The inconsistency between staff members, combined with the lack of clarity around something as basic as a cleaning, made the process feel unnecessarily complicated. It also gave the impression that the visit could turn into something more than what was initially requested, which felt more like a setup for potential upselling than a patient-centered approach. Went to this office for new veneers after one of them was becoming discolored (a different dentist…read moreand after having them for 8yrs with no other issues). Dr. Cheney advised that I needed new veneers because my current ones were "too big". I was fine with that and paid 6k for two new teeth. Everything seemed fine until a few days later, one fell off,then the other, then they cracked in half, which he fixed (no real questions asked). Mind you. I don't eat rocks or do any extreme sports, and my previous veneers had been on for years with no issues, so when my left front tooth cracked again while I was getting a massage. I called the office and they informed me they would try to get me in a call back. They never did. (Despite front desk claiming she did, but never left a message? As I don't answer unknown numbers) When I called I was told I would have to pay for the visit , new X-rays, and the doctor would let me know how much for the fix, because (and I quote) "don't come to them for cleanings". And why would I when I can't even trust the fact my teeth aren't going to crack or fall off? Long story short, do not go to this practice.
