on both hands and feet with a pinky nude base. The people were sweet but I will never ever come back here respectfully. My tips are so uneven and lopsided, I asked the young man working on my hands to fix it TWICE and they still came out awful. my hands don't match and neither does my feet. I came home and cried over how horrendous my nails looked... mind you I waited for 20 mins AFTER my scheduled appointment time... yea HARD pass on this establishment. read more

I had a wonderful experience here! The first time I went I got gel-x nails and they definitely had their flaws. I just think the product is bad - as they were cracking and splitting right away! Coco nail bar was an amazing experience. I walked in and first noticed how nice and modern it was. I also was offered a complimentary beverage as I sat down. I came in for a pedicure, and my nail tech handed me a pillow to put on my lap. I did the milk and honey pedicure, which came with such a cute set of spa materials ( milk in a jar, honey in a mini jar so cute, and with flowers). This pedicure included a 17 minute massge, which she showed me the time before the started and literally was timing it. I've never seen that done. Pedicure polish turned out nice.
