I only went here to give my friend kelsey some business. i have been getting my hair, nails and facials from her for about 6 years now and she asked if i would come up to her job to use organic color on my hair instead because its less damaging... The first time i came to get my highlights done and i brought my child with me and her co- worker Carrie was bad mouthing the spa and saying how she wasnt going to come in and work when shes got more important things to do... basically NOT something i want to hear when i'm getting my hair done... and she called my daughter annoying... she's 5 years old what do you expect????? my highlights turned out amazing as always but i told kelsey i wasnt going back there and promoting that business anymore... then i really needed a facial and i wanted kelsey to do it because she's really good at her job so i decided to give the place another shot...... and i was totally disapointed with how the owners treated me i felt not welcome at all... i informed kelsey i will not be going back there for real this time and that she could come to my house.... Mellisa, Dan and of course their amazing staff do a wonderful job making sure each client is pampered. Cocoa Beach Spa is the best place to go and turn your cell off and take everything in and relax! Complementary Wine, beer, coffee, water, and treats! Its only seconds from the beach so you get the beachy atmosphere but the place is super clean. The staff were all amazing and very friendly. Melissa does the best Hydra Facial and brow wax, she is the one to see for the best facial services and Carrie does the most beautiful nail and hair, she did exactly what I wanted and was very attentative and listened and you dont get alot of that from a stylist. My husband recently bought me a gift certifcate to this spa and I honestly cannot say enough great things about this place! I spent the entire day there- getting a massage, facial, eyebrow wax, and pedicure. Every service I had was amazing- I looked and felt like a whole new person. The staff is so warm and welcoming and the atmosphere is a perfect blend of clean and comfortable with no pretenses. I have been here once before, several years ago, am here on vacation again, and revisited especially after I saw rave yelp reviews...this place is awesome. I had a medi pedi and gel manicure...the best ever...Before my visit, my trip was not going so well. The waxing services were amazing. Melissa did my brazilian, underarms, lower leg. I experienced the least amount of discomfort during my brazilian. Best of all there were no yoga positions involved to wax areas, for being a brazilian wax, Melissa ensures your modesty. I usually only use hard wax, this spa uses a soft wax, but I assure you that you will want every place you go to, to use the wax they do. Seriously, discomfort was minimal. Joyce did therapeutic massage and reflexology. I called at the last minute and she worked me in to the schedule. She is very good at what she does and relieved my pain. She is soothing and encouraging and gave some good suggestions on how to reduce some pain on an ongoing basis. The atmosphere of the spa is soothing and lovely. Melissa was great! I was in Cocoa Beach for a short stay and was having lots of lower back pain. Deep tissue massage helped immensely, plus Melissa discussed stretches and other preventive measures to put into practice for long-term relief and ultimately prevention of pain.
