Unfortunately, the tone and treatment shifted within weeks of her starting, revealing a pattern of concerning behavior and mismanagement. To be direct: * Despite her extensive experience and reputation for professionalism, she has been accused--without justification--of mistreating patients. This is not only inaccurate, but frankly absurd given her history. * Payroll has been mishandled multiple times. I can personally account for at least five instances where she was paid late. * Payment methods have included informal transfers such as Zelle, raising legitimate concerns about proper payroll practices and tax reporting. * Excuses for late pay, including blaming holidays like Juneteenth, reflect poor planning and a lack of accountability--especially when other small businesses had no issue paying employees on time or even early. At its core, this is a failure of basic business responsibility. Employees work for two fundamental reasons: to be paid, and to be paid on time. When an employer cannot meet that standard, while simultaneously deflecting blame, it speaks volumes about how the business is being run. Based on what I have seen and the documentation available--including communications from multiple staff members--I will be pursuing formal complaints and requesting that this business be reviewed and investigated. There is a significant difference between leadership and control, and this practice clearly does not understand that distinction. If there were an option to leave zero stars, that would be more appropriate.

But the last time I was very disappointed. I decided not to go to his office anymore. At that time, my teeth were very painful, and I asked him if he could prescribe painkillers or anti-inflammatory drugs for me. I didn't expect to call in the past, and I kept perfunctory, either he was busy, or he went out to eat. There was no call back either. I think everyone knows that toothache can be very painful. In the same situation, more than ten years ago, Dr. Che used the weekend to helped me fixed my teeth. I am very grateful to him. I never thought that more than ten years later, the same doctor would treat the same patient in two completely different ways. I think the medical ethics of this kind of doctor is out of my consideration. So I decided to choose another dentist with good medical ethics. On Friday evening, the weekend before Christmas my crown broke. I knew I would need to wait until the following Wednesday to get in to see a dentist. I called Dr. Christianson's office to listen to the answer machine to see when the would be opened. The recording stated that any existing patients with a dental emergency can call the doctor at home or his cell phone and gave the phone numbers! I called he answered, asked me if I was in pain, and if I could be in his office the next day, Saturday at noon! He met me and fixed it. I have never seen such dedicated before. If you need a caring, dedicated, honest dentist, this is the one for you!

I don't eat rocks or do any extreme sports, and my previous veneers had been on for years with no issues, so when my left front tooth cracked again while I was getting a massage. As I don't answer unknown numbers) When I called I was told I would have to pay for the visit , new X-rays, and the doctor would let me know how much for the fix, because (and I quote) "don't come to them for cleanings".
