Like a lot of people, I never enjoyed going to the dentist (who does, right?), but Dr. Haley somehow made the entire long process of getting fillings, relaxing, seemingly short, and easy. She is so gentle, detailed, kind, and genuine, that I drove over an hour to see her to have some fillings done that I had been putting off because of the pandemic. She is an expert who truly loves helping her patients with their dental health, and it shines through in all that she does. I recommend her for both adults and children, as she is incredibly kind and caring to the tenth power. She uses some of the best BPA-free materials, and has newer technologies like DIAGNOdent to detect cavities accurately, which a lot of other dentists don't have. She also takes ample time for her patients, answers all questions, and never rushes her appointments. Her office also offers patients everything from themed rooms (Star Wars, Space, Music, etc.) herbal tea, blankets, and massage chairs, to Pandora music and ceiling-mounted TVs with Netflix movies with headphones to pass time during dental treatments. Who would have thought going to the dentist for fillings would be on par with a spa day or a mini vacation. The staff is amazing and super kind as well; I could literally hear them smiling over the phone whenever I called to make an appointment. Unfortunately,, this dosage was 3 times the recommended dosage for a man of my weight and age and for the next 15 hours I fell into a near comatose state. When my wife called the Ocean Breeze office in a panic, she was told "Don't worry unless he stops breathing" To make matters worse, the office just sent me a $50 bill for a missed appointment. Although I have asked several times for Dr. Wetmore to call me about his prescription error, he has never called me or offered any type of apology. Needless to say, this long term patient will not be going back to Ocean Breeze Dental. It's up to you but I suggest that you consider another dental practice that will act responsibly to protect your health and well being. (By the way. Ocean Breeze made me pay for a new crown that had to be replaced after three years and another Ocean Breeze installed crown recently fell out.)

Reagan..office manager..was the sweetest..kindest..most Beautiful lady...she was ready with all the paperwork and helped me with that..then showed me around the office..handed me off to the wonderful ladies to x ray my tooth. Dr. Prill came in..she is absolutely the most adorable lady who took such good care of me..explained everything to me..made sure I got the best care with the periodontist she referred me to..answered every question I had..she is like a breath of fresh air..and knows teeth. Then Reagan set me up with my appt with the periodontist..a cleaning appt..gave me a water bottle..toothpaste and a toothbrush..offered me water to take since it was so hot out..Jackie was so pleasant and down to earth and she had great shoes... My experience was one of delight and amazement..the brand new office is Beautiful..it was like going into their living room and everyone treated me like I was an important guest. I HIGHLY recommend Dr Prill's office for your dental needs..you will come out of there feeling like you were at a spa!!! I needed a crown reaffixed, Dr Prill told me I needed a new one. At the time I didn't know that she…read morewas motivated by greed and not customer care. So without a second opinion I agreed to a new crown. Her dental assistant talked me into a mouthguard which was ineffective for its purpose. Moreover, it caused damage to my existing dental work. The mouthguard was made of hard ridged material which is not recommended for people who have restorative dental work aka crowns and fillings. The pressure causes the bonding and cement to weaken and crack. Hence, I lost a crown and a filling. Dr. Prill refused to take responsibility for the damage caused by her inappropriate night guard, nor would she replace the night guard which did not fulfill its intended purpose. I am now facing thousands of dollars more of dental work discomfort, and time consuming appointments. When it comes to dental ethics, there is a term called malfeasance. This is when a doctor does more harm than good. I intend to file a complaint with the FLORIDA board of Dentistry. Here are some complaints made be other patients of Dr. Prill's. "I absolutely concur." DISHONEST, FRAUDULENT, MISLEADING! Went to this office for new veneers after one of them was becoming discolored (a different dentist…read moreand after having them for 8yrs with no other issues). Dr. Cheney advised that I needed new veneers because my current ones were "too big". I was fine with that and paid 6k for two new teeth. Everything seemed fine until a few days later, one fell off,then the other, then they cracked in half, which he fixed (no real questions asked). Mind you. I don't eat rocks or do any extreme sports, and my previous veneers had been on for years with no issues, so when my left front tooth cracked again while I was getting a massage. I called the office and they informed me they would try to get me in a call back. They never did. (Despite front desk claiming she did, but never left a message? As I don't answer unknown numbers) When I called I was told I would have to pay for the visit , new X-rays, and the doctor would let me know how much for the fix, because (and I quote) "don't come to them for cleanings". And why would I when I can't even trust the fact my teeth aren't going to crack or fall off? Long story short, do not go to this practice.

Took care of things the way I liked by not doing expensive work if it wasn't absolutely necessary. Then I needed an implant because of a fractured root. The person who was subbing for him sent me next door and I gave it a look, but decided to go to someplace close to me for all the work (implant and crown). I came back for my normal yearly exam and he absolutely tore into me and didn't want to even perform an exam let alone look to address any concerns I had. Told me to go the same dentist I had my implant for besides he could help me since I didn't go to the oral surgeon they recommended. I've never returned and I never will. Not sure what happened to him, but he's not the same person I knew. If he treats a patient of nearly 25 years like that, how's he treat new patients? Really sad and disappointed in him.

My son broke his front tooth on the side of our pool, I was at work when this happened and told him to call Dr. Tony. Dr. Tony told him to come right in. He fixed the tooth right away and billed me. Any other dentist would have made me leave work and pay for the repair. I am a patient for life because of the way Dr. Tony took care of my 13 year old son (and my family). Dr. Tony never pushes me to do expensive dental procedures but works with me to make an educated decision about the best way to proceed. HE IS THE BEST!!
