Came here for a powder dip manicure because my regular place was on vacation. It's a small and intimate space that is nice albeit a tad disheveled. - I was on time but they were running behind so I didn't start service until 30 minutes after my appointment time. I like the technique they use for removing old powder - less harmful to the skin. However, the new dip cover I got was not very robust. Fewer coats. And also the application was not very even - gaps on the side of the nail. Finally- the service was 7$ more than I pay normally. So the combination of a not so great job and higher price means I won't be back. Pluses - very friendly and effective online appointment service. But doesn't outweigh my decision. read more

I've been here twice and it is a quick service if you just need it done but generally speaking it's not a great place to go. I've had two pedicures here (I'm 24) just plain colors because it's Vermont and i don't expect art. They cut my toe nails super short and uneven - without asking me anything about my desired length & shape, and then to top it off the bottoms were lifting by the time my next day flight had landed. It's a little awkward when you walk in, it almost feels like they don't want you there even though they are so kind on the phone. I support businesses as much as i can, but i wish someone had told me before i went how the vibes were. Wouldn't go back for any reason at this point. read more

It's hard when you know someone is CAPABLE of doing a good job but ALWAYS overbooks and so you never get the chance. I made an appointment for 6pm they close at 7pm. Got here at 545, 15 min early so they know I was here because I know they frequently run behind. I sat down to get my pedicure at 630 and didn't have anybody start on me until 645! That is 45 minutes after my appointment time. And then my pedicure only last 15 minutes!!! And then I was charged $50 (& I left a $5 tip). Total bologna. They do a good job which is why they still have business but people are growing more and more frustrated with this aspect of the business. The girl who did my pedicure apologized a bunch and I appreciated that which is what the extra star is for. This is the third time this summer that this has happened to me and the people I usually come with. Definitely won't be coming back. read more

Lee's is the absolute best. A Newly remodeled salon with the friendliest people. I always leave with perfect nails and get numerous compliments. I've had to go to other salons in a pinch and have learned that Lee and her staff are far above my choice for beautiful hands and feet. Lee is truly an artist. They did a wonderful job with my manicure/ pedicure. They followed strict COVID protocols and were very safe - sanitizing everything, requiring masks and hand washing upon arrival, and distancing everyone. They also get very busy with limited staff during the week, so make sure to make an appointment online or by phone at least a day or two in advance. Overall, I highly recommend them! read more

The owner did my nails. I was the only customer there so she was teaching the other technicians how to do ombré nails. Everyone was very sweet and funny. I was visiting from out of town with a lousy manicure I'd just had done back home. Lee was able to accomidate my same day call, thin out the gel extension, give them a much better shape & the other gal put on a nice polish. It took all of 45 minutes to do this & was $25. (Love having my nails done -- hate how long they take! She did a great job in a short time!) Huge selection of gel polish - including mood changing, many chrome, many cat eye & a bunch of fun sparkles & glitters among the 'regular' colors. Would be my regular salon if I was local. I had an appointment at 3:15 for a regular manicure. I had been in the previous day for a pedicure and while I had to wait it wasn't an unacceptable amount of time. I arrived for my appointment on time both times. The second day I went in there were three manicurists and they told me to wait. No problem, I,had expected some wait. Two people got up after their manicure, paid up and left. I expected I was next since I was the only one waiting and it was 10 minutes past my appointment time. Nope....the two manicurists disappeared and I continued to wait. No one had the courtesy to let me know they were running behind or that the two other manicurists were on a break or something. I checked in with the remaining manicurist who was confused about which manicure I had asked for. She said to sit at the counter and continued on her person (as she should have). After no attention for 25 minutes I left. I won't return to a place that treats customers like this. There are too many alternatives that value customer's time. In looking over reviews it seems that they keep customers waiting quit often. read more

Loved my manicure! My nails looked and felt great. I am kind of a tomboy and usually destroy manicures in a few days but this one lasted over a week! The station and hand dryers did not look very clean though, dry nail polish from other people in the dryers. I paid extra for one of the spa services and the massage was very rushed. I would go back if I need another basic manicure but I don't think I'd spring for a spa service again. read more
