You can see the injuries in the photos, but my skin was burned from the wax. I called to ask for a refund, but I was asked to come all the way back to the salon so they could examine the eyebrows for themselves. They were very defensive when I mentioned my burns, and they did not offer me an apology. As I couldn't come back to the salon afterwards, I did not get a refund either.
